background and ob.ectives: This paper presents a dynamic model aimed at predicting nursing manpower requirements for cancer care over the next ten years. The proposed model, based on the Taiwan Health Insurance Database (2000 to 2010), is meant to serve as a reference in establishing policy for government health units. Methods: The proposed prediction model uses fuzzy sets to replace definite values with interval values in order to account for uncertainties in real-world data and enhance the flexibility of prediction results. Results: Our results suggest that the demand for nursing manpower for cancer care will grow steadily in the foreseeab.e future. The gap between the demand for nursing staffand the supply is expected to peak in 2027. by then, the number of oncologists is expected to reach 7,083 (54.32% of the total number of in-hospital physicians), but the number of oncology nurses will be less than 26,297 (56.5% of the total healthcare manpower). It is also expected that there will be fewer than 1,613 outpatient physicians (71.81% of the total number of physicians) and fewer than 4,967 outpatient nurses (68.46% of the total nursing manpower). Conclusions: This paper provides a valuab.e reference for government agencies involved in the nursing manpower planning to improve the quality of nursing care. (C) 2021 elsevier b.V. JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino ob.ervatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge availab.e to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.

Quantum complexity quantifies the difficulty of preparing a state, or implementing a unitary, using limited resources. Over the past decade, quantum-complexity research has surged. Applications range from quantum computation to condensed matter and quantum gravity. Different communities apply different tools to quantum complexity, as well as define complexity differently. This review bridges the disciplines’ approaches. We cover multiple definitions of complexity, as well as their key properties and applications. In quantum information, random quantum circuits proved to be an invaluab.e tool in extracting properties of the complexity growth of discrete quantum circuits. In quantum many-body systems and quantum field theory (QFT), complexity is defined geometrically through geodesics. Complexity can be defined also in terms of state or operator spreading and tensor-network concepts. In addition to reviewing these approaches, we outline applications to simple quantum systems, quantum many-body models and QFTs, including conformal field theories (CFTs). Finally, we detail the relationship between complexity and gravitational ob.ervab.es within the anti-de Sitter-space (AdS)/CFT correspondence. Purpose:This research seeks to identify the key factors influencing the quality of financial information within the context of globalisation and complex commercial ***:In today's globalised environment, trust in financial information is crucial for maintaining market stability and efficiency. An accuracy-lossless perturbation method for defending privacy attacks in federated learning

Although federated learning improves privacy of training data by exchanging local gradients or parameters rather than raw data, the adversary still can leverage local gradients and parameters to obtain local training data by launching reconstruction and membership inference attacks. To defend such privacy attacks, many noises perturbation methods (like differential privacy or CountSketch matrix) have b.en widely designed. However, the strong defence ability and high learning accuracy of these schemes cannot be ensured at the same time, which will impede the wide application of FL in practice (especially for medical or financial institutions that require both high accuracy and strong privacy guarantee). To overcome this issue, in this paper, we propose an efficient model perturbation method for federated learning to defend reconstruction and membership inference attacks launched by curious clients. On the one hand, similar to the differential privacy, our method also selects random numbers as perturbed noises added to the global model parameters, and thus it is very efficient and easy to be integrated in practice. Meanwhile, the random selected noises are positive real numbers and the corresponding value can be arbitrarily large, and thus the strong defence ability can be ensured. On the other hand, unlike differential privacy or other perturbation methods that cannot eliminate the added noises, our method allows the server to recover the true gradients by eliminating the added noises. Therefore, our method does not hinder learning accuracy at all. extensive experiments demonstrate that for both regression and classification tasks, our method achieves the same accuracy as non-private approaches and outperforms the state-ofthe- art related schemes. besides, the defence ability of our method is significantly better than the state-of-the-art related defence schemes. In recent times it is seen that the climatic and weather conditions not only in India but also in other countries have become uncertain and unpredictab.e, which may have devastating effects on the agriculture production. India being an agricultural country, most of the farmers largely rely on monsoons and agricultural production is weather dependent. The environmental factors like temperature, humidity, moisture, precipitation and many other parameters keep on changing rapidly and unpredictably. This unpredictab.e nature, variability of climatic or weather conditions makes the life of farmers quite miserab.e as they are unab.e to take proper decisions at the right time. Thus, it is the need of the hour to have a real-time, local weather station which would keep the farmers informed well in advance about the prevailing weather conditions so that they can take appropriate decisions at the right time and save their crops from loss. Precision Agriculture (PA) is an art of using the latest availab.e technologies in the agriculture domain so as to make traditional agriculture more profitab.e and sustainab.e while reducing the wastage of resources. The penetration of internet into India is very deep and very fast, especially due to the Jio mania by Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited last year, high speed internet is now possib.e even in rural areas. This paper proposes a IoT based real-time local weather station for PA, that would provide farmers a means of automizing their agricultural practices (irrigation, fertilization, harvesting) at the right time. The proposed system would also aid the farmers to carry out the agricultural tasks on real-time bases, which in turn helps them to use the agricultural resources in efficient way and at the time when needed by the crops. The proposed weather system is a small step towards the development of PA system considering the Indian scenarios. © 2018 Ieee.

This paper is a continuation of the research of our previous work [5] and considers quaternionic generalized Carathéodory functions and the related family of gen-eralized positive functions. It is addressed to a wide audience which includes researchers in complex and hypercomplex analysis, in the theory of linear systems, but also electric engineers. For this reason it includes some results on generalized Carathéodory func-tions and their factorization in the classic complex case which might be of independent interest. An important new result is a pseudo-spectral factorization and we also discuss some interpolation prob.ems in the class of quaternionic generalized positive functions. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. The discovery of high-energy cosmic neutrinos has raised great interest in the field of neutrino astronomy. The KM3NeT/ARCA detector is currently under construction at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea and is measuring high-energy neutrinos. The complete detector will instrument a cubic kilometre of seawater with photomultiplier tubes that detect the Cherenkov radiation from the products of neutrino interactions. The design is focused on discovering high-energy neutrino sources which requires an excellent angular resolution. This contribution covers the reconstruction algorithms deployed in the full KM3NeT/ARCA detector and their performances. The angular resolution reaches below 0.1◦ for tracks and below 1◦ for cascades and doub.e cascades that originate from tau neutrinos. The KM3NeT/ARCA neutrino detector is currently under construction at the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea. The main science ob.ective is the detection of high-energy cosmic neutrinos and the discovery of their sources. This is achieved by instrumenting a cubic kilometre of seawater with photo-multiplier tubes that detect Cherenkov radiation from neutrino interaction products. In recent years, there have b.en advancements in the reconstruction algorithms for muon neutrinos, along with the development of techniques for identifying and accurately reconstructing electron and tau neutrinos.
