The increasing demands of modern industry for motor control make the software more and more complex. The simulation platform and the hardware test platform in traditional controlsystem of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) are often independent of each other. This paper aims to simplify the PMSM controlsystem design and testing process. With the model-based design(MBD) method, it completes PMSM vector control from simple to complex and from the specific to the general. It builds control algorithm model by Simulink. With TMS320 F28335 as the control chip, it completes the automatic generation of algorithm code through C2000 Support Package. In addition, it utilizes Code Composer Studio(CCS) to automatically compile and download the codes to the target control board, thus achieving the organic combination of simulation and hardware testing.

Least squares support vector machines(LSSVM) has a good performance in small data samples, but can't solve the large-scale sample problems. In this paper, large data set sparse least squares support vector machines model based on stochastic entropy is proposed, and it can be applied to large-scale data samples. Firstly, the large-scale data set is divided into several subsets. Then the entropy method is used to the sparse samples in each subset. Finally, we use sparse samples sets as training samples, and use least squares support vector machine algorithm to train. The results show that the sparse least squares support vector machine model based on entropy can effectively solve the problem of large-scale data.

This paper presents an Enhanced Moth-Flame Optimization (EMFO) technique based on Cultural Learning (CL) and Gaussian Mutation (GM). The mechanism of CL and the operator of GM are incorporated to the original algorithm of Moth-Flame Optimization (MFO). CL plays an important role in the inheritance of historical experiences and stimulates moths to obtain information from flames more effectively, which helps MFO enhance its searching ability. Furthermore, in order to overcome the disadvantage of trapping into local optima, the operator of GM is introduced to MFO. This operator acts on the best flame in order to generate several variant ones, which can increase the diversity. The proposed algorithm of EMFO has been comprehensively evaluated on 13 benchmark functions, in comparison with MFO. Simulation results verify that EMFO shows a significant improvement on MFO, in terms of solution quality and algorithmic reliability.

The results of theoretical researches of construction of a eddy-current defectoscope with a coupled measuring oscillatory circuit with a transformer coupling for the quality monitoring of welding seams of metal products are presented. This device can be used in eddy-current (electromagnetic) defectoscopy for automatic and manual control of metal products in cases where it is difficult to fix the gap between the laying-in eddy-current converter (inductance coil), which contains the measuring oscillatory circuit, and the controlled surface of the ferromagnetic product. The main advantages of using coupling oscillatory circuits in the construction of resonance eddy-current defectoscopes are presented.

For distributed generation(DG) network, it is important to estimate the real-time states. The information-centric networking(ICN) is established to take charge of the communication of DG network. However, the assumption of ideal communication between sensors and the estimation center cannot be guaranteed due to the communication constraints of ICN with the increasing DG network. A conventional algorithm, which reduces the communication burden in ICN, is to drop the observation of each smart grid in a random way. However, the accuracy of this algorithm recession decays rapidly with the increasing drop rate. To guarantee an appropriate estimation accuracy when the drop rate increases, this paper introduces the event-trigger strategy into the estimation algorithm. An event-trigger extended kalman filter(ET-EKF) is established in this paper to adapt the nonlinearity of DG system. ET-EKF reduces the communication burden and achieves an appropriate estimation accuracy at the same time. Finally, its feasibility and performance are demonstrated using the standard IEEE 39-bus system with phasor measurement units(PMUs).

The simulation platform and physical equipment in traditional controlsystem of inverted pendulum are often independent of each other. Researchers are more likely to use Simulink for inverted pendulum simulation. The physical model is simplified, and the curves of the simulation result are correct as well. In this paper, a more practical nonlinear model of inverted pendulum is established. The model and control algorithm code are generated automatically based on embedded equipment, and experimental curves can be displayed in real time in a three-dimensional scene.

A new type of exponential rate is proposed, in order to improve the dynamic quality of servo motor speed controlsystem. The reaching law relates the approach speed to the change of the system state quantity, which overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional exponential approach rate. The inherent buffeting problem of the sliding mode is effectively suppressed. The reaching law is applied to the servo motor speed controlsystem, and a sliding mode variable structure speed controller based on a novel exponential reaching law is designed to replace the traditional PI regulator. Simulations and experiments show that the speed controller is robust to system parameters uncertainties, external disturbances and noise, and it can effectively improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the system. This makes the servo motor can be better applied to the robot servo system.
