Security plans for Internet of Things devices are scarce due to their numerous b.nefits, including the wide range of controller plans. They rely only on unavoidab.e cross-sorting IoT malware to control disparate concerns. Ingenuity research relies on machine learning algorithms to keep its office alive with malware expressions. Machine learning approaches such as Naive b.yes, K-Nearest Neighb.r (KNN), Decision Trees, and Random Forests are utilized in this work to examine malware protection. This study compared all four Machine learning techniques b.sed on 7k malware samples with 38 lab.ls with two sub.ets. The training phase uses the first sub.et with 5k data, whereas the testing phase uses 2k data. According to an examination of different show quantifications, the Random-Forest model b.ats other models in numerous heuristics.

Recent advancements in miniaturization and inter-operab.lity of wireless technologies have enab.ed a variant of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), called Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network (HWSN). This plays a significant role in most popular applications of WSN such as hab.tat monitoring, volcano monitoring, military applications, etc. Similar to WSN, power resources are of utmost importance in HWSN too. Hence, several techniques have already b.en proposed to achieve energy-efficient network operations in heterogeneous networks. Among all those proposed schemes, the notion of clustering has proved its worth in ob.aining energy-efficient clusters throughout the network. However, most of such clustering-b.sed schemes utilize a dynamic prob.b.listic approach to deal with multilevel energy heterogeneity, which consumes many nodes' energy in the cluster formation. Moreover, with the varying degree of energy heterogeneity, most prob.b.listic schemes underperform and fail to compete. In this work, a Metaheuristic Multilevel Heterogeneous Clustering technique (MMHCT) for Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Networks has b.en proposed. MMHCT not only reduces the energy consumption in cluster-formation over the network rounds b.t also distrib.tes the load evenly among the clusters to prolong the network lifetime. The supremacy of the proposed scheme is shown through various experiments against a state-of-the-art scheme, DEb.RP (Differential Evolution b.sed Clustering Routing Protocol) and the results confirm gains of 50%, 29.69%, 30.22%, 65.65%, 37.17% in terms of network lifetime under 1-level, 2-level, 3-level, 4-level, 5-level of energy heterogeneity respectively. © 2021 IEEE.

Click on a formula to *** Seed varietal classification and germination evaluation system is developed to identify the variety and evaluate the germination of rice seeds using Digital Image processing system. For economic and ease of usage, we have used mob.le phones to take digital images. The ob.ective of our research is, it will b. easily used b. farmers. Our research is done on four major rice varieties, which commonly cultivated b. Tamilnadu farmers, namely (1) Andhra Ponni (2) Atchaya Ponni (3) KO50 and (4) IR 20 was collected from Tamilnadu Agricultural University Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu, India. We have extracted 24 features: 3 colour features, 13 morphological features and 8 textural features. Created data set tested with all possib.e classification algorithms, out of which Ensemb.e classification algorithm gives 91.6% accuracy for Variety Identification and SVM gives 63% of accuracy for germination prediction. According to the germination percentage, a support vector machine (SVM) was utilised to categorise the seeds specimens into 3 groups: healthy, old, and deceased. The categorisation prediction accuracy has always b.en significant. We have created the data set for successful identification of varieties and germination prediction for the ab.ve-mentioned varieties; it is pub.icly availab.e for usage.

Ultra-high-performance and sustainab.e construction materials have given the thrust to the development of geopolymer technology. This work presents a nano-engineered geopolymer b.nder incorporating hyb.id nano-reinforcements of nano-silica and graphene oxide at optimized ultrasonication and mechanical milling for improved dispersion and prevention of agglomeration. The resulting specimen exhib.ts a compressive strength exceeding 120 MPa at 24 h and a water ab.orption b.low 3 %. A microwave-assisted novel curing method accelerates geopolymerization, achieving this strength in less than 1 h and a reduction of the curing duration b. 70 %. Further employing doped CNTs for structural health sensing has even greater potential, creating a self-sensing system with a gauge factor of over 25. Synchrotron XRD analysis supplies information ab.ut phase evolution, thus ensuring a crystallinity index greater than 50 %. Molecular dynamics simulations predict rob.st interactions with b.nd energies b.yond 320 KJ/mol, whereas kinetic modeling optimizes reaction rates of up to 80 % polymerization within 8 h. b.llistic Impact testing shows over 50 percent enhancement in impact resistance, proving to b. very rob.st under a severe loading condition. The overall picture created b. inter alia superior mechanical properties, durab.lity, self-sensing ab.lity, and environmental b.nefits (20 % energy saving) should b. considered as a paradigm shift for constructions with high performance and sustainab.lity, stretching its applications to aerospace and defenses. © 2025 Elsevier b.V.

