In this paper, a strategy using genetic algorithm to optimize the charging process of lithium-ion batteries is proposed, which is based on the coupling of computer optimization algorithm and battery charging model. Visual Studio 2010 is used for programming, and COMSOL Multiphysics 5.5 is used to establish an electrochemical model of the battery to simulate various processes in the battery to verify the reliability and accuracy of the design algorithm. The genetic algorithm can be used to find the suitable charging current, and the optimization can be picked in a large number of databases by using the optimal strategy to reduce the time complexity. By comparing the battery's discharge curve and SOC result, it is found that the battery using genetic algorithm and intelligent optimization is better than that using the traditional constant current and constant voltage charging algorithm in charging time, cycle life, charging efficiency and other performance indicators. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Radio Frequency Fingerprinting Identification (RFFI) leverages inherent discrepancies in radiation source hardware, which are challenging to mimic and counterfeit. This attribute enhances the security of wireless networks and ensures the protection of data privacy, vital for secure communications. Inherent challenges such as channel fading and frequency drift affect radio signals. This paper explores the synergy between Automatic Modulation Recognition (AMR) and RFFI by employing a multi-label dataset to strategically influence the relationship between signal labels and individual radiation sources. We propose an advanced multi-gate mixture-of-experts convolutional neural network model, the MMOE-CNN-Transformer, which operates within a multi-task soft sharing framework. Our empirical results reveal that this model significantly enhances RFFI classification accuracy, particularly at a 0dB signal-to-noise ratio, outperforming traditional single-task learning (STL) approaches and surpassing the efficacy of hard sharing architectures, exemplified by the Shared-Bottom model. The bond graph can be used to simulate and model conservation processes in different energy domains. In this paper, based on bond graph, the pressurizer was modeled and diagnosed at full power. Two parameters of pressure and mass flow were selected. Firstly, the bond graph of pressurizer was established. The pressurizer was divided into three zones: the fluctuating zone, the saturated liquid zone and the gaseous zone. The conservation equations of mass and energy were given respectively for these three regions. Secondly, the conservation equations of mass and energy were combined with the conservation of volume, and the model was constructed according to the combination rules. Then, according to the established bond graph model, the time causality diagram was established to determine the influence relationship between the coefficients and listed the fault characteristic matrix. Meanwhile, the reasoning structure between the coefficient was realized by the expert system G2. Finally, the fault data simulated by simulator was imported into the bond graph model. The failure of the safety valve, the spray valve and the immersion type heater were introduced to verify the modeling and diagnosis effect. It concludes that the diagnosis effect is consistent with the imported fault. Compared with the data-driven method, the bond graph method is more reliable, and compared with the expert knowledge method, the bond graph method can diagnose unknown faults and has a wide range of applications. In addition, a new method for nuclear power plant simulation modeling was provided. This was a new attempt to model bond graphs outside the research of mechanic, electronic and hydraulic. © 2022 by ASME.

At present, offshore wind power has become an important development direction for wind power generation. Offshore wind farms often use high-voltage direct current transmission technology with modular multi-level voltage source converters (MMC-HVDC) to transmit electricity to the grid. However, the fault response characteristics of offshore wind farms through the MMC-HVDC transmission system are different from those through AC transmission way. Therefore, it is significant that studying the fault ride through (FRT) technology of offshore wind farms through the MMC-HVDC grid connection system for practical engineering. An electromagnetic transient simulation model for an offshore wind farm composed of a direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator (D-PMSG) connected to the grid is established through MMC-HVDC transmission technology. The mechanism and suppression strategy of overvoltage generation in the transmission network are provided during the fault clearance and recovery phase of the offshore wind farm HVDC transmission system under AC asymmetric faults. A two-stage improved control strategy for MMC-HVDC offshore converter station in response to asymmetric faults has been proposed, which is beneficial for the joint system to quickly recover from the post fault system voltage and suppress the overvoltage risk during the fault clearing phase. Finally, the proposed strategy is validated based on a domestic ± 500kV project in China, demonstrating its effectiveness. © 2023 IEEE.

