The research was centered on adapting and assessing a new, unique game concept. The game onKeys presents a new approach and poses as an alternative method for improving typing skills. However, despite offering a promising avenue, the game still grapples with certain limitations. Utilizing the MDA Framework, the study seeks to integrate additional game components into onKeys and evaluate its effectiveness in improving typing skills. A paired T-test is used to assess the Pre-Test and Post-Test data. The System Usability Scale gathers subjective feedback about the game design’s usability. This study found that the onKeys game has little impact on players’ typing speed and accuracy, which may be attributed to a higher average typing speed, short period of playtime or a small sample size. However, upon reviewing the record and survey data, particularly the System Usability Score, it becomes evident that the game design still has potential. Further research can delve deeper into this game concept and design.

The domain of natural disaster procedure and management is highly challenging. The Indonesian government has proposed various strategies to address this issue. One of the strategies is making depots in every province to treat a natural disaster. This study aims to develop an object-driven decision model to identify the most suitable depot for mobilization to disaster areas. The model design and construction utilize objectoriented and fuzzy logic approaches. Ultimately, the constructed model can simulate 35 depots in Indonesia and identifies depot number 3, with a decision value of 50.40, as the most suitable for mobilization to the natural disaster in Pasaman, West Sumatra Province, which occurred on February 25, 2022.

This study investigates emotion detection on tweets written in the Indonesian language, using the IndoBERT model that has been trained for 50 epochs. The examination conducted in this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the performance dynamics shown by the model. The assessment results provide an accuracy score of 0.74, indicating the model's proficiency in identifying sentiments within the collection of tweets. By using assessment criteria such as accuracy, recall, and the F1-score, the model's comprehensive analytical ability is validated, emphasizing its effectiveness in deciphering various emotional circumstances. The accuracy, recall, and F1-score of the model, with average values of 0.79, 0.78, and 0.78 respectively, combined demonstrate its resilience in accurately capturing subtle emotional subtleties. This study enhances our comprehension of language model applications in the field of emotional intelligence by exploring the complexities of sentiment analysis. It emphasizes the practical value of these applications in real-world scenarios.

TikTok, a social networking site for uploading short videos, has become one of the most popular. Despite this, not all users are happy with the app;there are criticisms and suggestions, one of which is reviewed via the TikTok app on the Google Play Store. The reviews were extracted and then used for training a sentiment analysis model. The VADER sentiment method was utilized to offer the review's initial labeling (positive, neutral, and negative). The result revealed that most reviews were classified as positive, meaning that the data were imbalanced and challenging to handle in further analysis. Therefore, Random Under-sampling (RUS) and Random Over-sampling (ROS) methods were deployed to deal with that condition. The labeled reviews were subsequently pre-processed using tools such as case folding, noise removal, normalization, and stopwords before being used for training a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model for sentiment classification. The SVM trained without resampling produced the most favorable results, with an F1-score of 0.80. © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

In the era of advancing technology, deep learning, particularly within the realm of computer vision, has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing human safety. This research focuses on developing a drowsiness detection system for car drivers using the YOLOv5 algorithm, aimed at mitigating the risks associated with microsleep, a temporary loss of attention that poses a significant threat on the roads. The prevalence of traffic accidents attributed to drowsy driving is alarming, with statistics indicating that over 9.5% of accidents in Indonesia during late 2019 were linked to drowsiness. To address this pressing issue, our study employs the YOLOv5 model to classify driver states into ‘Drowsy’ and ‘Awake’ categories, enhanced by the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) augmentation technique, which optimizes performance in low-light conditions. The drowsiness detection system is designed as a user-friendly application that provides real-time alerts to drivers upon detecting signs of drowsiness. The implementation process includes data collection, preprocessing, and model training, leading to the evaluation of the system’s accuracy. Evaluation results demonstrate a detection accuracy of 94%, with precision and recall both reaching 93%. These findings underscore the efficacy of integrating YOLO and CLAHE in developing a reliable drowsiness detection system, contributing to road safety by reducing the risk of accidents related to driver fatigue.

