Sentiment analysis, which aims to extract information from textual data indicating people's ideas or attitudes about a particular problem, has developed into one of the most exciting study issues in natural language processing (NLP) with the development of social media. Twitter is a social network with an extensive audience that expresses their thoughts and opinions clearly and readily. Due to the prevalence of slang phrases and incorrect spellings in short phrase styles, Twitter data analysis is more challenging than data analysis from other social networks. Automated feature selection still has several limitations, such as higher computing costs that rise with the number of characteristics. Deep learning, which is self-learned and more accurate at processing vast amounts of data, is utilized to overcome these challenges. This paper introduces a conditional generative adversarial network (GAN) for Twitter sentiment analysis, whereas a convolutional neural network (CNN) has been used to extract traits from Twitter data. Compared to existing works, the proposed work has outperformed in accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 score. The suggested method is the most accurate, with a classification accuracy of 93.33 %. © 2024

In the Internet of Things (IoT) the physical objects network is described as "things" linked to sensors, software and other technologies to connect and share information through the Internet with other devices and systems. The floods lead to large losses of life and property in several countries. However, the absence of sufficient technology results in further death and property losses as a result of flooding in developed countries. This is because of a lack of flood alert systems. The objective of this paper is to monitor the flood situation and provide a text message warning in the event of a threat. The main aim of this paper is to detect rising river water levels at a safe distance away from the railways and to allow the respective authorities to take appropriate measures by means of SMS. A sensor is a system that senses and reacts to certain physical data. The 8051 microcontrollers were produced by Intel in 1981. The microcontroller is 8-bit. It has 40 DIP pins, 4 kb of ROM stores and 128 bytes of RAM and two timers and 16 bits. It is equipped with 2 timers. There are four parallel 8-bit ports that are programmable and adjustable as necessary. The hardware device that uses GSM mobile technology for the provision of an information link with a remote network is a GSM modem or a GSM module. A float switch is a level sensor type, a fluid control system that is used inside a tank. A condenser is a tool that stores electrical energy in an electric field. It's a passive electronic feature with two terminals. A LED is a semiconductor light source that transmits light through the flowing current. Liquid Crystal Display stands for LCD. It is a thin, flat display device used in a variety of electronics. Face recognition is a critical era with applications starting from safety to personalization. However, traditional face Recognition systems frequently conflict with partial face information, which can occur because of occlusions or picture excellent g troubles. I t consists of a novel technique to stand reputation using partial face statistics, specializing in fraud detection scenarios. This approach leverages deep getting to know strategies, mainly convolutional neural networks (CNNs), to extract functions from partial face snap shots. These features are then used to create a compact illustration of the face, which is robust to occlusions and noise. A similarity measure is employed to evaluate those representations, enabling the identification of individuals even from partial face records. In the context of fraud detection, it can be used to verify the identity of people based totally on partial face data captured from surveillance cameras or different sources. Experimental consequences on benchmark datasets show the effectiveness of the proposed approach, outperforming conventional face recognition procedures in eventualities with partial face information. It gives a promising solution for improving face recognition accuracy in challenging conditions, with capability packages in security, regulation enforcement, and personal identification systems. It also analyzes facial images with masks using Multi-Task Cascaded Convolutional Neural Networks (MTCNN). FaceNet algorithm is also used which adds more embeddings and verifications to face recognition. Support vector Machine (SVM) algorithm labels the data sets to produce a reliable prediction probability and along with that it also detects the frauds. © 2024 IEEE.

By introducing this collaborative filtering algorithm, which is dependent on machine learning that can be used in enhancing the user-based recommendation systems, this paper is trying to achieve more advanced personalized recommendation systems. Utilizing recent innovative designs of networks together with relevant contextual information, the algorithm provides high accuracy recommendation, scalability, and aids in improving user experience than traditional approaches. The model is shown to perform exceedingly well in all respects by its being subjected to a thorough assessment and compared with the baseline and enhanced models. It joins ranks with the best in all the indices of performance like precision, recall, F1-score, mean average precision and user satisfaction. In addition, hyperparameter tuning, and scalability metrics, so ending efficiency for model configuring and deployment recommendation models which could deal with large-scale datasets and offer users timely suggestions are of vital importance. To summarize, these results highlight the disruptive character of the latest machine learning algorithms that might create a new reality of recommendation systems with the trend of the time of individualization of relationships in the digital world. ©2024 IEEE.

