This study investigate the potential biomedical application of micro/nano-aperture membrane fabricated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Experimental work is carried out to examine the membrane's sound transmission/absorption characteristics under the condition of different aperture diameter, thickness and cavity depth of tube. It is discovered that when there is no air layer besides the tested membrane, sound transmission is not affected. When there is sound layer, it is resonant sound absorption. In the frequency range of 100-1500Hz, it is low frequency high rate sound transmission zone. In the frequency range of 1500Hz-6300Hz, it is high frequency resonant sound absorption. It is found that PTFE as a fine sound transmission material as well as a fine sound absorption material. The original test provides a solid evidence for further research and modeling of sound transmission theory.

In view of the characteristics of the fixed job scheduling problem, by establishing the sequential network model among work pieces the fixed job scheduling is converted into the optimal directed path decomposition problem, and the minimal path assignment cost of the sequential network model is the optimization objective. Then a heuristic algorithm based on the simulated annealing is presented, and applied to simulate the airline aircraft dispatching problem. The result indicates that the algorithm can deal with the generally fixed job scheduling problem, whose computation complexity is O (M (m 3 +mn)).

Based on the analysis of water-disaster influencing factors, information fusion technology was used in traditional colliery industry, which aimed at deficiencies of traditional floor water irruption prediction methods. Forecasting model was built using examples' information, and scientific judgement was made through information fusion, and forecasting result chart was drawn finally. The method was tested in a certain mine district water irruption prediction, the validity and reliability were proved elementarily.
