Due to the complexities of high-dimensionality, nonlinearity, many constraints, and process model mismatch, the plant-wide production index needs to be compensated when the production index is applied to the actual production process. This paper proposes a nonlinear successive compensation method for the plant-wide production index based on industrial data. Based on the set point of the production index obtained from the plant-wide optimization, the method uses the large amount of industrial data stored in the industrial process to establish the relationship between production index compensation and the increase of economic benefit, optimizing the solution value of the production index compensation that maximizes the economic benefit increment. Through iterative compensation, the method gradually improved the economic benefit of the production process. The proposed method was applied to the hydrometallurgical production process of a refinery. The results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Nickel-based alloy coatings were widely used for the remanufacturing of dies and moulds by laser cladding,but the crack sensitivity would be increase due to the higher strength and hardness,which reduced the wear resistance of Ni-based *** this paper,Ni-based coatings with the addition of a plastic phase(an austenitic stainless net)were prepared using laser cladding technology,and the CeO_(2)was added in cladding *** cracking mechanism,microhardness,microstructure,phase composition,and wear properties were *** relationship between thermal stress and the elastic and plastic fracture had been developed from the standpoint of fracture mechan-ics and thermal elastic fracture *** fracture criterion of the nickel-based coating was obtained,and the study has shown that the crack sensitivity could be reduced by decreasing the thermal expansion coefficientΔα.Thus,a new method was proposed,which the stainless steel nets were prefabricated on the *** was found that the number of cracks reduced significantly with the addition of stainless steel *** the stainless steel net with 14 mesh was added in Ni-based coatings,the average microhardness of nickel composite coating was 565 HV_(0.2),which was 2.6 times higher than that of the 45 steel *** the rare earth oxide 4 wt.%CeO_(2)and stainless steel net were added in the Ni-based coating reducing the microhardness(the average microhardness is 425 HV_(0.2)),the wear resistance of it improved *** wear volume of Ni-based composite coating was 0.56×10^(−5) mm^(3)·N^(−1)·m^(−1),which was 85.1%lower than that of 45 *** experiment results have shown that the Nickel-based composite coating is equipped with low crack sensitivity and high abrasive resistance with austenitic stainless net and the rare earth oxide 4 wt.%*** research offers an efficient solution to produce components with low crack susceptibility and high wear-resistance coatings fabricated

Self-supervised monocular depth estimation aims to infer depth information without relying on labeled data. However, the lack of labeled information poses a significant challenge to the model's representation, limiting its ability to capture the intricate details of the scene accurately. Prior information can potentially mitigate this issue, enhancing the model's understanding of scene structure and texture. Nevertheless, solely relying on a single type of prior information often falls short when dealing with complex scenes, necessitating improvements in generalization performance. To address these challenges, we introduce a novel self-supervised monocular depth estimation model that leverages multiple priors to bolster representation capabilities across spatial, context, and semantic dimensions. Specifically, we employ a hybrid transformer and a lightweight pose network to obtain long-range spatial priors in the spatial dimension. Then, the context prior attention is designed to improve generalization, particularly in complex structures or untextured areas. In addition, semantic priors are introduced by leveraging semantic boundary loss, and semantic prior attention is supplemented, further refining the semantic features extracted by the decoder. Experiments on three diverse datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. It integrates multiple priors to comprehensively enhance the representation ability, improving the accuracy and reliability of depth estimation. In CAGD, the emergence of unstructured T-splines enables a single surface to express a complex model, and a water-tight surface is also obtainable through T-splines in the surface merging. However, the presence of extraordinary 0 points has some impact on the surface: only C continuity can be obtained around the extraordinary points and the traditional local refinement algorithm can’t be used in the vicinity of the extraordinary points. To enhance the continuity, based on the D-Patch framework and basis function truncation, the design space and analysis space continuity enhancement algorithms are developed in this paper. Certain use cases of merging multiple surfaces into one unstructured T-spline surface are demonstrated, then the algorithms are executed so that the spoke edges can have edges have analysis. 1 C 1 C continuity. This paper proposes a new distributed formation flight protocol for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)to perform coordinated circular tracking around a set of circles on a target *** from the previous results limited in bidirectional networks and disturbance-free motions,this paper handles the circular formation flight control problem with both directed network and spatiotemporal disturbance with the knowledge of its upper *** from the design of a common Lyapunov fiunction for bidirectional cases,we separately design the control for the circular tracking subsystem and the formation keeping subsystem with the circular tracking error as *** the whole control system is regarded as a cascade connection of these two subsystems,which is proved to be stable by input-tostate stability(ISS)*** the purpose of encountering the external disturbance,the backstepping technology is introduced to design the control inputs of each UAV pointing to North and Down along the special sphere(say,the circular tracking control algorithm)with the help of the switching ***,the distributed linear consensus protocol integrated with anther switching anti-interference item is developed to construct the control input of each UAV pointing to east along the special sphere(say,the formation keeping control law)for formation *** validity of the proposed control law is proved both in the rigorous theory and through numerical simulations.

Due to the large-scale grid-connection of new energy power generation,the requirements for the control system of coal-fired power units have become increasingly *** paper investigates the optimization control of the coal-fired unit and proposes a reinforcement learning control framework using process data of coal-fired *** core of the proposed method is to employ the historical operation data to train the policy network by the supervised learning algorithm,and then the pretrained policy is further improved by the reinforcement learning via interacting with the power *** results of simulation experiment show that the proposed method can accelerate the training process,alleviate the computational burden compared with the standard reinforcement learning without using process data.

Way-side energy storage systems(WESS) have been proposed as an innovative and sustainable approach to net zero urban rail transportation and the timetable rescheduling plays an critical role in optimize and balance the utilization of energy from regenerative braking trains, the operation cost and passenger delays. This paper studies how to reduce the size of WESS by improving the receptivity of regenerative braking energy through the optimization of timetable and speed profile of multiple trains. In particular, this paper studies the energy efficiency in the scenario of timetable rescheduling to recover the timetable from delays, and minimizing passenger delays. Two models are developed to represent the passenger flow and the regenerative energy reuse in multi-train operation with WESS, respectively. Furthermore, three optimization objectives are proposed to reduce the operating cost of trains and passenger delays, which include minimizing the energy imported from power supply grid, minimizing the energy stored by WESS, and minimizing passenger delays. The results show that the energy imported from grid is reduced by 13.14%, and the receptivity of regenerative energy is reduced by 2.9% while the delay is reduced. The proposed method not only reduces passenger delays, but also makes the accelerating and braking trains match better.