The fundamental challenge in clinical practice is predicting whether patients with cognitive symptoms or impairment will improve or stay stable. Population ageing is a worldwide phenomena with various impacts. Among dementia, Alzheimer disease (AD) is common in the elderly which is the most common form of dementia and may contribute to 60–70% of cases. An early and precise AD diagnosis enhances patient quality of life. In this study, we propose an optimal group-wise non-rigid image registration technique for dementia (AD) prediction. We introduce an improved cuckoo search optimization (ICSO) algorithm to search optimal group-wise dense correspondence in large image sets in non-rigid image registration which reduce dimensionality of the search space. Then, we illustrate a teacher-student learning based optimization algorithm which cooperates with PLS regression to extract deformation which separates the relationship information suitable for each other from the raw relationship information. After that, we compute the distribution of morphologies of age by fitting smooth percentile curves to these scores using hybrid capsule neural network with least Median Square (hybrid CNN-LMS) curve fitting model. Finally, the simulation results of proposed hybrid CNN-LMS technique are compared to the existing methods to analyze the measures. We observed that the accuracy of our proposed hybrid CNN-LMS technique is 96.23% and 95.82% for RSS and ANDI datasets respectively. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a collection of a way of continuing neurodevelopment illnesses identified by limited and repetitive behavioral patterns, as well as social and communication impairments. Despite the fact that symptoms are most common in childhood, diagnosis is sometimes delayed. Because the current ASD diagnostic technique is solely uncertain and questionnaire, requiring the physician to review the behavior and developmental history of a child. It's been suggested that behavioral symptoms in ASD are linked to brain findings of increased short-distance and diminished long-distance connections. The suggested approach makes use of brain imaging data from Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE), a global multi-site database. For ASD identification, the proposed approach uses functional connectivity characteristics extracted from resting state functional MRI data. ASD patients’ brain connections could be disturbed. The presented method extracts time series from 122 regions of interest defined by the Bootstrap Analysis of Stable Clusters (BASC) and also extracts time series from 48 regions of interest defined by the Harvard Oxford (HO) brain atlas to create an efficient functional connectivity matrix for all individuals. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) an oversampling procedure employed for artificial data generation. The classification challenge is carried out using a Recurrent Convolutional Neural Network (RCNN) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and results were compared. In both models, fivefold Cross-Validation is applied. The model performed better in the modified experiment, with RCNN achieving an accuracy of nearly 85%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the increasing prevalence of digital documents in various domains, the demand for efficient and accurate question-answering (QA) systems has grown significantly. Traditional QA models primarily focus on text-based content, but the complex structure and visual elements present in documents pose unique challenges. This project explores the integration of LayoutLMv3, an advanced language and vision model, to elevate document question answering to the next level. The key role of LayoutLMv3 in document question answering (QA) lies in its ability to handle complex documents that contain not only textual information but also intricate visual elements like tables, images, and graphs. Traditional QA models typically focus on processing plain text and may struggle to comprehend the spatial arrangement and structure of documents. However, documents often contain vital information in their layout, which, if overlooked, can lead to inaccurate or incomplete answers. LayoutLMv3 overcomes this limitation by integrating both language and vision components into a single model. Through comprehensive tests on a variety of document datasets, this study shows the efficiency of DocumentQA. This study also analyzes the LayoutLMv3's interpretability and how it affects the way questions are answered. Through visualization techniques, various insights are gained on how the model analyses the document's layout, text, and interactions to generate accurate answers. The implications of this research extend beyond document QA, as LayoutLMv3's unique fusion of language and vision has broader applications in information retrieval, natural language processing, and document understanding tasks. The performance of LayoutLMv3 over LayoutLmv2 is also compared in this work showing efficient results.

The clustering of datasets is a widely used technique in unsupervised machine learning. The cluster quality evaluation is a tricky problem because external validation is usually not possible for clustering. This happens due to the unavailability of external proof. Although there are many methods developed and experimented with to validate the results obtained from clustering, it is always preferred to use more than a few cluster validity measures. The big data usually contain a high percentage of noise in it, making it necessary to use some additional techniques to incorporate while clustering big data. In this work, we have clustered document big data using fuzzy logic-based enhancement of traditional K-Means and K-Medoids. This work has suggested the Ensembling of seven different cluster quality validity measures to determine the best quality of fuzzy clusters. The Reuters standard document dataset is clustered using different cluster numbers, and the proposed ensemble methodology is proven to determine optimal numbers of clusters. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This research paper is about the effectiveness of a fusion of machine learning and artificial intelligence into smart irrigation systems in terms of both safety and benefit of the environment and the economy in farming. We've experienced a intensive process of experiment and application of this succeeded method in a real world scenario and we've also detailed the performance of the dynamic irrigation scheduling and the adapter sensor network optimization. Results indicate a significant improvement in key metrics: scheduling was done dynamically which on average was a 10% rise in crop yield and 15% water saving, on the other hand, sensor network optimization with adaptive technology resulted into a 15% increase in cover area and 20% improvement achieved in data transmission reliability. Furthermore, the introduction of the smart irrigation system got impressive results signified by a 10 kg more production per hectare, irrigation efficiency that rose from 70% to 85%, and saving 20% of the water consumed. This calls to mind the capability of cutting-edge technologies to contribute to innovative water management paradigms, improved resource use, and security in food production in face of unpredictable climatic variability. ©2024 IEEE.