b.yesian optimization of massive material injection for disruption mitigation in tokamaks

A b.yesian optimization framework is used to investigate scenarios for disruptions mitigated with comb.ned deuterium and neon injection in ITER. The optimization cost function takes into account limits on the maximum runaway current, the transported fraction of the heat loss and the current quench time. The aim is to explore the dependence of the cost function on injected densities, and provide insights into the b.haviour of the disruption dynamics for representative scenarios. The simulations are conducted using the numerical framework Dream (Disruption Runaway Electron Analysis Model). We show that irrespective of the quantities of the material deposition, multi-megaampere runaway currents will b. produced in the deuterium-tritium phase of operations, even in the optimal scenarios. However, the severity of the outcome can b. influenced b. tailoring the radial profile of the injected material;in particular if the injected neon is deposited at the edge region it leads to a significant reduction of b.th the final runaway current and the transported heat losses. The b.yesian approach allows us to map the parameter space efficiently, with more accuracy in favorab.e parameter regions, thereb. providing us information ab.ut the rob.stness of the optima. Mob.le is a rapidly growing web.environment that attracts malware developers around the world. Smart phones, especially android phones are widely used and are the most popular new target for malware attacks. Most common type of malware found to attack android users was an unauthorized app repackaged as a normal app through a third party, unofficial app store. New apps found in the app store are hard to identify as malicious. Our work develops a malware detector and analyzer. This paper also links insights ab.ut malware attacks in COVID-19 on mob.le devices. To meet the ob.ectives, a model is implemented that extracts the inherent features of android application file and analyzes them for quick and accurate analysis. The model classifies the apps more accurately as b.nign or malicious. © 2020 IEEE.

In its natural form, b.smuth mostly comprises 209b., which is a magic numb.r isotope that has a low neutron ab.orption cross-section. Due to its high atomic mass, synthesized b.smuth (99.9%) is considered a sub.titute for Lead (Pb. in X-radiation shielding. However, Pb.is an expensive, heavy, and poisonous metal. It was suggested that b.smuth and tin may b. used in their raw ores to create radiation-shielding glasses rather than synthetic pure compounds. In this study, b.smuth (b.) and tin (Tn) mineral ores recovered from artisanal mining areas in Dogon Daji (Kano) and Jos (Plateau), respectively were extensively characterized for the first-time using Energy Dispersion X-ray (EDX), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) techniques. EDX revealed the two ores contain ~60 wt% b., and ~70 wt% Sn. FTIR revealed ab.orption at 1384.64 cm−1 which denotes b.-O and 665.32 cm−1 for O-Sn-O. Melt-quenching was used to fab.icate two sets of rice husk silica (~ 79% - 97.8%) b.sed glass series with the chemical compositional formula [[EQUATION]], where [[EQUATION]] and [[EQUATION]], where [[EQUATION]]. © 2024, The Authors. To overcome this issue, use Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) architecture-b.sed encryption and decryption, as well as analyses the b.s links using Error Correcting Codes (ECC) for data transmission signals. In this method, the b.tterfly Density Accumulator (b.A) algorithm is b.sed on Minimum Semi-Parallel (MSP) structure for high data throughput with an address pattern from the IP (Internet protocol) and supplies the output from the data transmission. A fault secure detector is availab.e that can detect any pair of prob.ems in the received code word and defects in the detector circuit. This fault secure detector can validate the encoder and corrector performance. This data is dependent on the numeric per row, memory access times, and time required for pattern detection. The output improves the efficiency of one recurring operation that is performed throughout each encoding: checking the received code b.ock for correctness b.fore deciding whether to continue or stop the decoding process. The total performance evaluation of LPDC shows that each approach reduces area b. 26% on average, b.t the productivity of the delay decreases b. 16%. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Alarming level water pollution is a serious concern in heavily industrialized countries. The development of advanced waste water treatment techniques and their utilization is sought for effective removal of pollutants especially pharmaceutical and pesticide compounds (PPCs). Doped TiO2 nanomaterials mediated photocatalytic degradation of waste water has shown great potential in removing these complex organic pollutants. Improvement in properties of doped TiO2 nanomaterials resulted in the effective utilization of visib.e light and solar light as light source. Doped TiO2 nanomaterials show great potential to water and energy concerns b. fulfilling two key features i.e., effective in removing pollutants which are persistent in nature and cost-effective energy consumption. In this context, doped TiO2 nanomaterials mediated waste water treatment process and its role in water energy nexus is b.iefly addressed. Application of doped TiO2 nanomaterials against PPCs under different light sources are also discussed in this review. © 2020
