Driven by information technology, mod-ern warfare is more diverse and intelligent than traditional warfare, in which intelligent unmanned system plays an increasingly important role. To defend against distant threat of unmanned military arma-ments, it's essential to deploy radars, sonars, satellites, and other long-range detection equipment to build a multidimensional national defense monitoring system. Due to the unpredictable nature of battlefield, radar-based reconnaissance missions require operators to have extensive experience and maintain a high level of focus. However, prolonged radar operations may impose a heavy psychological burden on operators and even affect their mental functions. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a cognitive en-hancement and assessment system that projects virtual 3D battlefield scenarios onto the real world based on augmented reality and evaluates operators' mental state through eye-tracking technology. © 2024 IEEE.

Layered double hydroxides have demonstrated great potential for the oxygen evolution reaction,which is a crucial half-reaction of overall water ***,it remains challenging to apply layered double hydroxides in other electrochemical reactions with high efficiency and ***,we report two-dimensional multifunctional layered double hydroxides derived from metalorganic framework sheet precursors supported by nanoporous gold with high porosity,which exhibit appealing performances toward oxygen/hydrogen evolution reactions,hydrazine oxidation reaction,and overall hydrazine *** as-prepared catalyst only requires an overpotential of 233 mV to reach 10 mA·cm^(-2) toward oxygen evolution *** overall hydrazine splitting cell only needs a cell voltage of 0.984 V to deliver 10 mA·cm^(-2),which is far more superior than that of the overall water splitting system(1.849 V).The appealing performances of the catalyst can be contributed to the synergistic effect between the metal components of the layered double hydroxides and the supporting effect of the nanoporous gold substrate,which could endow the sample with high surface area and excellent conductivity,resulting in superior activity and stability.

Prediction of enhancer-promoter interactions(EPIs)is key to regulating gene expression and diagnosing genetic *** to limited resolution,biological experiments perform not as well as expected while precisely identifying specific interactions,giving rise to computational biology *** EPI predictors have been developed,but their prediction accuracy still needs to be ***,we design a new model named EPIMR to identify enhancer-promoter ***,Hilbert Curve is utilized to represent sequences to images to preserve the position and spatial ***,a multi-scale residual neural network(ResNet)is used to learn the distinguishing features of different abstraction ***,matching heuristics are adopted to concatenate the learned features of enhancers and promoters,which pays attention to their potential interaction *** results on six cell lines indicate that EPIMR performs better than existing methods,with higher area under the precision-recall curve(AUPR)and area under the receiver operating characteristic(AUROC)results on benchmark and under-sampling ***,our model is pre-trained on all cell lines,which improves not only the transferability of cross-cell line prediction,but also cell line-specific prediction *** conclusion,our method serves as a valuable technical tool for predicting enhancer-promoter interactions,contributing to the understanding of gene transcription *** code and results are available at https://***/guofei-tju/EPIMR.

The supercooled water droplets in the air will form a water film on the aircraft during flight, which will then form icing, which will have an impact on the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft and even endanger the flight safety. In this paper, based on the Eulerian Wall Films model, the partial wetting effect is introduced, and the water film flow on flat plates driven by airflow shear force is investigated. The flow behaviours of water film with different contact angles under different flow rates were explored through water film test. The effectiveness of the calculation method for water film flow characteristics in this paper was verified by comparison between numerical simulation and test records, which laid a foundation for the anti-icing calculation in subsequent studies. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2024.

In this article, the CFD method is used to analyse the performance of the ejecting inflation system of the emergency evacuation slide. The simulation model is established according to the operating principle of the ejecting inflation system. Quantitative analysis of the applicability and accuracy of simulation models in the performance simulation of the ejecting inflation system is carried out, and the effects of different ejection pressures and ejection working fluid components on the system performance are simulated. The research results show that the Realizable k-e model has the smallest simulation deviation, and the ejection flow rate and ejection ratio are within 5% of the experimental value, which meets the requirements of engineering development; increasing ejection pressure is beneficial to increase the ejection flow rate and speed up the inflation of the slide, but the ejection ratio will decrease when the ejection pressure pass 3.75MPa, which is not conducive to reducing the weight of the system; increasing the N2 content in the ejection gas source is beneficial to increase the ejection ratio and reduce the weight of the system while ensuring the inflation performance. The research results of this article can provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the design index of the ejecting inflation system of the emergency evacuation slide.