At present, most of the existing methods combine the data from different views mechanically to obtain the latent subspace with complementary information, which not only fails to make full use of the data information from specific perspectives but also brings redundancy. Therefore, we propose a novel multi-view subspace clustering method. It utilizes cycle projection to obtain a subspace construction model. At the same time, by learning the global structure and local manifold structure of this subspace while assigning learnable weights to different views, the consensus information among views and specific information from different views are captured according to the importance of different views. In this way, our method effectively reduces the original noise and redundancy, and further carries out the improvement of complementarity and consistency among views. The proposed method is optimized by using the Augmented Lagrangian Multiplier with Alternating Direction Minimization (ALM- ADM) algorithm. Experiment results on benchmark datasets confirm the effectiveness of our method.

In the research field of energy storage dielectrics,the“responsivity”parameter,defined as the recyclable/recoverable energy density per unit electric field,has become critically important for a comprehensive evaluation of the energy storage capability of a *** this work,high recyclable energy density and responsivity,i.e.,W_(rec)=161.1 J·cm^(-3) and ξ=373.8 J·(kV·m^(2))^(-1),have been simultaneously achieved in a prototype perovskite dielectric,BaTiO_(3),which is integrated on Si at 500℃ in the form of a submicron thick *** ferroelectric film features a multi-scale polar structure consisting of ferroelectric grains with different orientations and inner-grain ferroelastic domains.A LaNiO_(3) buffer layer is used to induce a{001}textured,columnar nanograin microstructure,while an elevated deposition temperature promotes lateral growth of the nanograins(in-plane diameter increases from~10-20 nm at lower temperatures to~30 nm).These preferably oriented and periodically regulated nanograins have resulted in a small remnant polarization and a delayed polarization saturation in the film’s P-E behavior,leading to a high recyclable energy ***,an improved polarizability/dielectric constant of the BaTiO_(3) film has produced a much larger maximum polarization than those deposited at lower temperatures at the same electric field,leading to a record-breaking responsivity for this simple perovskite.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional deep reinforcement learning algorithm has poor generalization ability of generating strategies when solving complex game problems such as real-time strategy games, an agent strategy optimization method based on the combination of expert knowledge and self-play is proposed. Firstly, the opponent strategy of the agent is designed based on expert knowledge, and the corresponding strategy is generated by the proximal policy optimization algorithm (PPO), and the generated strategy is continuously put into the opponent strategy pool to provide a variety of opponent strategies for the agent in the training process. Through continuous iterative confrontation, the agent's autonomous decision-making ability in the face of different opponent strategies is improved. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional deep reinforcement learning algorithm, the introduction of the self-play training framework can significantly improve the average confrontation rate of the agent strategy, improve the robustness and generalization ability of the agent confrontation strategy, guide the agent to learn more effective tactical strategy, and achieve the adversarial advantage of “Priority first enemy discovery, Priority enemy launch”.

Hyperentanglement is a promising resource for achieving high capacity quantum ***,we propose a compact scheme for the generation of path-frequency hyperentangled photon pairs via spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC)processes,where six different paths and two different frequencies are covered.A two-dimensional periodicalχ^((2))nonlinear photonic crystal(NPC)is designed to satisfy type-Ⅰquasi-phase-matching conditions in the plane perpendicular to the incident pump beam,and a perfect phase match is achieved along the pump beam's direction to ensure high conversion efficiency,with theoretically estimated photon flux up to 2.068×10^(5) pairs·s^(-1)·mm^(-2).We theoretically calculate the joint-spectral amplitude(JSA)of the generated photon pair and perform Schmidt decomposition on it,where the resulting entropy S of entanglement and effective Schmidt rank K reach 3.2789 and 6.4675,*** hyperentangled photon source scheme could provide new avenues for high-dimensional quantum communication and high-speed quantum information processing.

To address the challenge of achieving efficient and flexible communication between space robots and marine robots during cross-domain collaboration tasks, a hybrid communication integration architecture that combines self-organizing networks and satellite internet is proposed to overcome communication barriers. First, the fundamental technologies of self-organizing networks and satellite internet communication, along with their characteristics, are analyzed in detail. Next, the design of the hybrid communication integration architecture is elaborated, focusing on intra-cluster communication, inter-cluster communication, and cooperative communication technologies in conjunction with the ground command center. simulation results validate the proposed architecture, demonstrating its capability to meet key performance metrics such as low communication delay, high throughput, and high reliability across various tasks. Finally, the potential optimizations and future research directions for this system are discussed, highlighting the need for improvements in real-world adaptability and scalability. © 2024 IEEE.
