In sensitive areas such as battlefields, a Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is especially in military and civilian applications and it is of utmost importance to develop security in these networks. In various respects, this can improve the quality of life. But to be used for protection reasons in multiple situations such as implementation. There is a high risk of being exposed to multiple viruses and hacking attacks. Unauthorized APs for information protection needs to be detected. Any malicious attacks against these networks, Like Sybil Attack leads to breach of security by enacting as a node that illegitimately declares several false identities at the same time. This misleads valid nodes, and they presume each of those identifiers as actual independent nodes by accident. Thus we proposed a machine learning model to detect Sybil attack in network where rawtraffic data has been collected and is used identify authorized and unauthorized APs in an integrated wired/wireless environment.

TITLE: 從加護病房家屬觀點探究重症病情告知的經驗. 背景: 病情告知是減少醫病認知落差的重要步驟，且能減輕家屬心理壓力。現階段研究仍缺乏家屬對重症病情告知經驗及需求之探討。. 目的: 瞭解重症家屬病情告知經驗及過程需求。. 方法: 採描述現象學，立意取樣5位加護病房疾病嚴重度≥ 20分的病人家屬進行深度訪談。以Giorgi現象學分析法，利用Nvivo 11分析歸納資料。. 結果: 整體經驗包含四大主題：（一）訊息聽了無法懂，希望疑問詳細解、（二）無助找尋為解答，期望護理來幫忙、（三）託付專業卻無奈，渴望醫療多些愛、（四）重重難關多牽絆，盼望見解來割斷。. 結論／實務應用: 病情告知著重傳遞結果，家屬無法理解病情變化原因。本研究建議醫療專業人員應體認家屬認知程度，並顧及其情緒反應，納入家屬需求及期待，以病人為中心提供個別化告知。.;BACKGROUND: Truth-telling is an important step toward reducing the cognitive gap between physicians and patients as well as reducing the psychological pressures applied to physicians by family members. There is a lack of research on the truth-telling experience and needs in the intensive care unit from the perspective of patient family members. PURPOSE: This study is designed to explore the experiences and needs of families in the intensive care unit. METHODS: A descriptive phenomenology method was used in this study. In-depth interviews were conducted with five participants who had family members assessed with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II scores ≥ 20. Data were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological methods and Nvivo 11. RESULTS: Four experience themes were examined, including (1) nothing is clear, requires explanation;(2) helpless to find answers, need a nurse to resolve this issue;(3) professional conduct makes us feel helpless, longing for love from the medical team;(4) decisions are very difficult, hoping to get more help. CONCLUSIONS / IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE: The family members expressed that they were unable to understand the underlying causes of the progression in patient condition because the medical team only presented outcomes to the family and did not discuss related causes. Thus, it is recommended that medical teams learn to recognize the cognitive processes of patient family members and consider their emotions, including their needs and expectations, in order to provide individualized explanations based on a patient's status and progress.

Cloud computing offers subscription based storage and resources. Cloud computing provides various services to cloud users. Increased use of information and communication technologies (ICT) has led to increase energy cost as well also increased emission of greenhouse gases like CO2. Since energy is an important asset, green cloud computing comes into picture. Green cloud computing can be achieved by applying various approaches, which uses lesser power as well as emits less CO2 gas, which is hazardous to environment. Energy efficient technologies results in decreased overall energy consumption. There is a need of data centre in almost every field like web applications and businesses which results in producing huge amount of CO2 in environment. To make data centres environmental friendly we need energy efficient approaches which will reduce energy consumption and there hazardous effects on environment. Data is being generated at very high speed so the need of data centres will also increase. Increased data centres will then consume more amount of energy. The main objective of these paper is to reviews various approaches applied by researchers to make energy efficient cloud computing.

Extracting Facial Features in Filter Modified Images using Neural Networks

Facial identification plays a vital role in this digital era. Recent advancements in technology provide various filtering effects while capturing the images. Extracting the facial features from the filter modified image becomes challenging. To identify the important facial attribute values from those images, special features extraction techniques needs to be applied. Facial points are the key factors to recognize the face. When these factors are altered, facial detection becomes crucial. Initially apply the image pre-processing techniques to reduce the noise level in the images then perform feature selection. To overcome the curse of dimensionality, Occam's razor approach is followed to limit the selection of attributes. In different stages the features are going to be filtered by replacing the weaker attributes. Later Pearson Correlation, a filter based correlation technique is applied to evaluate the deviated numerical value from the target. The deviated features can be treated with Lasso effect to suppress the poor weighted features. Finally through recursive feature elimination, highest influencing attribute factor can be identified. In this approach some of the facial feature which is used in training the neural network can be discarded based on the deviation rates. In terms of accuracy the proposed system can recognize the dataset with 70% of accuracy with filter effected images.

