Sleep is the natural state of relaxation for human being. Sleep quality is an essential yet frequently neglected aspect of sleep in general. Sleep quality is essential because it allows the body to restore itself and prepare for the next day. The standard method for evaluating sleep quality was subjective evaluation. Actigraphy devices, which can measure the sleep cycle, are now widely available. This study developed a method using Fuzzy Logic and an actigraphy device to measure and classify sleep quality. The fuzzy logic method was developed in several stages, which are determining the sleep quality measurement parameters, constructing the fuzzy set for each input variable, and developing the fuzzy rules. To evaluate the proposed fuzzy model, five individuals were invited to participate in the experiment and required to complete the PSQI subjective sleep questionnaire. The evaluation result shows that our proposed Fuzzy model achieves lower error compared to the existing method. © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Since the emergence of Pokémon Go in 2016, the world has been introduced to Augmented Reality (AR) games. Many IT companies have begun developing augmented reality (AR) games due to the great commercial potential in this industry. Certain products may have managed to remain viable in the market, while others were forced to close due to one or two factors. Since the emergence of Pokémon Go, no other game has managed to surpass its unprecedented success. The company responsible for developing Pokémon Go has decided to shut down one of their games due to a lack of consumer interest. The technology of augmented reality (AR) is consistently associated with the concept of immersion. Immersion is a key aspect of the game that allows users to deeply engage and feel fully involved in the experience. This study will employ a quantitative methodology, utilising a questionnaire that will be distributed to and completed by those who have engaged in augmented reality (AR) games. The data will be analysed using Smart PLS to examine the impact of user experience on immersion, which in turn influences intention. After gathering over 200 participants by spreading google form questionnaires and doing data analysis, the findings indicate that only a few aspects of user experience, namely Brand Experience and User Need Experience, have an impact on reasons. Niantic, the developer of Pokémon Go, was unable to replicate their success with a similar augmented reality game called Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. The initial release occurred on June 21, 2019, and the shutdown took place on December 21, 2021. In the beginning, they shown a profound enthusiasm for the game but were unable to sustain it, much as Pokémon Go. According to Niantic CEO John Hanke, the primary reason for the game's shutdown was its immersion. The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), notably in Natural Language Processing (NLP), has been remarkable. Among its applications, Question-Answering (QA) systems stand out, assisting users in accessing pertinent information across various topics, including religious contexts. Religion plays a significant role in providing guidance on moral values to modern society, such as tolerance, compassion and social norms. Religious practices taught by religion serve as significant foundations for addressing the increasingly advancing influence of technology. The primary goal of this paper is to create a question-answering system proficient in analyzing user inquiries and precisely extracting data from translated Indonesian Hadith datasets. This research endeavors to enhance question-answering accuracy through Deep Learning techniques. Employing pre-processing methods, the system interprets user query intents. Furthermore, the Text-to-Text Transfer Transformer (T5), a text-based language Transformer model, is utilized to streamline the retrieval process for Hadith-related queries based on relevant subjects. The research findings demonstrate the precision of answers through BLEU and ROUGE scores. The novelty of this study lies in the creation of a dataset of hadith translations in Indonesian and the fine-tuning of the T5 model that has been trained using a dataset of questions and answers based on these translations. This research demonstrates the following evaluation scores: BLEU: 0.606, ROUGE-1: 0.702, ROUGE-2: 0.548, and ROUGE-L: 0.701, indicating that the answers generated by this particular research model are better compared to those produced using the standard mT5 model. © 2024 IEEE.

Many individuals now trade online utilizing trading software in the digital world. Binomo is one of Indonesia's most popular trading platforms. This is because some influencers made several promises to Binomo customers. Since many customers were deceived, this case became quite popular. This study was executed to see how Indonesians felt about the Binomo application after the case went viral. The solution taken was in the form of sentiment analysis because there had been no previous research on sentiment analysis that discussed the Binomo case. The data was scanned using Netlytic tools, a cloud-based text and social network analyzer capable of identifying any talks on social media sites such as Twitter. The sentiment analysis of Binomo trading tweets by using the Multi-Perspective Question Answering lexicon utilized the KNIME tool. But unfortunately, the accuracy of sentiment analysis results is low. Furthermore, the Support Vector Machine technique is also being conducted. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency method is applied to perform feature extraction whilst the chi-square approach is utilized to identify features that are thought to be useful for inclusion in the classification process and to exclude features that are irrelevant to the target class. The obtained accuracy is 86%. The study proposes that words from the algorithm's outputs can be utilized to improve the quality of sentiment analysis using the lexicon. As an outcome of the algorithm, positive and negative terms are added to the lexicon, increasing the accuracy of sentiment analysis using the new vocabulary from 58.984% to 71.146%. © 2023 IEEE.

