Wireless sensor networks have great potential for use in flood control, weather forecasting systems, the military, and the healthcare industry. A WSN's nodes are connected to one another and share information. When sending data between nodes, data security is essential. In the world of networking, security is a top priority. data travels along a path when it is transferred from one location to another, increasing the likelihood that a rogue node would enter the network. Detecting malicious nodes within a network presents a formidable challenge, particularly due to external assaults on data packets during their transmission between nodes. Hackers take advantage of weaknesses to manipulate and alter data as it travels from the source node to the destination node. This paper looked at machine learning algorithm-based preventive measures and layer-level security challenges. © 2024 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

This survey provides detailed perspectives on Malaysian solar energy system adoption in relation to the economic outcome and environmental and policy context. This work has been done by using comprehensive keyword lists and inclusion criteria to confirm that the findings of this survey capture as many relevant publications as possible from the research period from 2010 to 2024. Unlike numerous papers that investigate such systems with mere commercial or industrial perspective, this survey aims at assessing residential installation, and providing accurate cost benefit analysis while showing the business belief of such schemes. It also examines various opinions, especially the Malaysian government policies and strategic incentives and staking its success on public awareness and acceptance. We equally allocate a considerable portion of this survey to discussing the environmental effects and the life cycle analyses comparing solar energy with other energy types. Notably, the survey is also under sustainable development goal 7 with the goal of achieving universal access to affordable reliable, sustainable and modern energy. Such a focus also makes the identified topics relevant for Malaysia, which is useful for references in subsequent projects and activities. These would include use of web-survey, the coverage on the residential sector, the ability to incorporate policy analysis and emphasis on sustainability to the study on solar energy usage in residential Malaysia. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Internet of Things (IoT) supported Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack recognition is a dangerous part of cyber-security that mainly concentrates on classifying and modifying malicious actions directing IoT devices and networks. These attacks contain a multitude of cooperated IoT devices, synchronized to beat an objective with an extreme volume of traffic, executing it unreachable. Detection devices frequently use machine learning (ML), anomaly recognition, and traffic analysis which play an essential part in identifying these attacks as well as executing countermeasures to defend IoT organizations. IoT DDoS attack recognition aids guarantee availability and reliability of IoT services and devices, safeguarding a massive and consistent landscape of smart devices that support our current digital world. In this feature, this study develops an Aquila Optimization Algorithm based Feature Selection with Optimal ML (AOAFS-OML) method for DDoS attack detection in an IoT environment. The presented technique includes a multi-faceted technology, starting with feature selection via Aquila optimizer (AO), aimed at enhancing significance of input data for better precision. For robust detection, this model uses dominant XGBoost model which is familiar for its competence in handling difficult datasets. To improve performance, parameter tuning is attained by employing an advanced artificial Rabbit Optimization (ARO) model. An AOAFS-OML method signifies an important development in IoT DDoS attack recognition, providing an accurate and effectual solution to identify and mitigate malicious actions within IoT systems. By improving exactness, rapidity as well as flexibility, it authorizes cybersecurity experts to defend IoT organizations and safeguard flexibility and safety of consistent devices and services that are essential to our current digital network. © 2024 IEEE.

Broad Learning System (BLS) perform well in classification tasks with good computational efficiency. However, its effectiveness decreases when faced with imbalanced data distribution. The traditional BLS cannot solve this problem effectively. In this paper, we introduce an adaptive weighted method for BLS, aiming to improve its classification performance on imbalanced data. This method can assign different weights according to the distribution characteristics of samples. There exists a closed-form solution to the problem and the transformation matrix can be solved efficiently by pseudo-inverse. Experimental results on several imbalanced datasets demonstrate that the proposed method surpasses standard BLS and many advanced imbalanced classification methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Ever since the industrial revolution, industries have partnered to solve marketing problems and create new channels. Because they don't understand their clients' needs, sales centers often pursue conflicting aims. Lack of information has extended delivery times. Due to supply time, quality, or bulk freight depreciation agreements, facility expenses rise to satisfy demand, resulting in excess inventory. Supply chain management, particularly regional inventory management, has considerably impacted beer manufacturing profitability. The recommended method involves training the model and extracting features. Dynamic and PCA feature extraction are different. While PCA's main purpose is to dissociate correlated from uncorrelated data, dynamic PCA considers auto- and cross-correlation in time-series observations. A revised CapsNet approach trained the models. The Improved CapsNet model outperformed the Attention and baseline models in every test. The model solved brewing supply chain issues with 94.68% accuracy. The most successful advanced machine learning approaches for improving SCM include augmented CapsNet, PCA, and dynamic PCA, according to research. These techniques boost industrial profitability when applied to major issues like excess stock and supply unpredictability. The suggested strategy is more reliable and superior than present solutions, according to results. © 2025 IEEE.

Detection of Copy-Move Forgery in Digital Images Using Singular Value Decomposition

This paper presents an improved approach for detecting copy-move forgery based on singular value decomposition(SVD).It is a block-based method where the image is scanned from left to right and top to down by a sliding window with a determined *** each step,the SVD is ***,the diagonal matrix’s maximum value(norm)is selected(representing the scaling factor for SVD and a fixed value for each set of matrix elements even when rotating thematrix or scaled).Then,the similar norms are grouped,and each leading group is separated into many subgroups(elements of each subgroup are neighbors)according to 8-adjacency(the subgroups for each leading group must be far from others by a specific distance).After that,a weight is assigned for each subgroup to classify the image as forgery or ***,the F1 score of the proposed system is measured,reaching 99.1%.This approach is robust against rotation,scaling,noisy images,and illumination *** is compared with other similarmethods and presents very promised results.

With the development of hardware devices and the upgrading of smartphones,a large number of users save privacy-related information in mobile devices,mainly smartphones,which puts forward higher demands on the protection of mobile users’privacy *** present,mobile user authenticationmethods based on humancomputer interaction have been extensively studied due to their advantages of high precision and non-perception,but there are still shortcomings such as low data collection efficiency,untrustworthy participating nodes,and lack of *** this end,this paper proposes a privacy-enhanced mobile user authentication method with motion sensors,which mainly includes:(1)Construct a smart contract-based private chain and federated learning to improve the data collection efficiency of mobile user authentication,reduce the probability of the model being bypassed by attackers,and reduce the overhead of data centralized processing and the risk of privacy leakage;(2)Use certificateless encryption to realize the authentication of the device to ensure the credibility of the client nodes participating in the calculation;(3)Combine Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)and Long Short-TermMemory(LSTM)to analyze and model the motion sensor data of mobile devices to improve the accuracy of model *** experimental results on the real environment dataset of 1513 people show that themethod proposed in this paper can effectively resist poisoning attacks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of mobile user authentication.
