In this paper we classify and analyze dialogue scenarios in automated human-machine systems with speech recognition. We take into account how to identify and correct recognition errors. Also, we evaluate and compare the scenarios according to how long the dialogue lasts, provided that the dialogue completes successfully with at least some given probability. Based on the results of our work, we formulated recommendations for developers of speech dialogue systems to choose a dialogue scenario; the actual scenario depends on how reliable the used speech blocks are.

This paper presents the architecture and basic functions of a remote teaching system based on Modern Multimedia Interactive computer technologies, as well as the main approaches to manage remote teaching process. Our remote teaching system allows humans to interact with computers in a natural way. This system has been successfully used to teach a programming course, showing a number of advantages and benefits in comparison with traditional teaching methods. This confirms that we chose the right direction to create teaching tools that is to use a variety of modern methods of human interaction with a computer system, such as speech recognition. The software consists of a number of modules: a class-conducting module, a course management module, and an authorization module. The class-conducting module is the most important; it provides the following functions: group interaction among users (chat), interactive board, video transmission, etc. We compare the existing remote teaching systems with our own. The proposed platform analyzes the capabilities of building internet-based laboratories for online teaching and learning systems.

In this paper we analyze the possibilities of using speech analytics and speech technologies to monitor the information space. The “Analyze” speech analytics system is used to perform audio data analysis. Analyze, an automated keyword spotting system, is based on large vocabulary continuous speech recognition approach. Our system can handle both previously recorded audio files, and analyze the voice stream in real time. If we include a keyword spotting system into our information space monitoring systems, we will significantly expand the range of information sources and monitor the controlled environment more effectively.

The paper studies some aspects of building a global information monitoring system with big data by using the method of automated language determination. The language identification technology, which significantly reduces the consumption of resources at processing incoming data in systems for analyzing large amounts of multilingual information and increases their efficiency are described. The technology is based on revealed thematically independent syntactic markers, which allow not only to highlight the grammatical basis of the text, but also to identify the language that was used to record information in it. A functional mathematical model was created that presents the essence and main components of the developed technology, and also proposed a system for assessing its effectiveness.