This research investigates the novel application of Dynamic Game Balancing (DGB) techniques in the context of a hybrid chess-survival roguelike game, a unique combination of genres not widely explored in previous studies. The study addresses two primary research questions: the identification of suitable DGB techniques for these genres and the enhancement of user experience through DGB. A game prototype was developed using Unity, where players control a chess knight in a turn-based system, facing increasingly challenging enemy pieces. The DGB system dynamically adjusts the game's difficulty based on player performance, utilizing various inputs such as damage received or dealt, health points, powerup usage, and decision speed. Preliminary results from 14 beta-testers show overall positive feedback, with players reporting higher engagement and enjoyment due to the seamless difficulty adjustments, as reflected by the high mean scores from surveys like the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). This research fills a gap in the literature by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of integrating DGB in a chess-survival roguelike setting. These findings highlight the potential for DGB to significantly improve player experience in hybrid game genres, suggesting that its application can create more adaptive and immersive gaming environments in various other genres as well.

Medical imaging abnormality detection is challenging, but deep learning approaches have shown promise. This paper reviews the current state of the art in deep learning approaches for detecting abnormalities in chest medical imaging. To discover the trends, opportunities, and challenges associated with this field, 18 studies were selected from Google Scholar based on their titles, abstracts, and contents for extensive review to answer two research questions. The study found that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chest X-ray 14 dataset is the most used dataset for this task. Most research uses a single-modal approach, considering only image data as input, with X-ray being the more popular instrument. There are 8 out of 18 studies leverage the transfer learning approach, with ResN et50 being the most popular network. MobileNetV2 has demonstrated competitive results compared to more robust networks. Preprocessing techniques such as image enhancement and data augmentation are leveraged by 61.1 % of the reviewed studies and are shown to improve model performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) is a prevalent mental disorder, affecting a significant number of individuals, with estimates reaching 300 million cases worldwide. Currently, the diagnosis of this condition relies heavily on subjective assessments based on the experience of medical professionals. Therefore, researchers have turned to deep learning models to explore the detection of depression. The objective of this review is to gather information on detecting depression based on facial expressions in videos using deep learning techniques. Overall, this research found that RNN models achieved 7.22 MAE for AVEC2014. LSTM models produced 4.83 MAE for DAIC-WOZ, while GRU models achieved an accuracy of 89.77% for DAIC-WOZ. Features like Facial Action Units (FAU), eye gaze, and landmarks show great potential and need to be further analyzed to improve results. Analysis can include applying feature engineering techniques. Aggregation methods, such as mean calculation, are recommended as effective approaches for data processing. This Systematic Literature Review found that facial expressions do have relevant patterns related to MDD. © 2023 IEEE.

In general, public or private organizations or companies have used information-based technology as a support to improve business performance to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve a company's business goals. Given the large contribution of information technology in the application of hotel applications as a supporting information system, it is a vital system that must avoid risks that can hinder and cause harm to the hotel management business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that may occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the evaluation results of the data obtained through observation and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 APO12 subdomains, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in hotel applications are still at level 3 or have reached the level of established process with the target to be achieved at level 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by hotels in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected target level so that the APO12 level of capability can increase and become more optimal. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper investigates recent advancements and methodologies in Automatic Text Summarization, a field that has garnered significant attention for its ability to condense lengthy documents into concise summaries while preserving key information and themes. The study examines the development of Automatic Text Summarization models, including both extractive and abstractive approaches. Additionally, the research delves into the use of graph convolutional networks for text representation in e-commerce product review summarization. The study employs an e-commerce dataset in conjunction with a graph convolutional network model, covering stages from preprocessing and tokenization to constructing graph-based data representation. The expected outcome is a graph-structured representation of input text data derived from Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. © 2024 IEEE.
