To solve the problem of difficulty in simulating dynamic sweep damage of lightning current, this paper established a new lightning current sweep damage test system using motors and launch wheels. The speed of the test piece and the temperature during the damage process were measured by high-speed cameras and infrared thermometers. The speed of the test piece was 34 m/s and the temperature exceeded 600 °C. At the same time, a new lightning current component C generator topology and control method were proposed. The load current and inductor current were used to form a double closed-loop PI negative feedback controller to ensure that the load current meets the standard output requirements. The study in this paper has certain guiding significance for the direct effect sweep damage assessment of composite materials and the design of lightning current generators. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. In recent years, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have been used in many fields by virtue of their flexible design, low cost and zero casualties. With the deepening application of UAVs, the tasks they undertake are gradually becoming more complex and can no longer be accomplished by a single UAV alone, so multiple UAVs are needed to collaborate in order to perform the tasks. In this paper, a UAV ground control station software system is designed for the characteristics of multiple UAVs to perform tasks. The system is designed with the key requirement of reducing the operator’s workload in mind, while taking into account the differences in control and surveillance between multiple UAVs and a single UAV. After defining the functional requirements of the ground control station, the development and implementation of the ground station software is carried out, and finally, an application example of the ground station software is presented. Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of aerospace science and technology, and the orbital game technology has shown great potential value in the field of failed satellite maintenance, debris removal, etc. In this case, orbital game is often characterized by nonlinear dynamic model, unknown state information, high randomness, but the existing approaches to deal with game problem are difficult to be applied. The analytical method based on game theory is only applicable to simple scenarios, and it is challenging to find the optimal strategy for such complex scenarios as satellite swarm game. It should be noted that deep reinforcement learning has some research basis in the cooperative decision-making and control of multi-agents. In view of its powerful perception and decision ability, this paper applies deep reinforcement learning to solve the orbital game problem of satellite swarm. Firstly, the game scenario is modeled, where typical constraints, e.g., minimum time, optimal fuel, and collision avoidance, are taken into consideration in the game process, and then the multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to solve the optimal maneuver strategy. The algorithm is based on the Actor-Critic architecture and uses a centralized training and decentralized execution approach to solve the optimal joint maneuver strategy. For different task scenarios, the action space, state observation space, and reward space are designed to introduce more rewards that match the specific game tasks to make the algorithm converge quickly, so that the satellite swarm emerges and executes better intelligent strategies to complete the corresponding game task. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper aims to analyze and design a novel variable impedance permanent magnet (PM) machine with separated fault tolerant ring for high reliability applications. The proposed topology automatically changes from low impedance to ultra-high impedance under turn-to-turn short-circuit without complex fault diagnosis and control strategies. First, the topology of the variable impedance PM machine is introduced. Then, the magnetic field distribution of the separate fault tolerant ring under health and fault is analyzed to qualitatively reveal the fault tolerance principle. Finally, a turn-to-turn short-circuit model considering the core saturation effect is developed for investigating the mechanism of fault tolerance performance improvement. It is found that the short-circuit current and torque ripple after the fault of the variable impedance machines are significantly lower than those of the conventional ones. © 2023 IEEE.

Substantial NO_(x) emission mitigation is crucial for the synergistic reduction of particulate matter and ozone(O_(3))pollution in *** traditional air quality model does not consider heterogeneous HONO chemistry,leading to uncertainties in estimating the benefits of NO_(x) *** studies have shown that the parameterization of heterogeneous HONO formation increases both the simulated value of sulfate–nitrate–ammonium(SNA)and that of O_(3),thus adding the heterogeneous reactions of HONO into air quality models inevitably leads to changes in the estimated benefits of NO_(x) *** we investigated the changes in SNA and O_(3)concentrations from NO_(x) emission reduction before and after adding heterogeneous HONO reactions in the Community Multi-Scale Air Quality(CMAQ)*** heterogeneous HONO reactions in the simulation improved the benefits of NO_(x) reduction in terms of SNA control in *** 80%NO_(x) reduction,the reduction in SNA increased from 36.9%without considering heterogeneous HONO reactions to 42.8%with heterogeneous HONO *** reduction in the maximum daily 8h average(MDA8)O_(3)in summer caused by NO_(x) reduction increased slightly from 4.7%to 5.2%after adding heterogeneous HONO *** results in this study highlight the enhanced effectiveness of NO_(x) controls for the reduction of SNA and O_(3)after considering heterogeneous HONO formation in a complex chemical ambient,demonstrating the importance of NO_(x) controls in reducing PM2.5 and O_(3)pollution in China.

A simple matrix description method is proposed, which define the formation relationship between the UAV swarm leaders and wingmen, and establishes formation database matrix sets of different formations. On the basis of this formation database, a space formation change method is proposed. It adopts the method of staggering the height layers, even if all the UAVs in the swarm are distributed at different height layers during the formation change, and then the formation change in the horizontal is carried out. There is no risk of collision when the formation is changed, and the precise change of the formation is completed, which improved the safety of the formation change. In order to deal with the formation control problem for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), a prescribed performance control (PPC) scheme based on backstepping method is developed. Firstly, the nonlinear mathematical model with bounded external disturbance is established. Meanwhile, the tracking error model of UAV formation is formulated on the basis of graph theory. For the purpose of limiting the tracking error within a small range, a performance function is recommended. Furthermore, considering that the direct processing of the initial system has great difficulties, an error transformation function is adopted. Based on PPC theory, the structure of the control law is deduced by utilizing the backstepping method. In addition, the derivation process of stability analysis is shown in detail. The simulation results show the superiority of trajectory tracking performance, which demonstrates the validity of the designed control scheme. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

To address the issue of clutter interference in ground-penetrating radar (GPR) imaging using a VNA (Vector Network Analyzer), this paper improves the traditional reverse time migration (RTM) technique for ultra-wideband GPR imaging. The improved method retains the effective signals in the detection wavefield as the valid imaging area and suppresses signals in non-valid areas. Due to variations in the distance between the transmitting and receiving antennas and the number of anomalies in the experiment, the traditional time window cross-correlation is not ideal for this scenario. The improved method automatically applies reasonable windowing to each data channel, avoiding the simultaneous enhancement of clutter interference and effective signals through direct stacking, and preventing the filtering out of effective signals. Experimental results demonstrate that this method, when applied to real measured data and compared with the traditional cross-correlation RTM method, shows advantages in more accurately locating anomalous areas and suppressing clutter interference. This validates that the Multiple Time-Gating Reverse Time Migration (MTG-RTM) method offers better localization and higher imaging accuracy in practical engineering applications. © 2024 IEEE.
