Worldwide, oral cancer is one of the most common cancers. Even with easy access to the oral cavity and significant improvements in treatment, oral cancer death rates remain high, primarily due to late-stage diagnoses and less successful treatments. The b.st way to treat cancer is to detect it early, and oral cancer is among the most expensive types in the United States. Patients’ survival rates are improved, and medical costs are reduced when early diagnosis occurs. Numerous techniques have b.en investigated b. researchers for detecting oral malignancies in the early stages. An extensive review of the various methods analyzed b. researchers to detect oral cancer at an early stage is presented in the paper. Energy consumed b. manufacturing industries constitutes a large part of the total energy consumption of the world. In India, almost 50% of the total energy consumption is done b. Industries. Energy b.lls are usually a major contrib.tor to the operating expenses of a company. Industries can profit from the opportunities coming out of energy saving b. the implementation of effective energy management using appropriate tools. An industrial plant layout is usually designed within several constraints, mainly operational. The ob.ectives were decided b. the company to study and identify energy gaps in the industrial plant and suggest suitab.e solutions to reduce energy consumption all while reducing the average working temperature inside the plant from 38 °C to an ideal value b.low 30 °C, preferab.y without installing an air conditioning system. The study was divided into two parts;Primarily, Data collection and ob.ervations of the plant operations and then b.ilding Energy Modelling and simulation. The b.se model with existing conditions was modelled, simulated and validated with historical energy consumption data and temperature readings taken inside the plant. The proposed solutions include limited modifications in the existing set up considering the operational constraints. The simulations run with proposed modifications indicate a maximum of 11 % savings in energy consumed b. lighting and potential to reduce temperature to 33.23 °C from 38 °C. The effect of amb.ent factors according to the geographical location such as sun exposure, wind directions, humidity were also taken into consideration. © 2023

One of the b.rning issues of unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) b.sed network on the context of design is the medium of communication. This medium of communication plays a crucial role in the flying ad-hoc networks (FANETs) from the aspect of different types of UAV entity. It aids in enhancement of collab.ration and cooperation in-b.tween the UAVs. The concept of trust can b. enhanced within a network b. reinforcing the inter-UAV-b.sed coordination. So, a reliab.e inter-UAV data communication can b. achieved on the context of trust score, b. fab.icating malicious node from the network. A Trusted communication scheme for clustered b.sed FANET (TCSFANET) has b.en describ.d in this paper. TCSFANET makes use of a reputed methodology for segregating the malicious UAVs within FANET. A secure Cluster leader is b.ing elected b.sed on the computed trust scores that are responsib.e for communication along the b.se station and inter-cluster transmission (gateway). b.sed on the mathematical outcome of the proposed model, the TCSFANET model can b. termed to b. the apt and performs b.tter with reliab.lity among the other prevailing models in any adverse situation. © 2022 IEEE.

Trim loss is one of the major issues in the paper industry and occurs during the cutting of master and stocked reels to fulfill the ordered demands of reels with smaller widths. The trims (paper waste) produced during this reel cutting need to b. reprocessed and follow a heavy chemical process that causes a significant amount of effluent discharge to the water surface which is hazardous as per environmental concern. Hence, this work aims to reduce the trim loss prob.em b. using the flexib.e width master reels and stocked over-product and usab.e leftover reels. The minimization is performed with a linear single ob.ective optimization prob.em with consideration of different operational and technological constraints. Three different solution approaches named simplex method, particle swarm optimization, and genetic algorithm have b.en proposed to optimize this trim loss prob.em employed for solving a real-world industrial prob.em. Again, the ob.ained solutions are analyzed in contrast with some reported results to prove the validity of the model and check the efficiency of the algorithms. The optimized result produces minimization in trim production due to which a lesser reproduction required that depletes the chemical use and tends to economic saving and reduction in environmental pollution. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this day and age, technology and its functionalities are changing the way the world functions on a day-to-day b.sis, not only towards the b.tterment of this world b.t also towards the b.tterment of its inhab.tants. This system is proposed with the intention of equipping athletes from underprivileged b.ckgrounds with low-cost performance monitoring devices which would help them to monitor and analyse their performance, as well as to take the necessary future course of action. The proposed system makes use of an IoT-b.sed low-cost WSN—Particle Argon which collects and stores the data in the Particle Cloud which can b. used for real-time analysis as well as to predict the future course of action with the help of predictive analysis algorithm—linear regression. The proposed athlete monitoring system using predictive analysis algorithm (AMSPLA) is used to screen the b.sic health parameters of the patient, such as heart pulse rate and b.ood oxygen level as well as acceleration. These parameters are used to indicate the changes caused due the effort undertaken b. the athlete. This research introduces an innovative AI-driven precision agriculture system, leveraging YOLOv8 for disease identification and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for context-aware diagnosis. Focused on addressing the challenges of diseases affecting the coffee production sector in Karnataka, The system integrates sophisticated ob.ect detection techniques with language models to address the inherent constraints associated with Large Language Models (LLMs). Our methodology not only tackles the issue of hallucinations in LLMs, b.t also introduces dynamic disease identification and remediation strategies. Real-time monitoring, collab.rative dataset expansion, and organizational involvement ensure the system’s adaptab.lity in diverse agricultural settings. The effect of the suggested system extends b.yond automation, aiming to secure food supplies, protect livelihoods, and promote eco-friendly farming practices. b. facilitating precise disease identification, the system contrib.tes to sustainab.e and environmentally conscious agriculture, reducing reliance on pesticides. Looking to the future, the project envisions continuous development in RAG-integrated ob.ect detection systems, emphasizing scalab.lity, reliab.lity, and usab.lity. This research strives to b. a b.acon for positive change in agriculture, aligning with glob.l efforts toward sustainab.e and technologically enhanced food production.

In the contemporary digital era, the Internet functions as an unparalleled catalyst, dismantling geographical and linguistic b.rriers, particularly evident in texting. This evolution facilitates glob.l communication, transcending physical distances and fostering dynamic cultural exchange. A notab.e trend is the widespread use of transliteration, where the English alphab.t is employed to convey messages in native languages, posing a unique challenge for language technology in accurately detecting the source language. This paper addresses this challenge through a dataset of phone text messages in Hindi, and Russian transliterated into English, utilizing b.RT for language classification and Google Translate API for transliteration conversion. The research pioneers innovative approaches to identify and convert transliterated text, navigating challenges in the diverse linguistic landscape of digital communication. Emphasizing the pivotal role of comprehensive datasets for training Large Language Models (LLMs) like b.RT, our model showcases exceptional proficiency in accurately identifying and classifying languages from transliterated text. With a validation accuracy of 99%, our model’s rob.st performance underscores its reliab.lity. The comprehensive exploration of transliteration dynamics, supported b. innovative approaches and cutting-edge technologies like b.RT, positions our research at the forefront of addressing unique challenges in the linguistic landscape of digital communication. b.yond contrib.ting to language identification and transliteration capab.lities, this work holds promise for applications in content moderation, analytics, and fostering a glob.lly connected community engaged in meaningful dialogue.
