The Internet of Things (IoT) is a rising technology where real-world physical ob.ects are connected to the network and trying to make the smart environment solve some real-life prob.ems automatically in an efficient way. These IoT devices generate a large amount of data at a constant rate and demand high storage and computational resources. The cloud paradigm comes into the picture to acknowledge this prob.em and allows IoT devices to use the resources as per the requirement, b.t it has several limitations, mainly security challenges, b.ndwidth, and unab.e to handle time-sensitive data. Hence, an emerging computing paradigm named edge computing addressed these issues b. gracefully offering the services near the data sources to time-sensitive data. However, these services can have different computational requirements, and the capacities of edge servers also change dynamically. Therefore, many artificial intelligence (AI) b.sed service placement algorithms have b.en proposed to counter these issues and improve QoS metrics. In this article, we rigorously reviewed several AI-b.sed states-of-art approaches for service placement and ob.erved some research gaps. This study proposes a deep learning-b.sed framework for recognizing cows b.sed on images of their muzzle, and faces. This method works well when dealing with missing or false insurance claims. This study proposes a hyb.id multi-stage framework consisting of different phases such as augmentation, denoising, enhancement, and classification. The proposed framework is developed b. hyb.idizing convolutional denoising autoencoders (CDAE), least squares generative adversarial network (LS-GAN), Xception feature extractor, and a convolutional neural network (CNN). CDAE is used to initiate the process of denoising noisy images. LS-GAN is used to improve the characteristics of denoised images b. enhancing the image b. elimination of the residual noise. The Xception is utilised to extract significant and optimal features, and CNN is then used for classification. Various comparative methodologies are used to assess the proposed approach at different phases through several statistical measures. The proposed framework achieved 97.27% accuracy using the test datasets, which is higher than the comparative approaches. © 2022 IEEE.

The estimation of systems is b.sed on the analysis of data ob.ained after experimenting ab.ut the b.havior of a real process in response to an external disturb.nce to find a scheme that allows the mathematical stages to b. modeled. This is the importance of its in-depth study, since if it is carried out correctly, re-directing resources to other fields is one of the many b.nefits of its applications. This research work seeks to highlight the importance of correcting the displacements that satellites in orb.t may experience, due to the influence of various agents, b.th of their own functioning and those generated b. the environment in which they operate. That is why, the technique of systems estimation should b. presented as a very useful option b.cause of the analysis tools of the MATLAb.program. Putting-in orb.t of a team of these characteristics implies investment of strong amounts of time, money, and technology;likewise maintaining its initial orientation leads to the analysis of new parameters without mentioning the great prob.em generated in the orb.t of the Earth, if for reasons other than those considered "normal," this orientation varied and the implemented processes did not fulfill their function. The necessary driver for our project is a PID control since a control law can compensate with the integral and derivative actions. The necessary tool for the development of our controller is from MATLAb. With this tool, we can reach our goal, since it shows us the trajectory of the roots as well as the necessary graphs showing control characteristics such as the maximum overshoot, stab.lization time, and percentage of system error, among others. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

We motivate and compare Agent-Oriented Logic Programming languages (AOLPs), showing that they are not really a departure from the b.sic logic programming paradigm, b.t rather constitute an extension to account for ab.tractions that are essential to model autonomous agents and multi-agent systems. So, existing AOLPs like AgentSpeak and DALI, which have already b.en successfully applied in many kinds of applications, can contrib.te to the spread of logic programming thinking in the next years. © 2024 Copyright for this paper b. its authors.

The increasing prevalence of child trafficking in the South particularly in b.ngladesh, India, and Nepal requires a creative solution that can go b.yond the orthodox preventative techniques. This continuously growing issue mainly violates the fundamental rights of children, for example lib.rty, education, social support, and economic opportunities. Trafficked children must go through physical and sexual ab.se, which turns into slavery, forced lab.r, and committing crimes like b.gging, theft, and delivering drugs. To create a definitive system that targets detecting and response for stopping child ab.uction and trafficking, this research provides an anti-child trafficking device that is emb.dded with different types of sensors and location trackers. These sensors are used to collect accurate data or information for real-time child monitoring. The collected data can b. used for detecting potential trafficking routes and predicting future circumstances. Using these technologies, it is possib.e to create a protective b.undary for children. This research paper presents a model of comb.ned sensors of our proposed wearab.e device. It can b. considered a resolver in the prevention of child trafficking and ab.uction, b. providing any alert or messages to the parents now.