The microenvironment characterized by inflammation and oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. The death receptor 5 fusion protein (sDR5-Fc) specifically targets and blocks the key protein-tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL), which is involved in cell apoptosis. This study focuses on the development of reactive oxygen species (ROS) intelligent responsive sDR5-Fc nanoparticles, aimed at improving the pathological microenvironment associated with oxidative stress and inflammatory damage, inhibiting myocardial cell apoptosis while worsening, and enhancing the bioavailability and selectivity of sDR5-Fc. The successful synthesis of 6S-PLGE-PO-PEG was verified through infrared nuclear magnetic resonance and other analytical experiments. The ROS intelligent responsive sDR5-Fc nanoparticles (DPP) were successfully constructed in vitro , exhibiting a particle size of approximately 200 nm, as well as a certain stability and H 2 O 2 responsive release ability. DPP demonstrated good biocompatibility. The cell viability and apoptosis assays indicated that DPP significantly reduced myocardial cell damage caused by hypoxia reoxygenation and decreased cell apoptosis. In myocardial I/R rat model, the administration of DPP nanoparticle displayed superior therapeutic effects compared to the sDR5-Fc group, evidenced by the reduction in myocardial infarction area, improvement in fibrosis, decreased myocardial cell apoptosis, increased cell proliferation, enhanced angiogenesis, and inhibition of myocardial hypertrophy. The synergistic effect of ROS responsive sDR5-Fc nanoparticles in mitigating I/R injury is expected to provide a new interdisciplinary treatment approach.

The non-stationarity of electroencephalograph(EEG) signals has been a barrier in real-life application of EEG-based emotion recognition. The features extracted from emotional EEG vary from one session to another and a model trained on a temporally-limited EEG dataset may generalize poorly to data recorded at a different time for the same individual. In this study, the EEG features that stably characterize the differences between emotions are firstly explored. Then the classic progressive transductive support vector machine(PTSVM) is extended to three-classes classifications by a new region labelling rule, furthermore K-nearest neighbour algorithm and iterative process are utilized to improve the confidence of the predicted labels. Experimental results indicate that high gamma band local activation difference features and network features derived from prefrontal lobe, the temporal lobe on both sides, the left occipital-parietal lobe, the right occipital lobe and the posterior occipital lobe are temporally stable features for distinguishing different emotions(positive, neutral and negative). And the proposed session-to-session transfer model achieves an averaged classification accuracy 63.56% for three emotions classification on our dataset recorded from 23 subjects in three different days, which is 4% higher than the existing best adaptive classification model. Hence, the proposed classification model can effectively improve the performance of EEG-based session-to-session emotion recognition.

The parafoil is manipulated by pulling the trailing edge to realize maneuvering, turning, and landing etc., which involves the coupling process between the flexible fabric structure and aerodynamics. Based on the transient nonlinear dynamics' method, the FSI dynamic behaviors of trailing edge deflection is numerically simulated and analyzed. The Structured-ALE (SALE) models algorithm as well as the penalty method are both utilized to modeling the coupling fields and interface, by which the computing efficiency is highly improved. The stress distribution and structure strength of canopy is visualized and analyzed, the surrounding flow field is also visualized in 3D, the evolution mechanisms such as flow separation are studied. At last, the influence of deflection angle as well as the turning position on FSI dynamic characteristics are comparatively analyzed. Predicting the responses and injuries of seated pilots caused by emergency landing or ejection is significant for the design of ejection seats. A nonlinear two-dimensional multi-body human/seat model is proposed to predict the responses and body injuries exposed to vertical impact. Then a new force identification method is presented and applied to obtain the external excitation of the system. In addition, the parameters of this model are optimized based on the Error Assessment of Response Time Histories (EARTH) metric and Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II). Furthermore, utilizing the proposed model, this research predicts body injuries with different impact intensities. With body injuries as output, the influence of input parameters is assessed by global sensitivity analysis (GSA) methods. The result shows that the backrest angle plays a crucial role in body injuries. Finally, the influence of backrest angle is further analyzed to obtain the variation of body injuries with backrest angle. This research provides guiding principles for the subsequent design of ejection seats. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of solid-liquid two-phase flow in a vortex oil filter is performed by means of numerical simulation. The Reynolds stress turbulence model is used in the simulation flow field, and the DPM model is used for solid particle tracking. The influence of key structural parameters and operating parameters on the filtering effect was mainly studied, such as the inlet width, the size of the overflow pipe, the wall thickness and the insertion depth, the size of the cone angle and the length of the cone end. The results provide the basis for the rational design of the vortex oil filter.