Credit card use is becoming more and more commonplace every day. Financial organizations and credit card customers lose a lot of money because of complicated illegal transactions. Fraudsters constantly stay on top of new technology to quickly perpetrate fraud against customer transaction patterns. We analyze credit card transaction networks and identify suspicious patterns, such as transactions connected to multiple accounts or unusual transaction patterns, transactions made at unusual times, and to monitor credit card transactions in real-time and quickly identify suspicious transactions. TigerGraph is used to analyze data, display results on a dashboard, and send notifications via email. One meth'\ Vc 1``13-od commonly used in anomaly detection is to compare data values against the standard deviation. In this research, we explain the use of TigerGraph as a platform for anomaly detection above the standard deviation, as well as the use of the Louvain algorithm in finding merchant communities used by fraudsters. The data used in this study comes from Sparkov simulation data obtained from Kaggle. Our results show that by using TigerGraph, we managed to achieve a very high accuracy rate of 99.77%, precision 82.84%, recall 72.38%, and f1-score 77,26% in predicting transaction fraud on Sparkov simulation data. This is much better than the results reported in a paper that uses the supervised machine learning method with the AdaBoost algorithm which achieves the highest accuracy of 77%. © 2023 The Authors. Since cloud computing becoming the trend, the way servers being implemented slowly moves to the cloud. Companies did not need to buy a physical server machine to deploy an app. Having a private server on cloud infrastructure indeed already reduce some cost for on-premise server maintenance. However, there is still a cost for usage when the server is inactive or having low to no traffic at all. Serverless deployment offer function as a service where application is deployed as a function and cost is billed per function call. This paper proposed a solution where there are two deployment that works in turn between infrastructure as a service and function as a service deployment. This dual deployment offered the system to use the virtual private server or deployed instance on active hours, and switch to serverless functions on inactive hours. Switching to serverless on low traffic hours will cut the usage and cost of the microservice app by the least 25%, while having performance slightly comparable to microservice app deployed to instances.

Social media is an online media that functions as a platform for users to participate, share, create, and exchange information through various forums and social networks. The rapid increase in social media activity causes an increase in the number of comments on social media. This is prone to triggering debate due to the easy formation of open discussions between social media users. However, the debate often triggers the emergence of negative things, causing great fights on social media. Social media users often use comments containing toxic words to argue and corner a party or group. This study conducted an experiment to detect comments containing toxic sentences on social media in Indonesia using a Pre-Trained Model that was trained for Indonesian. This study performed a multilabel classification and evaluated the classification results generated by the Multilingual BERT (MBERT), IndoBERT, and Indo Roberta Small models. The optimal result of this study is to use the IndoBERT model with an F1 Score of 0.8897.

Fatigue in workplace is a common thing shared by all employees. Continuous exposure of fatigue could lead to negative productivity for companies. Current research on fatigue detection mostly focused to detect fatigues from a single 2D image data, meanwhile research on fatigue detection using each frames from video data is needed for better detection for fatigue process. The main advantage of using each timesteps of frames from video data which makes the model is able to predict long term dependency of fatigue person. To solve this problem, a deep learning model is proposed that could detect employee fatigue based on image processing using video data. Three models are used to train data using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), which are Time Distributed CNN LSTM, 3D CNN, and 3D CNN LSTM. Out of those three models, the best model to detect fatigue person from video data is Time Distributed CNN Model with F-1 Score value of 0.77 and Accuracy Score of 0.76 for testing data. The model that gives best inference time is also Time Distributed CNN Model with the average value of 382 miliseconds to detect fatigues from 58 testing data with each of the data has duration of 3 seconds and 12 frames.

Automation testing is essential to carry out functional testing quickly and precisely. Software testing is beneficial for testers doing many testing processes according to the existing scenarios. So, there is an urgency to explore a more advanced solution to replace the traditional approach. Silk Test Workbench is a tool for automation testing that can accelerate the functional testing of complex applications. For this research, we proposed automation testing on website applications with various testing scenarios that have been made. The visual test recording method is used for automation testing with Silk Test Workbench. Silk Test Workbench can speed up testing time, make a good test asset testing scenario, make it easier for users to do testing, and speed up the process to get the result in the form of a screen capture of the testing process. A comparison of testing time has been performed. The automatic testing time with the scenarios is 2 hours 46 minutes. The automatic testing time will be 2 hours 36 minutes using the all-in-one scenario. This study also used questionnaires from colleagues in the Quality Assurance field to get maximum User Acceptance Test results.
