Load forecasting plays a vital role in generation and distribution sectors in the power system. This helps to obtain optimum load scheduling which helps to predict future consumption to increase reliability in the system. The demand side management helps to optimize the consumption of energy based upon the priority of the consumers. The load forecasting helps to predict the usage of power through the priority scheduling of the loads which helps to minimize and maximize the operating cost. The optimization technique plays a versatile role in the load scheduling based on demand side management in the industrial sectors. The combination of advanced technologies with communication infrastructure makes the system more reliable and smarter. The demand side management is achieved through shifting the loads from peak hours to non-peak hours. Thus, to enhance the automatic scheduling of loads in the industrial sector is achieved by the neuro-fuzzy controller and deep learning techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as a transformative technique for real-time, high-quality 3D rendering. This paper surveys the advancements in 3DGS, focusing on optimization strategies, applications across diverse domains, and AI-driven innovations that enhance its utility. Optimization techniques, such as mini-Splatting and sparsification frameworks, address challenges like computational overhead and memory inefficiency while maintaining visual fidelity. AI has further expanded the capabilities of 3DGS through frameworks like SceneTeller, ART3D and GaussianEditor, enabling text-to-3D generation, object-level manipulation, and artistic scene creation with multi-view consistency. Applications of 3DGS range from autonomous driving and robotics to virtual and augmented reality, highlighting its adaptability and efficiency. This survey underscores the importance of continued research to refine 3DGS’s scalability and applicability, solidifying its role at the intersection of computer graphics and artificial intelligence.

One of the most important and crucial professions in the world is agriculture. It is estimated that various kinds of pests like insects, weeds, animals, and diseases cause crop yield losses of 20–40%. This raises the need for detection of the types and severity of diseases at early stages, thus minimizing the usage of fertilizers and the chances of the producing healthy and higher crop yields. Therefore, it is now vital to raise the quality of agricultural products. Artificial intelligence has a great deal of potential to be demonstrated as an effective instrument that can assist agriculture in managing the growing complexity of modern agriculture. Especially doing agriculture in large scale can benefit from the intelligent systems. Till now the systems for identifying and classifying crop varieties and crop diseases have been undertaken as two different problems and the deep learning solutions developed are isolated. We have initiated and directed our work towards developing a multi-stage deep learning model which will predict the crop varieties along with the crop diseases in a composite manner. The intention was to allow integration of learning models for achieving multiple tasks. We have used ResNet18 and VGG19 for learning and classifying the crop varieties and crop diseases. We have performed experimentation with varying hyperparameter setup and the results were analyzed. The suggested model provides effectiveness by correctly detecting and recognizing crop varieties and diseases with a top-1 training accuracy of 94.91% and a top-1 validation accuracy of 90.9%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Nanoscale ultrasound contrast agents,or nanobubbles,are being explored in preclinical applications ranging from vascular and cardiac imaging to targeted drug delivery in *** sub.micron particles are approximately 10x smaller than clinically available *** allows them to effectively traverse compromised physiological barriers and circulate for extended periods of *** various aspects of nanobubble behavior have been previously examined,their behavior in human whole blood has not yet been ***,herein we examined,for the first time,the short and long-term effects of blood components on nanobubble acoustic *** observed differences in the kinetics of backscatter from nanobubble suspensions in whole blood compared to bubbles in phosphate buffered saline(PbS),plasma,or red blood cell solutions(RbCs).Specifically,after introducing nanobubbles to fresh human whole blood,signal enhancement,or the magnitude of nonlinear ultrasound signal,gradually increased by 22.8±13.1%throughout our experiment,with peak intensity reached within 145 *** contrast,nanobubbles in PbS had a stable signal with negligible change in intensity(􀀀1.7±3.2%)over 8 *** the same conditions,microbubbles made with the same lipid formulation showed a􀀀56.8±6.1%decrease in enhancement in whole *** confocal,fluorescent,and scanning electron microscopy analysis revealed attachment of the nanobubbles to the surface of RbCs,suggesting that direct interactions,or hitchhiking,of nanobubbles on RbCs in the presence of plasma may be a possible mechanism for the observed *** phenomenon could be key to extending nanobubble circulation time and has broad implications in drug delivery,where RbC interaction with nanoparticles could be exploited to improve delivery efficiency.

