In today's environment to find the missing value in the data set has become the biggest challenge for the industry people, scientists, academicians and for the researchers. With the incomplete dataset we are not able to apply algorithm to find the result. If the dataset is not complete then only we can apply algorithms and then result can be analyzed to get the efficient output. In this paper we have analyzed some of the missing value generation techniques and algorithms and also the result is compared with among techniques and algorithms which gives the b.s. solution for imputing the data in a incomplete dataset. We have considered some of the missing value handling techniques such as deletion, imputation, EM algorithm, KNN algorithm and Random Forest. Also applied on the incomplete dataset MRI of the brain available in the Research Center of Alzheimer's disease in Washington University. © 2020 IEEE.

Words in handwriting are notoriously difficult to identify and distinguish because of their complex and irregular shapes. Word retrieval is a challenging and time-consuming process in low-resource scripts. To get the most out of deep learning and neural network models, it is necessary to employ large amount trained datasets and present randomness into the existing structure. Existing HDR methods rely primarily on hand-coded key points data. The wide variety of writing styles, as well as size fluctuations in the input sample, make accurate recognition and categorization of numerals to be a difficult task. To overcome these constraints, this research work introduces a Deep-Recurrent (DRNN) Neural Network model and provides an effective and efficient HDR system. before considering pre-processing to enhance prediction and classification accuracy, HDR is applied to the MNIsT and DIDA datasets. both the Convolution algorithms and the Gaussian filters are used to refine the digits. The DRNN model receives the extracted features called Radiomics as input. since the Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) is used to fine-tune the DRNN's parameters, the suggested type is called DRNN-WOA. Accuracy, recall, F1- score, specificity, AUC, precision, and false positive rate are some metrics used to compare the proposed DRNN-WOA model. © 2024 IEEE.

speech is a rich source of information which gives not only about what a speaker says, but also about what the speaker's attitude is toward the listener and toward the topic under discussion-as well as the speaker's own current state of mind. Recently increasing attention has been directed to the study of the emotional content of speech signals, and hence, many systems have been proposed to identify the emotional content of a spoken utterance. The focus of this research work is to enhance man machine interface by focusing on user's speech emotion. This paper gives the results of the b.s.c analysis on prosodic features and also compares the prosodic features of, various types and degrees of emotional expressions in Tamil speech b.s.d on the auditory impressions between the two genders of speakers as well as listeners. The speech samples consist of "neutral" speech as well as speech with three types of emotions ("anger", "joy", and "sadness") of three degrees ("light", "medium", and "strong"). A listening test is also being conducted using 300 speech samples uttered by students at the ages of 19 -22. The features of prosodic parameters b.s.d on the emotional speech classified according to the auditory impressions of the subjects are analyzed. Analysis results suggest that prosodic features that identify their emotions and degrees are not only speakers' gender dependent, but also listeners' gender dependent. © 2012 springer-Verlag GmbH.

In this paper a two Qubit deterministic compact photonic CNOT gate is analyzed under noisy conditions. Concurrence of the designed compact photonic CNOT gate has been calculated with and without noise parameter. The behavior of this gate is universal. The feasibility of the scheme by observing variation in concurrence with different system parameters are assessed and reported. In strong (g/ k= 2.4 and ks/ k= 0.05 ) and weak (g/ k= 0.1 and ks/ k= 0.01 ) coupling condition the concurrence calculated is 0.01441 and 0.753, respectively. Under noisy environment the computed concurrence in strong (g/ k= 2.4 and ks/ k= 0.05 ) and weak (g/ k= 0.3 and ks/ k= 1 ) coupling condition is 0.1231 and 0.5265, respectively. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to springer Nature singapore Pte Ltd.

Applications deployed in clouds are susceptible to performance degradation due to diverse underlying causes such as infrastructure faults. To maintain the expected availability of these applications, Machine Learning (ML) models can be used to predict the impending application performance degradations to take preventive measures. However, the prediction accuracy of these ML models, which is a key indicator of their performance, is influenced by several factors, including training data size, data sampling intervals, input window and prediction horizon. To optimize these data-related parameters, in this paper, we propose a surrogate-assisted multi-objective optimization algorithm with the objective to maximize prediction model accuracy while minimizing the resources consumed for data collection and storage. We evaluated the proposed algorithm through two use cases focusing on the prediction of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a 5 G core network and a web application deployed in two Kubernetes-b.s.d cloud testbeds. It is demonstrated that the proposed algorithm can achieve a normalized hypervolume of 99.5% relative to the optimal Pareto front and reduce search time for the optimal solution by 0.6 hours compared to other surrogates and by 3.58 hours compared to using no surrogates. © 2013 IEEE.

Introductory programming course have two very specific difficulties for novice students. First is the lack of real world examples in the sessions. It is very difficult to find areas of application where all the students are familiar enough and that offers challenging and engaging examples. second it is the lack of palpable results of the job done. Introductory courses in other fields generate products that the students can show to others, and feel proud about it. In Cs1, for example, explaining loops by printing a series of numbers on the screen doesn't yield the same sense of accomplishment as drawing a b.s.c perspective in an architecture course. We propose using Project Hoshimi [1], a Microsoft Platform, as a b.s. for introducing computer programming to Cs1 students. Through the paper we discuss how it could be implemented in the classroom, the main advantages and disadvantages in our experience of using Project Hoshimi, comparing its use against other more traditional approaches, as well as against other graphic programming methods such as Alice or videogame b.s.d learning.

To ascertain whether a speaker-independent word recognition system, using current technology, could function in normal telephone environments, it was necessary to conduct a study under such real-world conditions. such an experiment was described by Wilpon and Rabiner (1983), in which telephone customers, speaking under ordinary telephone conditions, in Portland, Maine, were asked to speak their telephone number as a sequence of isolated digits. For each customer a maximum of four digits were obtained. The results from that study were very encouraging and led to further improvements in our recognition systems. To further study the feasibility of implementing speech recognition systems for general use over the telephone network, another field study was initiated. In this test, spoken seven-digit telephone numbers were obtained from a large number of telephone customers over a variety of transmission facilities in baton Rouge, Louisiana. This paper presents the results of several recognition experiments performed on this datab.s.. Experiments were also carried out quantifying the rob.s.ness of template sets created in Portland, baton Rouge, and under laboratory conditions in our Murray Hill, New Jersey, laboratory. Finally, a recognition system that incorporates syntactic information available in a seven-digit telephone is discussed. Our tests indicate a number of distinct real-world problems that must be considered when implementing a speech recognition system for widespread use. A discussion of the overall results and the implications for future research will be given.

The aim of the research is cloud security and privacy in order to attain efficient secure storage and secure computation in cloud computing. We suggest a signing method for secure storage and computation process in this study. The proposed hybrid blow fish algorithm is to develop the secure storage of file. Here blowfish algorithm is hybrid with improved particle swarm optimization technique for the intention of secure storage and computation. blow fish algorithm is applied for encryption and decryption process of our proposed method. In this method inserting a renew key to the file, as if the policy time of the file is over it will routinely erase the file from the cloud server. so that the implemented method employed one renew key for the renewal process of file. b.s.d on this, the executed method is accomplishing high security level. Our method will be implemented in Cloud simulator in the working platform of Java.
