In the Internet of Things (IoT) the physical objects network is described as "things" linked to sensors, software and other technologies to connect and share information through the Internet with other devices and systems. The floods lead to large losses of life and property in several countries. However, the absence of sufficient technology results in further death and property losses as a result of flooding in developed countries. This is because of a lack of flood alert systems. The objective of this paper is to monitor the flood situation and provide a text message warning in the event of a threat. The main aim of this paper is to detect rising river water levels at a safe distance away from the railways and to allow the respective authorities to take appropriate measures by means of SMS. A sensor is a system that senses and reacts to certain physical data. The 8051 microcontrollers were produced by Intel in 1981. The microcontroller is 8-bit. It has 40 DIP pins, 4 kb of ROM stores and 128 bytes of RAM and two timers and 16 bits. It is equipped with 2 timers. There are four parallel 8-bit ports that are programmable and adjustable as necessary. The hardware device that uses GSM mobile technology for the provision of an information link with a remote network is a GSM modem or a GSM module. A float switch is a level sensor type, a fluid control system that is used inside a tank. A condenser is a tool that stores electrical energy in an electric field. It's a passive electronic feature with two terminals. A LED is a semiconductor light source that transmits light through the flowing current. Liquid Crystal Display stands for LCD. It is a thin, flat display device used in a variety of electronics. A digital electronic level shifter is a system used in the transformation of signs from one logic or voltage domain to another, also known as logic level shifter or voltage level Translation. This research paper is about the effectiveness of a fusion of machine learning and artificial intelligence into smart irrigation systems in terms of both safety and benefit of the environment and the economy in farming. We've experienced a intensive process of experiment and application of this succeeded method in a real world scenario and we've also detailed the performance of the dynamic irrigation scheduling and the adapter sensor network optimization. Results indicate a significant improvement in key metrics: scheduling was done dynamically which on average was a 10% rise in crop yield and 15% water saving, on the other hand, sensor network optimization with adaptive technology resulted into a 15% increase in cover area and 20% improvement achieved in data transmission reliability. Furthermore, the introduction of the smart irrigation system got impressive results signified by a 10 kg more production per hectare, irrigation efficiency that rose from 70% to 85%, and saving 20% of the water consumed. This calls to mind the capability of cutting-edge technologies to contribute to innovative water management paradigms, improved resource use, and security in food production in face of unpredictable climatic variability. ©2024 IEEE.

The clustering of datasets is a widely used technique in unsupervised machine learning. The cluster quality evaluation is a tricky problem because external validation is usually not possible for clustering. This happens due to the unavailability of external proof. Although there are many methods developed and experimented with to validate the results obtained from clustering, it is always preferred to use more than a few cluster validity measures. The big data usually contain a high percentage of noise in it, making it necessary to use some additional techniques to incorporate while clustering big data. In this work, we have clustered document big data using fuzzy logic-based enhancement of traditional K-Means and K-Medoids. This work has suggested the Ensembling of seven different cluster quality validity measures to determine the best quality of fuzzy clusters. The Reuters standard document dataset is clustered using different cluster numbers, and the proposed ensemble methodology is proven to determine optimal numbers of clusters. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

By introducing this collaborative filtering algorithm, which is dependent on machine learning that can be used in enhancing the user-based recommendation systems, this paper is trying to achieve more advanced personalized recommendation systems. Utilizing recent innovative designs of networks together with relevant contextual information, the algorithm provides high accuracy recommendation, scalability, and aids in improving user experience than traditional approaches. The model is shown to perform exceedingly well in all respects by its being subjected to a thorough assessment and compared with the baseline and enhanced models. It joins ranks with the best in all the indices of performance like precision, recall, F1-score, mean average precision and user satisfaction. In addition, hyperparameter tuning, and scalability metrics, so ending efficiency for model configuring and deployment recommendation models which could deal with large-scale datasets and offer users timely suggestions are of vital importance. To summarize, these results highlight the disruptive character of the latest machine learning algorithms that might create a new reality of recommendation systems with the trend of the time of individualization of relationships in the digital world. ©2024 IEEE.

