Predicting Relegation Clubs in Italian Serie A with Method based C4.5 Decision Tree Algorithm

The purpose of this study is to help small clubs from Italian Serie A in finding the minimum targets to avoid relegation into Serie B competition (below Serie A league). Relegation will reduce the club's income from TV revenues and the decline of enthusiastic supporters. Based on the data from the final standings (seasons 2006 until 2018), this can be explained by the Decision Tree method using the C4.5 algorithm. The methods used in this study are data collection, data pre-processing, model proposal, model testing, and model validation. In this study, it is expected that the value of accuracy exceeds 85% to achieve a proper classification.

Gamification nowadays is being one of techniques that can increase motivation and encourage the involvement of users, particularly in education domain that requires teaching and learning activities to be more fun and interesting. This paper surveys some analysis of gamification models. MDA framework is used to identify surveyed papers by breaking them down into three categories: mechanics, dynamics and aesthetics. Findings from the survey show there are many gamification models in education domain. However, there are some very representative gamification models could be used as a method to increase motivation, achievement and engagement in learning activities. By knowing the latest gamification models in education domain stated in this paper, it could help gamification practitioners to make new strategies in learning activities to increase students’ motivation, achievement and involvement. We also suggest some gamification strategies, which combine several mechanics in such a way to create dynamics that results in all types of aesthetics outputs.

Information technology enables for new way of commerce, which is a commerce activities through online media (e-commerce). Security becomes an important issue in online-system, because such system is accessible by anyone through the global network -internet. Security in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability becomes goals that must be achieved by any system generally, and commerce system especially, because this kind of system contains many sensitive data like customer data and transaction data. SQL Injection is a vulnerability and threat, with the most occurrence in a web based system. In this research we evaluate and analyze source code against SQL injection, and we use regular expression and escape string to prevent the SQL injection. The results of this study are findings of system vulnerability against SQL injection, which are proven by the ability to get data from database, with SQL injection techniques. System vulnerabilities were analyzed, in order to design and implement the solution for it. The solutions then tested, to validate that it has proven effectively fix the vulnerabilities, and can prevent the exploitation by SQL injection. In the end, the conclusion is that initially the system is vulnerable against SQL injection, but then the solution that being implemented has proven effectively fix the issue.

Foreground segmentation is one of moving object detection techniques of computer vision applications. To date, modern moving object detection methods require complex background modeling and thresholds tuning to confront illumination changes. This paper proposes an adaptive approach based on non-overlapping block texture representation. It aims to design a computationally light and efficient solution to improve the robustness of detection. We evaluate our proposed method on internal and public sequences and provide the quantitative and qualitative measurements. Experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the results of previous method and suitable for real-time challenges. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Utilization of Information Technology is increasingly high at this time requires the guarantee of any information processed by the system on a company. One of the benchmarks used is to measure the level of maturity of IT Governance. COBIT 5 becomes the main reference that is often used for these needs. But to do the assessment takes a long time because of the many processes assessed. This becomes an obstacle for a very dynamic company, the business has changed but the new assessment is completed. The authors propose a new approach using a priority model that adopts a enterprise strategy and incorporates it with a follow-up of previous IT Governance audit results. Tests have been conducted one of the state-owned enterprises in Indonesia engaged in the financial sector and has a dynamic business. The results showed that the assessment can effectively improve the quality of corporate IT objectives with the acceleration of the assessment process up to 20%. © 2018 IEEE.

In Law Number 24 Year 2007 concerning Disaster Management, it is stated that the central government and regional governments are responsible for implementing disaster management, with an emphasis on preparedness and mitigation in dealing with natural disasters, as well as based on the provisions of article 1 of Presidential Regulation No. 46 of 2008 concerning the National Council on Climate Change that climate change is a change in average conditions of climate and / or climate diversity from one period of time to another as a result of human activity. However, the socialization of these two matters is not regulated in existing laws and regulations, so that the information dissemination plan and dissemination of the information must be carried out to the community itself. In line with developments in technology and information systems that have entered the era of media convergence, the acceleration of the process of spreading government programs can also be done by using this technology. The SECI method model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) was developed through implementation based on the 'Knowledge Management System Cycle' theory, so that a knowledge management system was formed. The results of research on community preparedness in the application of Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) for natural disaster preparedness and mitigation can be used to support the dissemination and dissemination of disaster management mitigation, global warming, and community-based climate change, including performance measurement of success.

E-commerce in Indonesia has grown rapidly and provided many positive impacts especially on the field of online business. Through the developments, there are certainly many factors that must be carefully considered in all aspects to get the 'goal' as desired. So, when an e-commerce website has made changes whether we can conclude that the results worked so far or not. It can start by taking the existing factors that become the determinant of one of the successes in the e-commerce website. The study aims to evaluate factors become the success of an e-commerce (***). Using the McLean and Delone success model approach that has 5 factors, namely: system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction and net benefit. The result shows system quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits influence to use factor. net benefit influence to use. Quality of information influence to user satisfaction *** user satisfaction influence on net benefit factor. Thus, be expected, the model can be used as reference in related evaluating an e-commerce website.

Indonesia is one of the biggest agriculture countries in the world with one of its major commodities, rice. Despite its vast paddy field and tropical resources, Indonesia still has not achieved food security. This paper explores ideas about how to present artificial intelligence that may increase rice productivity in Indonesia. Current situations of rice cultivation are mentioned start from existing technologies and systems used in Indonesia. Some artificial intelligence concepts are also introduced. Artificial Intelligence use in rice farming is then analyzed which ideas may be applicable to increase efficiency further. Those that are already implemented in rice farming include diseases and pest detection, prediction and estimation, and automated intelligent systems. In the proposed idea section, ideas to increase production are explored. Using advanced technologies may not be suitable for Indonesia's rice farmers. One argument is to minimize the differences in rice yield in different areas or so what we called yield gap. Factors such as weather, water, and harvest date are those with most impacts on the yield gap. It is beneficial to have a model that can predict the optimal planting date of rice since that will maximize the factors before. Among those implemented, a planting calendar prediction on rice-based on rainfall is already developed. However, rainfall is not the only factor. El-Nino occurrences and temperature changes also have a role in deciding when best to plant rice. The author suggests adding those two new variables, making three in total to the earlier neural network model may improve the overall result.

This paper headed to the role of the Internet of Things in transportation life and as one of an important thing, the Internet of Things (IoT) is getting grow and grow every day. Slowly but sure, IoT enters our experience in all things. Different visions of this IoT are reported and enabling technologies reviewed. What appears is that still significant issues must be faced by the research community. The technology that relates to IoT is still in development until now, and soon it will be used in human life. IoT embraced people to bring welfare and efficiency for every activity, played the role of technology development; IoT also shows people to think and invent more technology for every application such as vehicle and smart cities. Once it was implemented, the IoT will bring efficiency and make the activity more comfortable than before. The development of IoT also creates a vision for everybody, because it opens people's minds to technology development. Smart transportation will also be implemented in every city, and soon it will become a smart city. The efficiency and human development will pay the resources, technologies, contributions, and all works from scientists and researchers with transportation.

Machine learning is a system that can learn by itself by using training data and testing data testing. In a variety of machine learning research has various obstacles in implementation especially in education institution, in its application, many things need to considered for more information to enrich research in the area of machine learning by way of comparing various obstacles in implementation in similar research. So that in this study is to find similarities and anticipations made in the initial stages of pre-processing to visualisation, as well as the contribution that can give in this study explains the best alternative for researching following the experience of several researchers in conducting machine learning research.
