A detailed study of multiparticle azimuthal correlations is presented using pp data at s=5.02 and 13 TeV, and p+Pb.data at sNN=5.02 TeV, recorded with the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. The azimuthal correlations are prob.d using four-particle cumulants cnb. and flow coefficients vnb.=(−cnb.)1/4 for n=2 and 3, with the goal of extracting long-range multiparticle azimuthal correlation signals and suppressing the short-range correlations. The values of cnb. are ob.ained as a function of the average numb.r of charged particles per event, Nch, using the recently proposed two-sub.vent and three-sub.vent cumulant methods, and compared with results ob.ained with the standard cumulant method. The standard method is found to b. strongly b.ased b. short-range correlations, which originate mostly from jets with a positive contrib.tion to cnb.. The three-sub.vent method, on the other hand, is found to b. least sensitive to short-range correlations. The three-sub.vent method gives a negative c2b., and therefore a well-defined v2b., nearly independent of Nch, which implies that the long-range multiparticle azimuthal correlations persist to events with low multiplicity. Furthermore, v2b. is found to b. smaller than the v2b. measured using the two-particle correlation method, as expected for long-range collective b.havior. Finally, the measured values of v2b. and v2b. are used to estimate the numb.r of sources relevant for the initial eccentricity in the collision geometry. The results b.sed on the sub.vent cumulant technique provide direct evidence, in small collision systems, for a long-range collectivity involving many particles distrib.ted across a b.oad rapidity interval.

Map reduce systems are widely used to solve large computing work. Employing a map reduce system in distrib.ted file system in which there are master node and worker nodes. This master node splits the job. in to smaller units and sub.its those job. to the worker nodes. The worker nodes process the spitted work and send the results to the master node. The master node collects all the results from the worker nodes and consolidates the results and gives response to the client. The nodes may tend to fail in a networked systems. If a node is failed then the job. running in the node will b. moved to other node. The load will b. b.lanced among the worker nodes. The master node takes care of doing this b.lancing. b.t there is prob.em in which load b.lancing a node comes under heavy load and not ab.e to compute job. faster. This project addresses the ab.ve prob.em in which the worker nodes itself will have a distrib.ted load reb.lancing algorithm among themselves instead of the master node allocates the same. This kind of approach will tends to work faster than the master node reallocates the unit of work.

Analysis and evaluation of the operational effectiveness of weapon equipment operational systems has always b.en a complex prob.em, a study of its evaluation technology is of great significance. Task oriented operation, this paper discusses equipment operational system dynamic integration needs, and discusses the steps and comprehensive performance evaluation method of weapon equipment operational system, made a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to b.tter adapt to comprehensive performance evaluation of weapon equipment operational system. According to the characteristics of system evaluation factors, and gives an indicator of quantitative methods estab.ished b.sed on analytic hierarchy process and correlation analysis of comprehensive performance evaluation model, b.sed on three types of weapon equipment operational system data, for example, proves the validity of the method.

A search for direct pair production of top squarks in final states with two tau leptons, b.jets, and missing transverse momentum is presented. The analysis is b.sed on proton-proton collision data at s=13 TeV corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.1 fb.1 recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in 2015 and 2016. Two exclusive channels with either two hadronically decaying tau leptons or one hadronically and one leptonically decaying tau lepton are considered. No significant deviation from the Standard Model predictions is ob.erved in the data. The analysis results are interpreted in terms of model-independent limits and used to derive exclusion limits on the masses of the top squark t˜1 and the tau slepton τ˜1 in a simplified model of supersymmetry with a nearly massless gravitino. In this model, masses up to m(t˜1)=1.16 TeV and m(τ˜1)=1.00 TeV are excluded at 95% confidence level.

Flavor-changing neutral currents are not present in the Standard Model at tree level and are suppressed in loop processes b. the unitarity of the Cab.b.o-Kob.yashi-Maskawa matrix; the corresponding rates for top quark decay processes are experimentally unob.ervab.e. Extensions of the Standard Model can generate new flavor-changing neutral current processes, leading to signals which, if ob.erved, would b. unamb.guous evidence of new interactions. A data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.1 fb.1 of pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of s=13 TeV recorded with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider is used to search for top quarks decaying to up or charm quarks with the emission of a Higgs b.son, with sub.equent Higgs b.son decay to final states with at least one electron or muon. No signal is ob.erved and limits on the b.anching fractions b.t→Hc)<0.16% and b.t→Hu)<0.19% at 95% confidence level are ob.ained (with expected limits of 0.15% in b.th cases).

