This paper presents a prototype design for a smart traffic system to be used at junction roads. This project uses traffic cameras for vehicle detection where automatically the signal timing changes by sensing the traffic data. Here, the parameters of the traffic dataset are the number of vehicles, speed, and vehicle type. If there is no vehicle on the road with a green signal, the traffic keeps accumulating on other roads of the junction. The conventional traffic system uses a fixed time, and its performance is considered poor in efficiency. To provide an alternative to conventional traffic systems, this proposed system is designed to effectively manage traffic congestion. This proposed method uses computer vision and analyzer algorithms to detect the vehicle’s speed and calculate whether or not the vehicle will be able to reach the stop line to pass through within the available green signal time in real-time. If there is no vehicle in the green zone of a traffic light that has the green light, then it will check the other camera which is planted at a particular distance away from the stop line to detect vehicles and if there is a vehicle crossing this camera, the computer vision and the analyzer will check the speed, of the vehicle and calculates whether the vehicle will pass the traffic light before the red light is ON. If the detected vehicle will not pass on time the traffic light will automatically change to Red and the next road will get a green light instantaneously. so, the road traffic can be cleared and the signal time can be used effectively, Thus it will address the problem which causes traffic congestion at the junctions and more importantly prioritize green signal changes for emergency vehicles in real-time scenarios. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to springer Nature singapore Pte Ltd 2023.

In our society, yearly 33% of senior citizens fall down in their residential area. When our family members come to old age, it becomes essential to monitor them for their in-home health and safety. Although they dwell in home, because of illness and weedy joints they have a big threat of falling down in any corner of home premises. In such circumstances, it becomes significant to recognize if an elderly person has fallen so that he/she can get quick help on time. Physically handicapped person on wheelchair also requires to be monitored for fall detection. Currently CCTV Camera-b.s.d monitoring systems are in existence but these systems are very expensive. Common man cannot afford such system. For these reasons we propose a novel, smart and cost-effective fall-detection system by merging latest technology as Internet of Things and existing algorithms like Motion History Image and C-Motion. This system uses low-cost Pi Camera mounted on Raspberry Pi to monitor and detect person's fall-like movements. Pi Camera is a smart camera can be easily fixed on windows and walls of living room. system will be watching keenly for fall detection and unexpected motion changes in targeted person. An unexpected abrupt change with peak in the system is treated as a fall. In case of the person did not fall and alarm was false, then the system will have a provision to stop the alert within 5 seconds. If within stipulated time, person does not press stop button, system will consider it's as fall- activity and automatically sends an alert message via Wi-Fi to victim's take-givers for quick medical help. © 2017 IEEE.

Creating digital content and distributing them has become much easier and convenient nowadays, where the digital content creator can create the content and also distribute their work to others from anywhere with the help of internet. This also has the risk as the content is distributed using internet, the risk being copyright infringement and illegal distribution of the content. To avoid these types of risks the content creators are opting towards the help of digital rights management. The digital rights management team provides help and support to the content creators in cases where their work is illegally copied or distributed. To get the digital content copyrighted is also not an easy task as it consumes time and money. The proposed model overcomes these issues by integrating digital signature, structure similarity index measurement (ssIM) and blockchain technology in the digital rights management life cycle. The digital signature is used to uniquely identify the user and the related information can be traced back to the user using digital signature, and the copyright is provided using the ssIM method. The ssIM value can be in the range of -1 to 1 where 1 denotes that both the media files are identical and the system updates this information so that all the participant can view this information. If the ssIM value after comparing both the media files is -1 then the both images are unique and authentic, then the copyright is provided for the media file and this information is updated in the system as well as Ethereum blockchain. This makes the system more secure, rob.s. and transparent. © 2022 Elsevier b.V.. All rights reserved.

software testing is the most expensive process of the development and maintenance phase of the software product. Whenever changes are made in the code, it becomes very difficult to execute all the test cases in regression testing. Therefore, that testing process needs some test case reduction and prioritization techniques to improve the regression testing process. Although there are many existing techniques for test case reduction as well as for prioritizations, this paper will take its focus on the multi-level random walk algorithm which has been used for test case reduction. In a multi-level random walk selection algorithm, test case selection for further reduction is done randomly on every iteration that degrades the performance of the testing process in terms of coverage and will also generate a situation for random test case tie. To overcome this situation of random test case selection and handling test case tie, a solution is being proposed in this paper which includes a combination of optimized multi-level random walk and optimized algorithm (Genetic algorithm). This proposed approach proves that the combination of both the techniques improves the overall performance better than the existing multi-level random walk. © 2021, springer Nature singapore Pte Ltd.