Severe abrasive wear is an unwanted phenomenon which occurs widely during hot stamping processes due to extreme process conditions like high temperatures and the absence of lubrication. Abrasive wear is a form of tool wear in which material is removed from the tools, changing the geometrical characteristics of the tools. In a longer term, abrasive wear can negatively affect the shape of formed parts and can influence the heat transfer between the tools and the sheet. Therefore, it is important to develop advanced tools to predict and control abrasive wear during hot stamping processes. more recently an advanced friction model for hot stamping processes has been introduced to accurately describe frictional behavior of 22mnb5-AlSi. This study aims to further extend the advanced friction model of 22mnb5-AlSi into an abrasive wear prediction tool by evaluating a number of abrasive wear models. Three dimensional tool scans of an industrial part are used to calibrate the abrasive wear models. This resulted in a multi-dimensional abrasive wear model as a function of temperature, pressure, strain and the cumulative sliding distance in contact between the tool and the sheet. The abrasive wear distribution and tool lifetime predictions are evaluated based on an industrial part from Volvo Cars. The abrasive tool wear locations are properly identified on the dies and a good correlation in tool wear severity could be made. However, the evolution of abrasive wear in less severe areas should be further investigated to increase the prediction capability of the proposed tool wear model. © CHS2 2024 . All rights reserved.

Over the past decade, significant advancements and growth have been observed within the scientific field across various domains of Nano research. Zirconia NPs garnered significant interest across various disciplines owing to their diverse array of uses. Zirconia (ZrO2) is a ceramic compound composed of the transition metal zirconium. Due to their effective curative biomedical domains, zirconium nanoparticles are used in tissue engineering, antibacterial, anticancer, and antioxidant medication. Zirconium oxide is a metal oxide that exhibits the characteristics of economic feasibility, nonhazardous properties, and sustainability, hence providing a wide range of prospective uses. The ZrO2 nanocomposite demonstrates a notable capacity for biosensing, particularly in the detection of glucose and other living entities, displaying a high level of sensitivity. This research paper presents a comprehensive approach for extracting and classifying text from images using computer vision and deep learning techniques. We demonstrate a step-by-step process of preprocessing, text extraction, and classification with a multi-Layer Perceptron(mLP). The proposed method is evaluated on a dataset of player images having different kill counts and shows promising results using bounding box algorithm in automated text extraction and classification. © 2024 IEEE.

Low fins are one of the modern method of improving the performance of the heat in the heat transfer components and it is the integral part of the specialized category of tubes that has to be designed for the sophisticated heat transfer industrial equipment's. these category of tubes are mostly used in the high power consuming and low area required applications like refrigeration, petrochemical process, and power generations where the efficient had heat exchanger in crucial. The abstract underscores the importance of meticulous heat exchanger studies, especially in sensitive applications like ethanol fuel mixtures, considering factors such as heat transfer efficiency, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and cost-effectiveness. The rise of GenAI appears to be a turning point in the shaping of the education industry as it brings forth the ability for various civilisations throughout the globe to integrate different personalised forms of teaching and learning principles within themselves. For this purpose, the capabilities of GenAI in educational systems are demonstrated by implementing web-based application called EduFab Course Generator. As for the technologies that were applied for the development of the application, these were ***, React, and Tailwind CSS. AI materials for creating course materials are made available by the Gemini API, along with Drizzle for the AI Course Generator database management and Clerk for secure authentication management. According to scale requirements of the course, EduFab Course Generator enables users to teach new lessons and topics which also creates the scene for GenAI powered alternative curriculum innovations. To secure the user, Clerk simplifies user management while making authentication detailed. To enrich and enhance the experience of the user at each point in time, the Gemini API develops various text formats like videos, exams, and vocational experience as learning materials for other courses. For securing the user's customized documents along with the user activity history, Drizzle supports flexible and type compliant backend database operations which enable and enhance end-user experience
