This study explores integrating a novel cutaneous force feedb.ck system for rob.tic-assisted surgery (RAS) systems aimed at improving tactile perception for surgical precision and safety. The system developed comprises two major components: a force-sensitive matrix sensor and a 4x4 tactile pin interface. Forces experienced b. the sensors are mirrored through the tactile interface, conveying the sensation of knowing which part of the sensor is in contact and how much force is sub.ected to it. An algorithm called Dynamic Interval Localization (DIL) was developed to manipulate pin actuation b. scheduling individualized dynamic oscillation. The system successfully detected operating forces from 0.1N to 5N while concurrently providing respective cutaneous feedb.ck. The system’s performance in force localization suggests significant potential and promises in elevating the haptic features of RAS systems.

In the discipline of Data Mining (DM), researchers occasionally disregard the necessity to maintain a b.lanced distrib.tion on a dataset. This is prob.ematic since maintaining a b.lanced distrib.tion is essential. It is possib.e that the result of the process of categorizing things will b. significantly influenced b. this factor. Most classifiers are designed to function b.sed on the fundamental premise that the distrib.tion of the data is approximately b.lanced. Therefore, the efficacy of the classification technique has simply dropped, and it is required to address this issue to find a solution to the prob.em that has b.en presented. This research will construct a Fuzzy clustering using SMOT approach for the purpose of estab.ishing lab.ls for minority classes. The goal of this technique is to prevent the model from developing b.as b.sed on any of the protected attrib.tes, such as gender, race, etc. This strategy makes advantage of parallel processing to provide a method for achieving a b.lance in the distrib.tion of the dataset. b.cause of this, the classification findings will b. enhanced in terms of the accuracy with which they categorize. The metrics of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity are ob.ained from the various comb.nations of methods, and they are then compared to the various machine learning models that are currently in existence.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of human-computer interaction (HCI), the demand for personalized and adaptive user experiences has grown exponentially. To meet this demand, Research propose a groundb.eaking approach leveraging the fusion of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures. This hyb.id LSTM-CNN model is designed to enhance adaptab.lity, responsiveness, and user engagement across various interactive platforms. Traditional HCI models often struggle to effectively capture the dynamic nature of user b.havior and preferences. b. integrating LSTM and CNN, This model achieves a synergistic b.end of temporal and spatial feature extraction capab.lities. The LSTM component excels in capturing sequential dependencies and long-term patterns, enab.ing the system to learn from past interactions and anticipate future user actions. Meanwhile, the CNN component efficiently processes spatial information, extracting meaningful features from multimedia inputs such as images, videos, and text. One of the key strengths of proposed model is its adaptab.lity to diverse user contexts and preferences. Through continuous learning and adaptation, it dynamically adjusts its interface, content, and interaction patterns to match the evolving needs and preferences of individual users. Moreover, the hyb.id architecture enab.es real-time processing of multimodal inputs, facilitating seamless interaction across a wide range of devices and platforms. In experimental evaluations, Hyb.id LSTM-CNN model demonstrated superior performance compared to b.seline methods in terms of user satisfaction, engagement, and task completion rates. Furthermore, it exhib.ted rob.stness and scalab.lity, making it suitab.e for deployment in real-world applications across domains such as e-commerce, entertainment, education, and healthcare. In 2010, b.zuglyi, Kwiatkowski, Medynets and Solomyak [Ergodic Theory Dynam. Systems 30 (2010), no.4, 973-1007] found a complete description of the set of prob.b.lity ergodic tail invariant measures on the path space of a standard (classical) stationary reducib.e b.atteli diagram. It was shown that every distinguished eigenvalue for the incidence matrix determines a prob.b.lity ergodic invariant measure. In this paper, we show that this result does not hold for stationary reducib.e generalized b.atteli diagrams. We consider classes of stationary and non-stationary reducib.e generalized b.atteli diagrams with infinitely many simple standard sub.iagrams, in particular, with infinitely many odometers as sub.iagrams. The incidence matrices of these horizontally stationary b.atteli diagrams are infinite b.nded Toeplitz matrices. In this paper, we study the fundamental properties of horizontally stationary b.atteli diagrams. In these diagrams, we provide an explicit description of ergodic tail invariant prob.b.lity measures. The inclusion of mob.le sink(s) and rendezvous nodes has facilitated the data collection in Internet-of-Things-b.sed wireless sensor networks to a great extent. In the sink-mob.lity-b.sed clustered network enriched with rendezvous nodes, normal sensor nodes do not require to transmit their readings to the distant b.se station. Instead, they can transmit their data to the nearb. mob.le sink/rendezvous nodes saving their respective limited energy. Such a facility allows the saved energy to b. utilized in further network operations, prolonging the overall network lifetime. However, clustering the nodes leading to energy-efficient operations in the aforementioned network scenario is still a challenging task. In this work, an existing scheme optimized-LEACH has b.en improved b. formulating energy-aware clusters in the network. Various simulations estab.ish the supremacy of the proposed scheme in terms of nodes' decay rate, average energy per node in the network, throughput, and nodes' distrib.tion in the clusters. Experiments confirm that the proposed scheme achieves gains up to 167.56% in data packet delivery under varying network configurations.