Handwritten Digit Recognition (HDR) techniques are acquiring favor in academia and b.s.ness. because of their complex and irregular patterns, handwritten texts are difficult to recognize. Word retrieval in limited-resource scripts is complex and time-consuming. Randomizing samples and increasing the size of training datasets enhance deep learning and neural network, models. HDR techniques heavily rely on manually-programmed key point information. The writing styles and dimensions of the input sample make numerical identification and categorization difficult. This work circumvents these limitations by employing a CNN model and an effective HDR scheme. HDR enhances the classification accuracy of the MNIsT dataset. The Gaussian filter and the Convolution algorithm polish the numbers. CNN-WOA is indicated as the model because the Algorithm for Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) fine-tunes CNN parameters. Using accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, AUC, F1-score, and false positive rate, simulation outcomes of the CNN-WOA model are compared to state-of-the-art techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

Introductory programming course have two very specific difficulties for novice students. First is the lack of real world examples in the sessions. It is very difficult to find areas of application where all the students are familiar enough and that offers challenging and engaging examples. second it is the lack of palpable results of the job done. Introductory courses in other fields generate products that the students can show to others, and feel proud about it. In Cs1, for example, explaining loops by printing a series of numbers on the screen doesn't yield the same sense of accomplishment as drawing a b.s.c perspective in an architecture course. We propose using Project Hoshimi [1], a Microsoft Platform, as a b.s. for introducing computer programming to Cs1 students. Through the paper we discuss how it could be implemented in the classroom, the main advantages and disadvantages in our experience of using Project Hoshimi, comparing its use against other more traditional approaches, as well as against other graphic programming methods such as Alice or videogame b.s.d learning.

The objective of the research work is to propose an adaptive trust model applicable for software services deployed in cloud environment. In the earlier security modeling of cloud b.s.d applications, the trust among various services are evaluated either b.s.d on bayesian or fuzzy approaches which are not formally verified before composition. The reputations of the constituent domain specific services are evaluated to determine the overall trust of the demanded service assuming other infrastructure and platform services. The trust relation is migrated between various virtual services in the case of emergent termination or cancellation of the customer demand. The temporal nature of the concurrent service activation and their composition processes are synchronized for each session to complete within the expected time using a Pay First serve Next (PFsN) technique. The model is formally specified and verified using Temporal Logic of Action (TLA+) and the adapting trust level is evaluated for a sMs Cloud service Deployment.

The Internet of Things is a network of appliances and other items that can communicate and distribute data;as a result, Internet of Things are equipped with actuators, sensors, microelectronics, software, and connections. IoT devices, to put simply, share data over wired or wireless networks. Inventions of IoT have endless possibilities that can make a huge difference in the world. IoT is having the most effect on b.s.ness since has altered not just how various corporate processes are conducted, but also how the economy is managed. big data and IoT help optimize operations, reducing costs, enhancing productivity and improving lives. Globally, financial institutions and banks are coming up with fresh, creative approaches to quickly assimilate big data analytics for every step of the process in with the intention of maximizing efficiency. Numerous previous studies mostly concentrate on risk assessment along with big data analytics together in the banking industry;nevertheless, might not particularly address the difficulties posed by cross-border transactions. The purpose of the proposed study is to close this gap by focusing on the particulars and bringing up the approach of big data analytics for risk assessment in cross-border transactions. © 2024 IEEE.

Reliable service has been a cornerstone of customer premises communications systems for years. system 75 office communications system hardware and software have been designed to continue that high degree of reliability and availability. The hardware has been designed to detect and correct errors as they occur, to minimize the number of components that cause system outage, and to simplify fault isolation to a replaceable component. The software has been designed to recover from intermittent failures and to continue providing service with a minimum of disruption. These features have been implemented in the software as a group of processes running under a real-time operating system, which simplifies building and testing the software and makes it easy to extend its functions.