Agriculture faces many challenges of precision farming, such as the need for sustainable practices, improving yields, ensuring high yields. In resolution to these challenges, the present research provides an AI-based system that enables the use of deep learning, Global Positioning System (GPS), and Geographic information System (GIS) technologies to create a highly intelligent smart agricultural precision farming system. Its goal is to monitoring crop health and reduce disease risk, which will lead to improved resource utilization and environmentally sustainability techniques. The proposed framework addresses the urgent need for consistency in agricultural practices, especially as global agriculture deals with pressures from climate change, resource shortages, and increasing demand for food. Traditional agricultural methods for predicting and optimizing crop yields due to increasing factors affecting crop performance Not enough generative AI, especially the use of deep learning models, supports agricultural research in many cases, allowing patterns to be identified and future results to be predicted accurately. The integration of GPS and GIS allows for more accurate mapping, real-time analysis, and effective decision-making. Weather forecasting variability, resource constraints, and demand for more food are isolated from environmental influences using deep learning models, especially Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). By using large data sets, including historical crop yield performance, soil properties, and weather conditions, the system provides highly accurate crop forecasts. Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and You Only Look Once (YOLO) hybrid model is playing a key role in generating crop yield and growth potential under different conditions, adjusting model accuracy over time, and this combination of ANN, GANs and YOLO optimization algorithms ensures that the system continuously enhances its predictive accuracy and overall effectiveness. Social media is a source of big data. Media like Twitter and Facebook has been used for collecting and analyzing user data for different purposes. The data can be used to analyze people opinions towards certain topics and incidents by applying sentiment analysis and then certain useful insights can be drawn from the analyzed data. During the current time of Covid-19, people have been sharing information regarding Covid-19 statistics, vaccines, and discussing the effects of the vaccine concerning public health. The purpose of this study is to analyze tweet data regarding the Covid-19 vaccine by applying sentiment analysis and predicting the impact of the vaccine on public health. Also, the tweets are analyzed for hidden topics by applying Topic Modelling using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). The source of data for this study is Twitter API. The coding and data analysis is done using Python programming language in the Spyder (Scientific Python Development Environment) that is an integrated development environment for scientific programming, testing, and data analysis. The results of the study indicate a greater positive sentiment reflecting a healthy public discussion about the Covid-19 vaccine, information, awareness, and public acceptance. With these results, a positive impact of the Covid-19 vaccine on public health is predicted. The results of topic modeling discovered 10 hidden topics from the tweet dataset. © 2022. Early detection of Multidrug-resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is crucial for illness prevention, lowering mortality risk, and preventing the spread of infection to people. The chest X-ray images(CXRI), which is affordable and widely available data can be used for MDR-TB disease screening in clinics. However, radiologists must manually review CXRI, which places a significant strain on them and increases inter-observer variability. Therefore, it is difficult for researchers to suggest a reliable and affordable CAD method for detecting MDR-TB. In this study, Capsule Neural Networks and Self Organizing Maps, simple and effective deep learning networks were introduced to perform detection and analysis tasks respectively. CapsNet is used to reliably identify MDR-TB from the patient’s CXR images. SOM clusters and visualizes the data at each layering stage. This work proposes an innovative approach of fusing CapsNet and SOM to produce higher accuracy. Comparative analysis between three classification methods under CapsNet (Dynamic routing, Transformation matrix, Convolutional capsules) is also performed. ConvCaps outperformed than the other two methods with the accuracy of 89.47%. The model is assessed by few parameters such as Precision, Recall, Accuracy, and F1-score for each method. The accuracy of the proposed fused CapsNet and SOM model is 93.6%.

Recently, Deep Learning (DL) methods are a well-known solution for image and object detection in computer vision applications. The software-based implementation of DL algorithms requires huge resources and consumes more power. To overcome these challenges, a hardware implementation of Deep Neural Network (DNN) using the integrated analog–digital architecture was proposed in this article. The Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI)-based DNN implementation utilizes Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), and analog–digital circuits. The integration of analog and digital architecture integrates the benefits of both circuits, which reduces power consumption and enhances processing speed and classification accuracy. The fabrication of the VLSI chip includes the DNN neuron circuit, PWM circuit, digital adders-subtracters, and SRAM memory. The experimental result verifies that the presented DNN VLSI architecture reduces the power consumption of the neural system, and enhances the image classification performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This paper introduces a novel methodological approach to evaluating security measures within simulated real-world contexts. By leveraging three distinct algorithms Vulnerability Scoring Algorithm (VSA), the Attack Simulation Algorithm (ASA), and the Impact Assessment Algorithm (IAA) this provides an exhaustive analysis of potential vulnerabilities, simulate cyberattacks based on these vulnerabilities, and gauge the consequences of successful breaches. The Proposed method's foundational algorithm, VSA, quantifies vulnerabilities' severity, whereas ASA simulates realistic attacks and calculates the likelihood of their success. Lastly, the IAA assesses the potential impact of successful attacks. Collectively, these algorithms offer a rigorous and holistic evaluation of security measures. The findings visualized and underscored the superior performance of our proposed method compared to traditional approaches. This research contributes a valuable tool set for organizations seeking to fortify their security posture in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
