The work presented in this paper focuses on real-time simulation of the airborne forward looking infrared(FLIR) sensor typically configured by modern *** on infrared radiation theoretic model,the infrared transmittance model of "target-background-atmosphereimaging system" is ***,using modern computer graphics hardware,the detection signal is output in real time through the interacting of the virtual environment,which is the working process of sensors in actual infrared *** results shows that the platform can dynamically and efficiently generate realistic infrared images of helicopter varying with different simulation *** dynamic simulation of large scale infrared scene can enhance the situational awareness for pilot.

Underwater sensor networks(USNs) have been identifies as a promising technology to monitor and explore the underwater *** applications of USNs demand reliable and accurate localization for sensor ***,mobility and clock asynchronous characteristics on underwater sensor nodes make it challenging to achieve *** this paper,we are concerned with AUV assisted asynchronous localization problem for USNs,where AUVs run as mobile nodes and reference points.A tracking variance threshold is set to determine the occasion of localization *** node need to be localized performs the localization protocol and communicates with the anchor ***,a method of time difference is used to eliminate the effects of asynchronous *** the localization,a motion compensation method based on estimation is proposed to compensate the movements of *** addition,the localizing errors due to velocity estimation are analyzed in error *** last,simulation results confirm the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

In this paper, we consider beamformer design of access and backhaul links in downlink cloud-RANs. An optimization problem is formulated with the objective of maximizing the weighted sum rate (WSR) under the constraints of power consumption, backhaul rate, as well as user grouping, which assumes each user is served by only one SBS to reduce the traffic load over the backhaul links. To solve this intractable problem, reweighted ℓ 1 -norm, successive convex approximation and WMMSE-based formulation methods are introduced to transform it into a tractable form. An iterative algorithm based on block coordinate update (BCU) scheme is designed to solve the approximate problem. Finally, simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Nowadays wind turbine rotors are usually employed with pitch control mechanisms to avoid deep stall conditions. Despite that, wind turbines often operate under pitch fault situation causing massive flow separation to occur. Pure Blade Element Momentum (BEM) approaches are not designed for this situation and inaccurate load predictions are already expected. In the present studies, BEM predictions are improved through the inclusion of a stall delay model for a wind turbine rotor operating under pitch fault situation of -2.3° towards stall. The accuracy of the stall delay model is assessed by comparing the results with available Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations data.

In this paper, we first propose a self-tuning adaptive distributed observer for a multi-agent system, which is capable of providing the estimation of the leader's signal to various followers without assuming all the followers know the system matrix of the leader and which avoids calculating the observer gain off-line. We then further develop an adaptive distributed control law to solve the cooperative output regulation problem for linear heterogeneous multi-agent systems. This control law offers two advantages in that it makes the least use of the information of the network and the information of the leader system, and it avoids calculating the observer gain.

In order to solve the contradiction between wireless communication service demand and spectrum resource shortage and enhance the utilization rate of spectrum, Cognitive Radio technology is necessary. Firstly, this paper presents a cognitive engine framework structure, and then the concept of bio-inspired and its application in CR computing were emphatically introduced. Finally, in order to solve spectrum parameters problem, this paper proposed based on autonomously search algorithm. Based on population evolution,ASA algorithm employs the foraging, reproduction, selection and mutation operators, and was tested under the multicarrier simulation environment. The experiment results show that ASA algorithm can better adjust each subcarrier communication parameters according to the requirement of cognitive engine parameters optimization, which include transmitted power,modulation mode, and bit-error-rate and so on, and finally satisfy the channel condition and the dynamic changes of the user service.

In this paper, a dynamic co-evolution compact genetic algorithm (DCCGA) is proposed for flexible flow shop scheduling problem (FFSP) to minimize the total earliness and tardiness (E/T) penalties. In this new algorithm, a dynamic co-evolution mechanism containing two probabilistic models and a best individual inheritance strategy are integrated into the compact genetic algorithm (CGA). For improving the stability of the evolutionary trend in the evolution processes, the diversity of evolution trend and the convergence speed. Lastly, the experimental results show that, DCCGA outperforms CGA by 11.74% on the problem we study. © 2015

With the addition of heating in thermal power *** to lack of guidance for heating scheduling in traditional scheduling mode,it has been unable to satisfy the current costs for energy conservation and saving of thermal power *** load distribution(especially heat load dispatch) is an important subject in the operation optimization of a thermal power *** model of heat load dispatch on the condition of economic power dispatch is established and linear programming for optimized heat load distribution among units based on LINGO is *** average distribution and linear programming distribution are contrasted in a thermal power *** is obviously shown by simulation and calculation that linear programming distribution gets more optimal results than current average *** has important significance to reduce energy consumption and save costs.