Most important part in human's life is our six senses, if we are not having any one of the senses, it will be more difficult to run our day to day life. Here we are going to help the visually impaired peoples to listen where there are and what are they going to do next as a sense in our body. visually impaired usually get information for their next move from others, this may create a inferiority complex to them that they can't be like normal human beings, they are always dependent on others. To make them fell self-confident and to face their obstacles by themselves we have specially customized a smart cap for visually impaired peoples, as they can help them in their day to day life. Vision plays a significant role. Persons without vision can gather information through their hearing skills. The proposed system is an innovative implementation of a smart guidance system for those with vision. The system is a novel and real-time cost-effective technique. The system consists of three modules: voice search module, image processing module and voice processing module. These modules are executed using the keyword function search, which is in voice form, provided by the user. The system combines the concept of optical character recognition and the text to speech synthesizer. It involves extracting text from the image and translating the text into speech; this makes it easier for the user to read the text. From a computer standpoint, extracting text from color images is a difficult task. It can also be used to identify the bus name and bus number at the bus stop or bus stand for the blind and prevents it from being used by an ultrasonic sensor and is communicated to the user by the vibration sensing mechanism.

Smart Catcher of weighted Objects

At present, there is no solution whenever a live person or live animal was fallen from a building or from a high tower. To safeguard the live person, an IoT based adapter to be built whose purpose is to catch the object when a heavy movement is detected in the air. Any building from which a weighted object is dropped, that can be caught by netted sculpt that can get information from the proposed IoT based adapter fixed at someplace at the side view of the building. The components of this smart catcher are catcher device as IoT based adapter in which accurate position is predicted, netted wire with a built-in chip that takes location from the previous module, and catch the weighted object by the netted wire that can be directed by the built-in chip of it, and brings that object to the ground. Hence, the proposed methodology is the interconnection of networked devices that will communicate with each other in order to save the lives or any object that gets dropped from someplace of the high building. Its main advantage is eco-friendly nature and the latest technology adapted to figure out to catch the object that was falling from a remote high place. The sensors of the IoT-based adapter will scan and works to catch whenever the movement of the weighted object is detected. That sensed information to be sent to the chip of netted wire and netted wire will point to an accurate location to catch the object. The result is stored in a report that could be communicated to the nearest office.

A cutting-edge approach to generate random bit sequence with confound chaotic maps

A random number sequence is a sequence of numbers that exhibit statistical randomness. In other words, all numbers in the sequence have an equal chance and it’s hard to predict the next number in the sequence. They are most commonly used in cryptography to strengthen the security. Same key can be used by sender and receiver to generate the same set of random numbers. The pseudo-random number generation is an important task in computer science with various security features. There are 2 types of random number generators; they are True Random Number Generators (TRNG) and Pseudo Random Number Generators (PRNG). In recent years, PRNGs are implemented in hardware or software using chaotic maps. Some of the chaotic maps used in PRNG are Logistic map, Lorenz map, Henon map, Skew Tent map, Saw tooth map, etc. The Tinker Bell map is a discrete-time chaotic dynamical system with four system parameters. It is a most commonly studied examples of dynamical systems that exhibit chaotic behaviour. Chaotic maps possess several drawbacks such as the discontinuity of ranges, non-uniform distribution, periodicity in chaotic range, and small key space. In this PRNG, the numbers are generating in an unpredictable manner. To improve the uniform distribution and periodicity in random number generation, combination of Logistic and Tinker bell map is proposed. The Logistic map is a polynomial mapping. The Tinker bell map is known to have shorter periods. It is notable for having chaotic solutions for certain parameter values and initial conditions. In the proposed work, the Tinker bell map perturbs Logistic map to increase the chaotic behaviour of Logistic map. Output of the Logistic map is taken as Pseudo random bit sequence or Pseudo random number. NIST statistical test suite is used to verify the randomness of the generated random sequence.

Now-a-days Android devices are rapidly increasing as per user's need and very helpful to fulfil personal and professional need. Also, these devices are quickly turning into a genuine danger because of the various malwares and security issues and threats present in them. In this paper, different proposals of security mechanisms and techniques are reviewed, which are used to ensure the security of these devices along with the latest state of art. It also discovers different kinds of security mechanisms that include authorization related issues, which are a continuous wonder in Android applications.