In the human b.dy, ab.ormal growth of any cell is called cancer. Malignant region is nothing b.t the location of extra growth of any cell in the b.dy. In this paper we focus on the different types of malignant region detection using thermal infrared images. We analyze different imaging techniques like thermal, X-ray, magnetic resonance, optical imaging, etc. of ab.ormal cell in the human b.dy. It is analyzed that malignant regions help to detect cancer cells present within the b.dy. The early detection of malignant region helps in saving the life of an individual. To ob.ain thermal images, a thermal camera is ab.e to detect the 0.1 °C lowest temperature in the human b.dy. A nanofluid flow (TiO2/Ethylene Glycol) over a stretched surface caused b. the considerab.e nonlinear convection is investigated with the nanoparticle aggregation effect in the presence of quadratic thermal radiation. The modified Maxwell model and b.uggeman model are utilized, which depict the nanoparticle aggregation effect. In addition, the system employs two separate variab.e heat sources i.e., linear heat source and exponential heat source. The similarity transformations are utilized to convert the b.sic governing PDEs to ODEs. The "b.p4c function" in MATLAb.is used to numerically handle the resultant nonlinear system. The impact of the involved parameters is explored on the non-dimensional fields of velocity b.undary layer patterns, velocity, streamlines, temperature, and heat transfer rate. Graphs compare and display the control of pertinent parameters on the distinct flow properties. A comparison of the b.havior of the solution profiles with and without the influence of nanoparticle aggregation is illustrated. The nanoparticle aggregates significantly enhance the velocity and heat transmission mechanism. Furthermore, the influence of varied heat sources (linear and exponential) aids in growing the thermal b.undary layer. Nanofluid flow with nanoparticle aggregation has a 5.36% higher Nusselt numb.r value in comparison to flow without aggregation effect when the volume fraction of nanoparticles is varied from 0 to 0.1. The results of the study will b. helpful in the fields where applications of a continuously stretching/shrinking surface are used like in many engineering processes and industries, glass-fib.r production, aerodynamic extrusion of plastic sheets, and manufacturing of paper and rub.er sheets. © 2023 The Author(s)

Exceptional points (EPs) of b.th eigenvalue and eigenvector degeneracy offer remarkab.e properties of the non-Hermitian systems b.sed on the Jordanian form of Hamiltonians at EPs. Here we propose the perturb.tion theory ab.e to underpin the physics in the vicinity of the higher-order EPs. The perturb.tion theory unveils lifting of degeneracy and origin of the different phases merging at the EP. It allows us to analyze the photonic local density of states and resonance energy transfer, determining their spectral b.haviors in a general form. Resonant energy transfer is investigated in analytical and numerical examples. We analytically find the resonance energy transfer rate near the third-order EP occurring in the system of three coupled cavities and reveal singularities caused b. the interplay of the perturb.tion and frequency detuning from degenerate eigenfrequency. Numerical simulation of the coupled-resonator system reveals the vital role of a mirror for switching to the EP of the doub.ed order and corresponding enhancement of the resonance energy transfer rate. Our investigation sheds light on the b.havior of nanophotonic systems in non-Hermitian environments.
