Because financial time series forecasting is sensitive to political, economic, and social factors, it is not a simple task. As a result, those who make investments in currency exchange and financial markets typically search for reliable models that can guarantee they will maximize their profile and minimize their losses. Fortunately, many studies have used a method from Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) called Backpropagation, could improve the predictive accuracy of the behavior of the financial data over time. This paper aims to forecast stock share prediction from closing value of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk, and PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. The results show that the using Backpropagation gives the closest result. And for the rating of judgement for cast accuracy, it exceeded 10% accuracy, which means high accurate from the prediction. For further checking, comparing the results of research from Victor's results, it almost hits the same accuracy percentage. Which means, these prediction are accurate enough to do time series forecasting. © 2023 IEEE.

In online-based virtual worlds such as Metaverse, Online Games, and other online digital spaces, the virtual/digital goods (digital items / digital assets) are fundamental things that must be available to be able to do business & create an economy in the virtual world through monetization & transactions from these digital goods. This research focuses on summarizing and exploring the attributes used in digital goods in the virtual world by extracting attributes in digital goods from other related studies using the Systematic Literature Review methodology & PRISMA Framework comprehensively so that it can be a reference for developers in designing the properties and functions of digital goods in the virtual world that are being developed, which in this case will be in the form of an NFT in the future. Based on research that has been carried out, 3 essential metadata attributes have the most influence on transactions, number 1 Visual Design / Aesthetic (Representative), number 2 Effect (Utilities), and number 3 Statistics / Performance (Utilities) which must be considered in developing/making digital goods in the form of NFTs in the virtual world so that the value of digital goods can attract users to buy or transact them in the virtual world. © 2024 IEEE.

The process of using ICT to provide services to the public is known as the Indonesian e-Government system, or Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). The e-Government initiative in Jakarta Provincial Health Office involves enhancing collaboration among public health entities for efficient data exchange and streamlined processes, especially between the Provincial and District Health Offices, public hospitals, government clinics, and primary health care centers (Puskesmas). Achieving interoperability requires standardized protocols and a well-defined architectural model to integrate data seamlessly. This study presents a provincial-level architectural model focused on improving electronic health records interoperability, aiming to promote the adoption of the national Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) health information exchange platform and enhance the integrity of health data in Jakarta. The study methodology involves conducting literature reviews, observations, and discussions with representatives from healthcare facilities to develop the e-Government architecture model and prototype of the infrastructure layer aiming to facilitate the interoperability of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) across 93 healthcare facilities, all of which are part of the SPBE users. © 2024 IEEE.

Nowadays, many people are starting to care about early investment. One of the most popular investments lately, especially for millennials, is a stock investment. In investing, there are advantages and risks of loss. One way to reduce the risk of loss is by using price predictions before investing in stocks. This paper proposes the use of deep learning in making stock predictions. We conducted research by calculating the performance of six deep-learning algorithms to predict stock closing prices. The application of the CNN-LSTM-GRU hybrid algorithm combination produces the best performance compared to other methods, based on the value: Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) decreased by 1.100 by 14%, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) was successfully reduced by 0.798 by 13.4%, and R Square increased by 0.957 by 3.9%. In predicting stock prices on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially in the energy sector, CNN-LSTM-GRU is more appropriate for investors than using a single algorithm to make decisions in investing in stocks.. © 2023 IEEE.

Automatic essay scoring for discussion forum in online learning based on semantic and keyword similarities