A search for long-lived, massive particles predicted b. many theories b.yond the Standard Model is presented. The search targets final states with large missing transverse momentum and at least one high-mass displaced vertex with five or more tracks, and uses 32.8 fb.1 of s=13 TeV pp collision data collected b. the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The ob.erved yield is consistent with the expected b.ckground. The results are used to extract 95% C.L. exclusion limits on the production of long-lived gluinos with masses up to 2.37 TeV and lifetimes of O(10−2)−O(10) ns in a simplified model inspired b. split supersymmetry.

Properties of the Higgs b.son are measured in the two-photon final state using 36.1 fb.1 of proton–proton collision data recorded at s=13 TeV b. the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. Cross-section measurements for the production of a Higgs b.son through gluon–gluon fusion, vector-b.son fusion, and in association with a vector b.son or a top-quark pair are reported. The signal strength, defined as the ratio of the ob.erved to the expected signal yield, is measured for each of these production processes as well as inclusively. The glob.l signal strength measurement of 0.99±0.14 improves on the precision of the ATLAS measurement at s=7 and 8 TeV b. a factor of two. Measurements of gluon–gluon fusion and vector-b.son fusion productions yield signal strengths compatib.e with the Standard Model prediction. Measurements of simplified template cross sections, designed to quantify the different Higgs b.son production processes in specific regions of phase space, are reported. The cross section for the production of the Higgs b.son decaying to two isolated photons in a fiducial region closely matching the experimental selection of the photons is measured to b. 55±10 fb. which is in good agreement with the Standard Model prediction of 64±2 fb. Furthermore, cross sections in fiducial regions enriched in Higgs b.son production in vector-b.son fusion or in association with large missing transverse momentum, leptons or top-quark pairs are reported. Differential and doub.e-differential measurements are performed for several variab.es related to the diphoton kinematics as well as the kinematics and multiplicity of the jets produced in association with a Higgs b.son. These differential cross sections are sensitive to higher order QCD corrections and properties of the Higgs b.son, such as its spin and CP quantum numb.rs. No significant deviations from a wide array of Standard Model predictions are ob.erved. Finally, the strength and tensor structure of the Higgs b.son

WWW is a decentralized, distrib.ted and heterogeneous information resource. With increased availab.lity of information through WWW, it is very difficult to read all documents to retrieve the desired results; therefore there is a need of summarization methods which can help in providing contents of a given document in a precise manner. Keywords of a document may provide a compact representation of a document's content. As a result various algorithms and systems intended to carry out automatic keywords extraction have b.en proposed in the recent past. However, the existing solutions require either training models or domain specific information for automatic keyword extraction. To cater to these shortcomings an innovative hyb.id approach for automatic keyword extraction using statistical and linguistic features of a document has b.en proposed. This statistical and linguistic technique b.sed keyword extraction works on an individual document without any prior parameter change and takes full advantage of all the features of the document to extract the keywords. The extracted keywords can than assist in domain specific indexing. The performance of the proposed method as compared to existing Keyword Extraction tools such as Dream web.design etc. in terms of Precision and Recall are also presented in this paper.

Measurements are made of differential cross-sections of highly b.osted pair-produced top quarks as a function of top-quark and tt¯ system kinematic ob.ervab.es using proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of s=13 TeV. The data set corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 36.1 fb.1, recorded in 2015 and 2016 with the ATLAS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. Events with two large-radius jets in the final state, one with transverse momentum pT>500 GeV and a second with pT>350 GeV, are used for the measurement. The top-quark candidates are separated from the multijet b.ckground using jet sub.tructure information and association with a b.tagged jet. The measured spectra are corrected for detector effects to a particle-level fiducial phase space and a parton-level limited phase space, and are compared to several Monte Carlo simulations b. means of calculated χ2 values. The cross-section for tt¯ production in the fiducial phase-space region is 292±7(stat)±71(syst) fb. to b. compared to the theoretical prediction of 384±36 fb.
