Attendance, presence, or attendance recording is very important for every lecture, office or other organizational activities. Currently, recording student attendance activities at Mercu Buana University is by calling one by one the students by the lecturer, then the lecturer signs attendance on the special application form for lecturers that have been provided. For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. This comparison is used to find out which method is appropriate in implementing a better database. Based on the database design that is made to further facilitate archiving of attendance, increase data efficiency. From the results of the research with class diagram description objects, the class diagram and database model that we use is from Ivar Jacobson, because it shows how actors from class diagrams point to Object-Oriented Software Engineering that has advantages that are easy to learn and have notation simpler. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Having good sleep is important to maintain physical and mental health. However, many young adults suffer poor sleep due to work or academic demands. Even more, sleep is associated with stress which is many young adults experienced it. To solve this problem, many epidemiologic studies suggest that exercise may improve sleep quality. On the other hand, several studies show that daily activity has no association with sleep quality. In this study, we tried to find more evidence of whether the daily activity has an association with sleep quality or not. We used a commercially available wearable device to capture the subject's heart rate, step count and deep sleep duration for 7 months. Then we used linear regression, XGBoost, and Long Short-Term Memory to find an association between these variables. The results show that there was no association between these variables.

Dynamic logistic models for stock price fluctuation during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia

Investment is one indicator that can affect the country’s economy. One type of investment with great demand is stocks, so stock price fluctuations are always interesting to be analyzed. This study aims to model stock price fluctuations represented by dynamic logistics models since the stock price has a nonlinear pattern and grows rapidly but with restricted value. The model will be discretized and converted into a differential equation so that the solution can derive for a short period. Meanwhile, fit and forecast data analysis is applied to some actual data for long periods. The data used in this study is the daily closing price of the Indonesia Composite Index (IDX Composite) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the fluctuation of stock prices in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic can analyze further. The results indicate that our prediction has a high accuracy since the Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) average is 4.332%, and the Root Mean Square Percentage Error (RMSPE) average is 5.572%. This study shows that investors can use the dynamic logistic model results to improve their knowledge as a consideration in decision-making.

Through this pandemic, the world has experienced two major crises, health crisis, and economic crisis. It would be dangerous for us to continue with our 'normal' daily lives. We have been forced to stay at home, and some have been dismissed from their jobs; even street vendors are forced to close. The primary purpose of this paper is to represent our solution idea on the troubles regarding COVID-19 to help and support people by providing them all the information and services needed about the COVID-19, such as the high-risk COVID-19 area, statistical growth, safety tips, online swab test booking, etc. through a mobile-based application. In this paper, we designed a model with the use case and class diagrams and implemented using Android Studio.

A poor data management has led zero stunting strategy in Indonesia moved nowhere. Some justifications on the demography and numbers of affected children remain a matter of plain assumptions without a clear supporting data. We hence develop a database system which enables time series monitoring on the expected increment of children's physical growth. At this initial step, our database system will be implemented at Public Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Serdang Bedagai, South Celebes. This is a modification from Connoly and Begg's principles. Our database was built through 3-steps design started with conceptual followed by logical and at final step was normalizations-enriched physical design. By implementing this proposed system, the assigned healthcare workers will be able record every bit of superficial growth increase. Information obtained in the study is of essence for the efficient and effective intervention formula to achieve national zero stunting goal.

Understanding learning culture based on learning activities is important for learning success in an e-Learning. As an effort that can be done for this purpose, it is necessary to build a student learning culture based on students activities. The study proposes a Cultural Framework for Learning in an E-Learning. It is called E-LEEP Culture because used in an e-Learning the Equality Education program (E-LEEP). This framework has five key components, namely: Students, E-LEEP, Learning Activities, Learning Culture, and Digital Contents. Learning culture component in E-LEEP Culture Framework consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussingIndividualistic Learning, Collaborative Learning, Learning Time (learn a little), and Learning Time (learn a lot). Each of the components is expected as a basis for providing learning material that suits the needs of students. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Social media can be used to support learning activities in non-formal education. The utilization of social media by students can be seen as a strategy to improve the students' engagement in e-Learning. It is an important goal for the e-Learning of non-formal education. This study aims to propose a strategy using social media to increase students engagement in E-Learning for the Equivalency Education program (SosMed E-LEEP strategy). This strategy has several key components. These components are students, social media, E-LEEP, and Students Engagement. SosMed E-LEEP Strategy consists of sharing activities, getting information, discussing, and interacting with students and Tutor, and for learning purpose. Each of these strategic activities is expected to improve students engagement, namely: access to learning materials, forum discussion activities, and assignment uploading. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit/Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical. © 2019 IEEE.

Managing customer satisfaction has become an important business trend, including restaurants business. This study aims to determine the application of the K-means, Spectral Clustering (SC), and Agglomerative Clustering (AC) method for measuring customer satisfaction on a family restaurant in Taiwan. We contribute the data collection process and application of data mining in a family restaurant. The clustering analysis based on agglomerative clustering approach performs as well as the K-means approach to cluster the same characteristics of the customers. At last, this study shows the measurement result of customer satisfaction and provides improvement suggestion to the restaurant concerned.

E-voting is an electronic voting information technology service, while E-participation is an information technology service for citizens of the public to provide reports, polls, or suggestions on government policies electronically. The Technology Services E-Participation-VOT (EPV) model is a combined E-Participation and E-Voting service model. The concept of this service model is that citizens transform from E-participation and E-voting services into an EPV model. The purpose of this model is to provide information to participants (citizens) about online-based voting services. This method of developing the EP-Voting Anticipation (EPV) technology model uses agile methods that are effective and flexible in various cases of designing Information Technology models for Information Technology (IT) services that apply a Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The results obtained from this study are an Information Technology service system model that provides recommendations for participation in conducting electronic elections (E-Voting). © 2020 IEEE.
