Nonstationarity,i.e.,the time-varying property of the data distribution,is a typical process characteristic caused by operating condition switching,which can conceal stationarity describing time-invariant process mechanisms and thus bring challenges for explicit process *** achieve full decoupling of stationarity and nonstationarity,this study reveals the following facts:1) the coupling between stationarity and nonstationarity is not uniform but can present time-varying modes,defined as multimodal coupling here;2) diverse coupling modes possess intrinsic association since they essentially stem from definite nonstationary driving forces,namely changeable operating ***,this study proposes a multimodal decoupling representation method for learning explicit representations of stationarity and ***,to capture the basic coupling mode caused by nonstationary driving forces,an information refinement module(IRM) is designed in which a shortcut connection is incorporated into the auto-encoding *** the deep cascading of multiple IRMs,multimodal coupling modes can be fully ***,a compatibility learning algorithm is developed,which can balance the stationarity and reconstruction requirements to form a stationary feature learning module(SFLM).With compatibility learning,IRMs can be induced to capture and filter out nonstationarity and output stationary refined information for *** this way,multimodal decoupling of stationarity and nonstationarity can be fully *** effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated through a numerical example and an actual industrial process.

In the process of CT scanning, multi-Angle projection data needs to be obtained from a large number of projection actions, which makes the scanned individual bear the risk of high radiation exposure. In order to solve such problems, the use of sparse projection data for CT image reconstruction is proposed as a new type of solution. The previous research can obtain good quality reconstructed images when the projection data is sparse by using the CT reconstruction technology based on the nonlinear sparsity transformation of compressed sensing. However, the heavy time loading of the image reconstruction is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently. This study optimizes the non-linear filtering process of the regularization term of the original scheme, and proposes a novel method which replaces the original non-linear filter with a low-pass frequency domain filter. This strategy effectively utilizes the properties of low-pass frequency domain filtering in image processing. The excellent properties include high efficiency and low time complexity for image smoothing. The simulation experiment results show that in the process of CT image reconstruction using compressed sensing algorithm, the low-pass frequency domain filtering of the new scheme can greatly reduce the required time in the reconstruction of sparse projection data, and the image quality is feasibly guaranteed. © 2022 ACM.

Problem Statement. New unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology has become more accessible and practical for transmission line inspection. In this paper, we propose a multi-platform UAV system and a multi-model communication system designed for high-efficiency transmission line inspection tasks. Different UAVs perform both long-range and short-range surveillance functions, and provide communication relay. High-quality images and videos are transmitted in real time to the local control station for UAV navigation and to the remote office for analysis. Practice shows that joint inspection using multiple UAVs can significantly outperform traditional inspection methods. Objective. To propose a new method for inspecting and checking the condition of power lines using several types of UAVs using certain signal transmission and relay methods. Results. A new concept of power line inspection using joint actions of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is proposed. The functional capabilities of the UAVs and the communication system are considered and discussed. Practical experience shows that due to joint work, the time spent on inspection can be significantly reduced and the efficiency can be significantly increased. The feasibility and advantages of inspections using UAVs are confirmed. Future work can focus on optimizing the configuration of UAVs as part of a group. Practical significance. The presented method allows increasing the efficiency of inspection and testing of power transmission lines in comparison with existing methods. © 2025 IEEE.

Derived from the current implementation of the production plan as well as the production schedule, Enterprise Resource Planning software with a built-in production scheduling algorithm helps optimize the uses of resources, reduce production time, increase productivity, and increase customer service levels. In this research, the available management platform (Odoo) with Python as the main programming language is proposed to build a system to support suitable schedule production plans helps shorten processing time and reduce order delay. In addition, the results are shown in detail and can be flexibly modified manually on the Gantt chart. The feasibility of the production scheduling application is shown by the Gantt chart before and after the scheduling. Moreover, the order delay rate has been reduced from 15% to 3.33%. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a new methodology for the data processing and classification method for gait disorders, which is observed with a Kinect camera. The study of gait and motion stability in gait disorders is one of the most interesting research areas in the field. The patient and the physician must monitor the progress of the rehabilitation process before and after surgery to obtain an objective view of the rehabilitation process. In this study, the patient is scanned with the Kinect camera placed on a mobile robotic platform. For feature extraction and feature analysis, the exercises (three walking exercises) frames are collected and saved in data folders. This study uses 84 measurements of 37 patients with complex observations based on the physician's opinion in a clinical setting to address classification problems. In the analysis of gait disorders, motion data play an essential role. Furthermore, it reduces the selection of helpful body features for assessing gait disorders. The proposed system uses a key-point detector that computes body landmarks and classifies gait disorders using triple-parallel long short-term memory (LSTM) networks. The present study demonstrates the success of the method in classification evaluation when combined with the state-of-the-art pose estimation method. Around 81 percent accuracy was achieved for given sets of individuals using velocity-based, angle-based, and position-based features.

Modern methods of remote sensing data processing require preliminary knowledge of the coordinates of objects or their manual selection. This study proposes a new approach that allows automatic and rapid detection of large-scale objects in satellite images, which creates the basis for their subsequent detailed analysis. The developed algorithm is based on key principles, the use of adaptive structural features similar to Haar wavelets, the application of cascade classification with a modified Adaboost algorithm, optimization of computational processes due to a three-level filtering system. Forest areas with areas of cut trees are considered as a test example. To improve the accuracy of recognition, automatic calibration of object sizes and dynamic adaptation of scanning parameters were used. The choice of the optimal processing method is based on a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the original image. The results obtained open up new opportunities for automated monitoring of territories and analysis of changes.

Thermovacuum test facilities are used to conduct thermal vacuum performance testing of satellite subsystems and integrated packages inside the leak-tight vacuum chambers. Thermal vacuum chambers simulate in-orbital temperature and vacuum conditions for the spacecraft to be tested before launch. The Internet of Things (IoT) is an emerging revolutionary future generation technology, and here, its use is extended to thermovacumm systems to measure one of its important parameter "Vacuum". In this paper, real-time vacuum parameter is monitoring and provides a control signal for further process control. The designed system provides wide ranging and continuous access to the operator by utilizing the potential of IoT technology. The proposed system is cost effective as it completely eliminates the vacuum indicator metre. Further, the implementation of this project is on open source Arduino hardware including an Ethernet shield to create wired EtherNet/Wi-Fi connection. The major aim of this work is to develop IoT-based application for monitoring and controlling vacuum parameter of the thermovacuum system. The work can be extended to similar other thermal vacuum chambers for various other system parameters monitoring and controlling. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The vehicle scheduling in the logistics system of the steel park is a critical factor determining the scheduling efficiency and logistics throughput. The limited space resources at the entrance of the steel park make vehicles shall be arranged in reasonable batches to guarantee the scheduling consistency. To achieve the purpose, the paper first formulates the model of vehicle batching. Then, the algorithm CCVB (constrained clustering of vehicle batching) is proposed to solve the problem from a clustering perspective. Comparative experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed mechanism can sufficiently improve the scheduling efficiency of steel logistics under limited time and space resources. © 2022 IEEE.