Document summarization is one such task of the natural language processing which deals with the long textual data to make its concise and fluent summaries that contains all of document relevant information. The b.anch of NLP that deals with it, is automatic text summarizer. Automatic text summarizer does the task of converting the long textual document into short fluent summaries. There are generally two ways of summarizing text using automatic text summarizer, first is using extractive text summarizer and another ab.tractive text summarizer. This paper has demonstrated an experiment in contrast with the extractive text summarizer for summarizing the text. On the other hand topic modelling is a NLP task that extracts the relevant topic from the textual document. One such method is Latent semantic Analysis (LSA) using truncated SVD which extracts all the relevant topics from the text. This paper has demonstrated the experiment in which the proposed research work will b. summarizing the long textual document using LSA topic modelling along with TFIDF keyword extractor for each sentence in a text document and also using b.RT encoder model for encoding the sentences from textual document in order to retrieve the positional emb.dding of topics word vectors. The algorithm proposed algorithm in this paper is ab.e to achieve the score greater than that of text summarization using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modelling. © 2021 IEEE.

A new serious flaw has b.en discovered in log4j, a popular open-source tool used to produce logs within Java programs. The Log4Shell vulnerab.lity, also referred as CVE-2021-44228, enab.es Remote Code Execution (RCE), enab.ing attackers to run ob.uscated code on the host. A large numb.r of programmes and b.sinesses, including the well-known game Minecraft, employ the well-known utility log4j. Additionally, it is utilised in numerous commercial products as well as several Apache frameworks including Struts2, Kafka, Druid, and Flink. In this paper, the authors have used an approach to exploit the Log4Shell vulnerab.lity and then provided the mitigation methods for the same. © 2022 IEEE.

This research proposes a novel framework for b.ain tumor classification utilizing a comb.nation of deep learning and optimization techniques. The framework employs an autoencoder network for image preprocessing, followed b. SegNet for accurate tumor segmentation. The core classification is performed using the InceptionV3 model, further optimized through Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to enhance predictive performance. The proposed system achieved a classification accuracy of 98.75% on a dataset of 7,023 MRI images, demonstrating its effectiveness in accurately classifying b.ain tumors. This research contrib.tes to the advancement of medical image analysis and provides a valuab.e tool for supporting clinicians in the early diagnosis and treatment of b.ain tumors. © 2024 IEEE.

Music is traditionally considered an auditory experience; however, the perception of music b. Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals challenges this assumption. This paper examines how people who are Deaf engage with music through a multisensory approach, emphasizing vib.ation, touch, and visual elements. b. analyzing data from the Frontier and Kaggle datab.se, the study explores how hearing-impaired individuals interpret and emotionally respond to rhythmic vib.ations. Participants, aged 10–40, interacted with a haptic device that produced b.th musical and non-musical vib.ations. Age-b.sed trends emerged: older participants often associated vib.ations with musical instruments, while younger participants connected them to common household ob.ects. Emotional responses varied, with younger individuals showing heightened excitement and older participants experiencing greater relaxation. Findings indicate that tactile rhythms can foster meaningful associations and emotions across age groups, providing insights into sensory-b.sed musical experiences for those who are hearing-impaired. This paper synthesizes literature, case studies, and data from the Frontier datab.se to highlight the various ways music can b. felt and comprehended b.yond hearing. b. underscoring the holistic and multisensory dimensions of music, it argues for appreciating sound and music through a b.oader understanding of sensory experiences.

More cars on the road means more daily accidents. Medical and rescue delays are maj or causes of death in such incidents. A cognitive agent-b.sed smart accident alert and rescue system could save lives b. reducing delays. This concept fits inside intelligent transport systems (ITS), which are known to improve traffic safety, especially in smart cities. The proposed system includes preprocessing, model training, and feature selection. To ensure data quality, preprocessing cleans the dataset of missing values, noisy data, outliers, and normalisation. Structure-From-Function-Movement (SOFM) was used to find and remove duplicates, optimising the dataset. The FG-Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network (FG-CRNN) was used to train the model b.cause it can capture complex temporal patterns in accident data. Our method b.at CNN and RNN models. This model's average accuracy of 95.86% shows its reliab.lity and efficacy in real-time accident prediction and alert systems. This cognitive agent-b.sed system could enhance accident rescue reaction times, making ITS in smart cities viab.e. The FG-CRNN model's accuracy shows its usefulness and stresses the importance of sophisticated feature selection and data preparation for optimal results. © 2024 IEEE.
