Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance.

Tourism is one of Indonesia's main economic drivers because it can absorb many workers and bring in foreign exchange through tourism activities. Research related to Smart Tourism Destinations (STDs) and the technology that supports them has gained popularity and has received special attention in the last ten years. STDs show that various technologies are applied to a tourist destination, one of which aims to increase added value for the surrounding community and tourists. This study employs the systematic literature review (SLR) method to investigate smart tourism destinations and governance topics. This research aims to identify and analyze the main components of Smart Tourism Destinations Governance. Two research questions were developed and incorporated into the search term. This research resulted in 24 research papers on smart tourism destinations and governance. The result of this study is a proposed IT Governance Model, which can be a guideline for tourism's DMOs (Destination Management Organizations), tourism enterprises, IT companies that support smart tourism concepts, and policymakers (government) to improve their service to society/community. The model can be used as a guide to governing the IT implementation in smart tourism destinations projects. Limitations of this study regarding the scalability of database and keyword usage and their methodologies. Theoretical implication for scholars in the next research is that research can be conducted on how to implement this model and whether this model can be easily adopted. This future work also regarding the IT Governance Maturity Model or the measurement of IT Gov readiness in smart tourism destinations. © 2022 IEEE.

ITS is a method of teaching that uses technology to give lessons without the need for an instructor to be there. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in this research to identify the components of an intelligent tutoring system, and the results are presented. The method used in this literature review is the prism method. The steps in the prism method are slr protocol, search for literature, select literature, summarize evidence and disseminate results. The slr protocol stage, it consists of determining a research question, searching for scientific reference sources with the keyword intelligent tutoring system, then sorting out the appropriate articles and making final conclusions. This article gives a detailed look at how the intelligent tutoring system changed over time during the pandemic epoch. Our contribution is complete information on the components of ITS in times of epidemic at universities, with the goal of improving their learning and practical use of the technology.

Automated language translation involving low-resource language has gained wide interest from many research communities in the past decade. One lesson learned from the past COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in Indonesia, is that many local Governments have to release regular public announcements to keep people following health protocol especially when they are in public areas. Many studies showed some evidence that rural people in Indonesia which covers a large proportion of Indonesia’s population, feel more convenience receiving official announcements in their local language. However, translating official announcement from the national language to many local languages in Indonesia require many experienced bilingual translators and time. This paper presents exploration results in developing an automated language translator model to translate texts in Bahasa Indonesia to the Sundanese language. In particular, this study aims to explore the effect of ReLU, Sigmoid, and Tanh activation functions of the Vanilla Transformer Model on its translation performance. The experiment results showed that the activation function under study gives similar training accuracy (0.98). However, ReLU achieves better performance than Tanh in terms of validation accuracy, training loss, and validation loss.

This research aims to build a mathematical model to formulate the problems of implementing knowledge management systems in companies that often face obstacles in achieving the desired objectives and goals. With increasing competition in the business sector, organizations or organizations realize the importance of utilizing the knowledge assets that reside in each individual and organization. If this knowledge can be managed optimally, it can become a competitive advantage for the company due to the emergence of innovative ideas by the concepts of knowledge management theory. By implementing optimal knowledge management (KM), companies can design innovative solutions to improve business operations and increase overall revenue. The factor analysis method will be used to find the determining factors for the success of the implementation of knowledge management systems (KMS) and the regression analysis method will also be used to form a mathematical model of several new factors which are formed as independent variables with the current level of community understanding of KMS as the dependent variable. The research results provide insight into strategies to improve success factors to successfully facilitate KMS implementation. This study contributes to existing knowledge management by providing insight into dynamics that go beyond the technical aspects of KMS, ultimately developing strategies for more effective and efficient utilization of knowledge and organizational growth and supporting competitive advantage for companies.

The long COVID-19 pandemic has limited the activities of Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) such as environment cleaning, repair of RPTRA infrastructure, learning and others, as well as the lack of public awareness about the existence and importance of RPTRA to the public and foreign tourists encouraging the RPTRA to make changes in the dissemination of information about the activities carried out in the RPTRA through the use of technology to survive and grow even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The methodology used in this research is Group Discussion Forum with the administrators of the RPTRA Maya ASRI 13 to learn about the needs and expectations of the RPTRA administrators regarding the web portal to be built. Then, the implementation of the conceptual model, development, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the RPTRA information web portal was carried out. The contribution in this research is to implement a conceptual model on the information portal built on the platform of the Website with the PHP framework, which is then evaluated on the results of the pre-test and post-test about RPTRA the Wilcoxon-Signed Rank Test to test the effectiveness of the information web portal for general users. The results obtained from these tests indicate that the RPTRA Information Web Portal can help the public learn more about the existence of RPTRA Maya Asri 13.

This study aims to determine the effect of business strategy on the quality of accounting information, to determine the effect of leadership style on the quality of accounting information and to determine the effect of business processes on the quality of accounting information. This study uses primary data from a population of State-Owned Enterprises throughout Indonesia with a total sample of 61 state-owned enterprises, and is analyzed using a simultaneous equation estimation model or SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), the sample determination is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) leadership style and business processes affect the quality of accounting information systems (2) business strategy has no effect on the quality of accounting information systems on accounting information systems at State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. © 2021 ACM.

Enterprise Architecture Framework (EAF) is a commonly used framework and the best solution for addressing and defining the transformation that needs to be built to support business operations. To be able to make the transition quickly, many higher education institutions (HEIs) are starting to adopt EAF. This research aims to help the evolution and transpiration of enterprise architecture research in higher education. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) research method which includes several steps, namely identifying research questions, identifying research sources, using keywords to complete the data discovery process, disseminating data, and analyzing the results to answer research questions. The data used comes from digital libraries, especially Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore Digital Library, and science Direct. Data taken from 2019 to 2023 in RIS format will then be analyzed and visualized using VosViewer. The results of this research are to find the growth of research publications over five years, find research trends on enterprise architecture frameworks, identify relationships between scientific concepts, and determine the knowledge network of enterprise architecture frameworks based on keywords.

Due to Covid-19, body temperature measurement is mandatory and become an important consideration in determining whether an individual is healthy or not. This paper presents the development of portable temperature and air quality detector to prevent suspect of Covid-19 with the main symptom is the body of temperature above 38° Celsius. We propose an algorithm and architecture used for temperature detector with maximum distance 80cm and CO2 and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) measurement are as indicator of good air quality. Based on experiment, we can detect temperature accurately until 0.3° Celsius using digital temperature sensor MLX90614 comparing with commercial one, furthermore the system able to give information about the quality of air, allowing/not allowing someone to enter a room with accuracy 92.5%. © 2021 IEEE.

The importance of optimization in the manufacturing industry to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, especially in production machines. This research focuses on developing a real-time monitoring system based on the internet to monitor power consumption and production machines' speed accurately. The data taken by the real-time monitoring system is integrated into the ERP System, which is stored as time series data of power consumption and engine speed. The importance of making production cost estimates, especially on the power consumption of a production machine for the future, and functioning as a tool for real-time monitoring, the data obtained is processed by regression to get an estimate of the total power consumption for several expected outputs. The data is processed using a linear regression algorithm to predict power consumption at the desired speed on the intended production machine. To get a better tool than the one that existed before, the method in its development uses PIECES analysis. In its implementation, this real-time monitoring system runs according to the objectives, and the data obtained is as expected. This model was developed on production machines in the flexible packaging industry that uses rotogravure machines. It is possible that it can be used on production machines in other industries that use electrical power correlated with the speed measured based on the rotation of a motor. © 2021 IEEE.
