By calculating hotel categories from several city by combining two features namely categories and taken from the city of the selected hotelcategory as well. The transmission of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) in Indonesia is seen to be uncontrollably increasing that urges the government to leverage the capacity for the disease detections. Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), rapid test and computed tomography (CT) scan are the most common methods to determine if one has been infected regardless of whether or not the common symptoms of such Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) surface. Among these three, RT-PCR is considered the gold standard for qualitative and quantitative assessment of SARS CoV-2 detection. The present paper aims at elaborating the framework of Roche's RT-PCR machine employed specifically for SARS CoV-2 detection performed by Genetics Indonesia which is deemed to be efficient and relatively quicker than other detection kits. RT-PCR machine detected SARS Cov-2 with RNA amplification curve equals to 10 copies RNA below the cut off value of Crossing point (Cp) positive control. Also elucidated in the paper is the implementations of EAV RNA and LightCycler® 96 RT-PCR System through which analysis time, amounts of individual required sample, as well as the reagents, can be accordingly reduced.

With the proliferation usage of video surveillance for safety, traffic control, and privacy purposes and with the constant growth of population, it is important to keep monitoring using Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV). With new upcoming developed technologies, new systems and algorithms are introduced and implemented to the crowd counting system today retrieving live video surveillance from the CCTV. However, recent studies show that there are some challenges still faced regarding the crowd counting system which uses the density estimation. The problems that occurred have resulted from the inaccuracy of the system that is caused by several factors. Factors such as the perspective distortion which is caused by the lack of data training and the method such as face detection is an ineffective method to determine the population density. Studies proposed have projected the idea of developing a more robust crowd counting methodology by implementing crowd counting by detection, clustering, and regression. Implementing these methods using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) will better the result of the detection since in CNN the image can be inputted and it will undergo several layers which will result in the system being able to differentiate one image from the other. With CNN the process of crowd counting will be able to be more advanced.

Weeds are one of the organisms that interfere with plant growth. Information about the identity of weeds becomes very important on plantations. Although weeds data digitization has been done a lot, currently there is still not much weeds data information system can be accessed online. Weeds management is often dealt with weeds herbarium or weeds photographs. In an effort to provide a good information system for farmers, this research aims to create a database of various types of weeds and an information system that can be accessed online. The methodology for developing a weed catalog information system uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Weed samples in database were collected through systematic random sampling in the form of images and text. The result of this study is a Weeds Electronic Catalog or Weeds e-Catalog that can facilitate the information of weeds identity such as names, classifications, morphology, life cycles, and habitats of various types of weeds that grow on plantation land. Weeds e-Catalog can be used by plantation practitioners and farmers to make decisions in controlling weeds.
