The role of climate can be affected by plants. The weather can accelerate and multiply the existence of various plant pests and diseases, accelerate the growth and development of grass among plants, and encourage the emergence of infection and significant damage to plants. The elements of climate that affect the growth of plants are one of them is rainfall. In this paper, we performed the simulation using the non-parametric penalized spline (PSPLINE) method and studied the effect on rice production in Lampung. It can be concluded that the increasing fluctuation, frequency, and intensity of climate anomalies in the last decade caused by the ENSO phenomenon have an impact on changes in distribution patterns, intensity, and period of the wet season so that the start of the rainy season and the dry season becomes too late. As a result, there is a seasonal shift from normal average conditions that can ultimately have severe implications for food crops. In a nutshell penalized spline gives high accuracy with R 2 = 96.227% and MAPE = 1.62%. © 2018 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

To maintain excellence in global hyper-competitive economies in the upcoming decades, manufacturers must improve the design, development, and distribution of subsequent product generations, production technologies, equipment, and processes. High-performance computing (HPC) solves the application of significant challenges using computer modeling, simulation, and analytical technology. By using HPC technology, products design will be faster, making and testing prototypes will save time, the production process can be simplified, the cost of innovation will decrease, and high-value innovation will be quickly developed. This study uses the PRISMA method, based on predetermined keywords and analyzes the algorithms, frameworks and programming languages and the processes that are most commonly used to optimize the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The results of this study can be a reference for future research on the implementation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Application by combine modeling, simulation, and analysis. © 2018 IEEE.

The research purpose is to create a hypermedia driven API for learning object management. The research focuses on conception, design, implementation and evaluation of the learning object management hypermedia API. The hypermedia API was designed based on learning object models, hypermedia concepts, and related studies. Learning object model can be represented and manipulated as a hypermedia resource. It contains page resources with text and links to multimedia elements. The hypermedia API was designed using UML and represented in HTML5 because of its rich affordance. The implementation and evaluation phase were conducted by testing the API using three different client's software to prove the concept of hypermedia as the engine of application state for managing learning objects. The results show that the hypermedia API for learning object management is accessible, consistent, and discoverable by heterogonous client applications. © 2018 The Authors. Nowadays, there are so many people in Indonesia particularly young people who are interested in playing badminton, but at the end of the day, this game will make boring for young people particularly with the booming of the smartphone game. Literally, it will make the young generation too lazy for outing activity or doing sports and busy with their digital technology, particularly their smartphone. Obviously, we are interested in using the mobile application which can be used to bridge the boring of doing sports mainly badminton sport, wherewith this mobile application is not just only for field badminton or coach booking, but can extend their friendship and community in positive ways. Hopefully, with this mobile application not just only booking for Badminton fields, but beyond that, there will be a mobile application that supports the fans of the badminton sports community when can know each other from different places and make friendship and competition among the members. At the end of the day, we hope this mobile application will support young people to stay away from trouble and drug and to have a positive life with the sport, particularly badminton sport as Indonesian’s favorite sport.

This paper describes the maturity degree evaluation of Information Technology Governance at Information System Centre (PSI) in STMIK Mikroskil to measure IT Governance and the success of IT-based facilities that cannot be measured yet. The evaluation measured by using Process Assessment Model (PAM) from Framework COBIT 5 which refers to the specified 10 domain process. Data is collected from 36 returned-questionnaire of 47 distributed-questionnaire. Data is analyzed using Framework COBIT 5, Slovin method is used to determine the number of valid data samples, and Rating Scale Formula operated to determine the scale of capability level for each selected domain. From the evaluation results known 1 domain has been achieved the expected capability that is DSS05 at Level 4, and other process domains still exist under the expected capability level, then the results are used to establish improvement recommendation based on Framework COBIT 5.

Many methodologies are being used in software development, not only software can follow the process, but now games could follow the cycle of processes. Starting from the traditional waterfall model to agile methodology, many game developers are trying to produce the methodologies that could solve their problem in game development. In this paper, the type of methodologies will be shown on current game development. Also, this paper would suggest agile methodologies especially scrum over others in game development, and the reason behind that will be explained. Besides that, there are proposed game development methodologies that could solve the problem of game development by involving three phases, including the preproduction phase, production phase, and post-production phase. In the production phase, the sub-steps will have four sub-steps such as design, development, testing and review and the sub-steps will cycle as long as a result are unsatisfied.

Currently, the discussion about smart city becomes a trend topic in which the development of the Internet of Thing (IoT) is used in various sectors including in the manufacturing sector where the Indonesian government is intensively increasing the capacity and production quality. The use of IoT in both smart manufacture and smart city become an interesting thing topic for research and the combination of the new technology Blockchain, may proof the reliability of data. Trust, transparent, secure, real time online process as a new phenomenon to merge IoT with Blockchain technology into smart manufacturing technology. However, for maintaining quality and sustainability, required technology governance so the achievement of implementation can be done well. This research uses the method called Systematic Literature Review (SLR) find the Blockchain adoption factors for Smart Manufacturing Technology Governance and the research conducted on several reputable publications. The result found, there are 35 adoption success factors found from the adoption of blockchain technology into smart manufacture industry. The influence of the technology governance process in smart manufacture industry increase sustainability, realtime and accurate decision making for the industry. © 2018 IEEE.

Since ERP solution facilitates has changed in business environment and also has helped in supporting managerial level to make decision. Therefore, ERP system is important strategy for organization's survival. One of the critical issues that affect a successful ERP implementation is the implementation method. In previous research, it showed that many organizations had faced complexity when they were implementing ERP in order to meet their requirements. In other cases, the ERP systems are unable to provide solution which is a simplicity of the necessary business processes. The ERP implementation complexity is one of the factors that lead the failures. Thus, here, we intend to propose an agile approach to reduce complexity and eventually our intention is to improve ERP implementing to become more successful. In this study, we are employing a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to identify the principles factors of the agile methods for ERP implementation. In result of employing this SLR method, we found that agile values and principles are correlated in ERP implementation complexity.

Foreground segmentation is one of moving object detection techniques of computer vision applications. To date, modern moving object detection methods require complex background modeling and thresholds tuning to confront illumination changes. This paper proposes an adaptive approach based on non-overlapping block texture representation. It aims to design a computationally light and efficient solution to improve the robustness of detection. We evaluate our proposed method on internal and public sequences and provide the quantitative and qualitative measurements. Experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the results of previous method and suitable for real-time challenges.