Purpose: The authors constructed an automatic essay scoring (AES) model in a discussion forum where the result was compared with scores given by human evaluators. This research proposes essay scoring, which is conducted through two parameters, semantic and keyword similarities, using a SentenceTransformers pre-trained model that can construct the highest vector embedding. Combining these models is used to optimize the model with increasing accuracy. Design/methodology/approach: The development of the model in the study is divided into seven stages: (1) data collection, (2) pre-processing data, (3) selected pre-trained SentenceTransformers model, (4) semantic similarity (sentence pair), (5) keyword similarity, (6) calculate final score and (7) evaluating model. Findings: The multilingual paraphrase-multilingual-MiniLM-L12-v2 and distilbert-base-multilingual-cased-v1 models got the highest scores from comparisons of 11 pre-trained multilingual models of SentenceTransformers with Indonesian data (Dhini and Girsang, 2023). Both multilingual models were adopted in this study. A combination of two parameters is obtained by comparing the response of the keyword extraction responses with the rubric keywords. Based on the experimental results, proposing a combination can increase the evaluation results by 0.2. Originality/value: This study uses discussion forum data from the general biology course in online learning at the open university for the 2020.2 and 2021.2 semesters. Forum discussion ratings are still manual. Microservice Architectures (MSA) provide flexibility and scalability in software development. However, accurately measuring the level of interdependence among Microservices continues to be a difficult task. Precisely evaluating this connection is essential for efficient MSA design, maintenance, and future development. Conventional techniques for assessing Microservice coupling are frequently done by hand, require a significant amount of time, and are susceptible to mistakes. This impedes the capacity to make well-informed judgments regarding the integration and adjustment of services. This study introduces a new method for automating the computation of the Microservice Coupling Index (MCI) by utilizing the You Only Look at One Sequence (YOLOS) object identification technique in combination with Vision Transformer (ViTs) technology. YOLOS is utilized for identifying constituents within Unified Modeling Language (UML) Component Diagrams, facilitating precise classification and effective assessment of coupling. The model exhibits varying performance over multiple Intersection over Union (IoU) thresholds and object sizes, with an average precision (AP) of 0.406 over IoU values ranging from 0.50 to 0.95. The maximum precision is achieved at an IoU of 0.50, with an AP of 0.709. The model demonstrates good performance in identifying smaller components, especially when evaluated at a 0.75 IoU threshold. However, it faces challenges in detecting small items, suggesting potential areas for improvement in future iterations. Initial results indicate that this automation greatly decreases the need for manual, labor-intensive tasks and enhances the precision of measuring coupling in MSA, hence facilitating effective decision-making in service integration and modification. Automating the computation of the coupling index has the potential to significantly influence the design and management of durable and readily controllable microservice architectures. © 2024 The Authors.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations. © 2023 The Authors. In this research, the author addresses the prevalent issues faced by users of cloud services, especially those using Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technology, such as connection losses, security concerns, and poor video quality. The study does not delve into the complex problems at the data center level but instead proposes a novel Design science Research approach. This new method, tested with five clients in varied locations, utilizes port forwarding to establish a direct server-client connection, bypassing traditional P2P frameworks. The results show that this approach significantly improves quality over the P2P system. Feedback from clients before and after the experiment indicates a positive response to this new method. This research offers insights into overcoming P2P-related issues in cloud services and contributes to the development of cloud-based server science, presenting a cost-effective, independent alternative to data center-dependent P2P services, with plans for ongoing research in this area. © 2023 IEEE.

Traffic accidents are a serious problem in developing countries. These accidents can be caused by poor infrastructure and the arrogance of drivers. In addition, semi-autonomous systems are automotive technologies that have been developed in recent years and are starting to be implemented in existing vehicles. This literature review paper will mainly discuss how object detection works in semi-autonomous systems, how semi-autonomous systems operate, and whether semi-autonomous cars can reduce the number of traffic accidents. Its main objective is to build driver confidence in semi-autonomous systems by assisting in driving and supporting the development of them. In the process of writing this paper, the method we use follows the guidelines stated in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols (PRISMA-P). © 2023 IEEE.

Nowadays, technology is getting more sophisticated. It can be seen with the emergence of Cloud Computing. One application of Cloud Computing is Cloud databases. In a cloud environment, there will be privacy and security issues. From the literature results, data leaks and attacks from outsiders are still found when using cloud databases. Cloud service providers already have the technology to maintain data privacy and security. Three procedures can be carried out to maintain data privacy and security: encryption, access control, and third-party audits.
