The important role of Information Systems in a company is to support business processes so that they become more effective and efficient, but information technology performance factors are also important to know so that the contribution of information technology infrastructure in the company can be truly measured with certainty. This study was conducted to provide an overview of how to determine key performance indicators in performance measurement through the IT Balance Scorecard. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) approach was used to process the data, several respondents were asked to provide their opinions through a questionnaire built with the development of research instruments based on the IT Balance Scorecard measurement theory. The results of the study showed that there were 4 (four) new factors that could be used as key performance indicators related to the four perspectives in measuring IT Balance Scorecard performance, namely: quality of information activities, application usability, IT division support, and information system integration. In particular, the usability of the application system proved to be an important element that influenced application performance. However, existing applications are generally criticized for providing inadequate quality information. The impact of this study will increase understanding of information technology performance measurement because the formation of a picture of the current measurement model that can be used to determine better implementation strategies in the future.

As soon as the lockdown was established in Jakarta, Indonesia, people experienced a change in Jakarta's air quality. This research was conducted to answer several challenges such as: where to find Indonesia's air quality open data platforms, how to handle the acquired data with SQL technology, and how to validate whether the air quality of Jakarta was significantly changed from a period to another or not. With particulate matter 2.5 (PM 2.5) data acquired by The United States Diplomatic Post in South Jakarta, a data visualization was generated to describe the fluctuation of PM 2.5 from February 29th to June 29th. By conducting a two-sample t-test, a significant change in South Jakarta's air quality was revealed. The test concluded that South Jakarta's air quality got worse even after a lockdown was established. © 2021 IEEE.

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a type of diabetes mellitus that attacks the retina of the eye. DR will cause patients to experience blindness slowly. Generally, DR can be detected by using a special instrument called an ophthalmoscope to view the inside of the eyeball. However, in conditions where there is a very small difference between the normal image and the DR image, computer-based assistance is needed for maximizing image reading value. In this research, a method of image quality improvement will be carried out which will then be integrated with a classification algorithm based on deep learning. The results of image improvement using Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) shows that the average accuracy of the method on several models is very competitive, 91% for the VGG16 model, 95% for InceptionV3, and 97% for EfficientNet compared to the results original image which only has an accuracy of 87% for VGG16 model, 90% for InceptionV3 model, and 95% for EfficientNet. However, in ResNet34 better accuracy is obtained in the original image with an accuracy of 95% while in the CLAHE image the accuracy value is only 84%. The results of this comprehensive evaluation and recommendation of famous backbone networks can be useful in the computer-aided diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.

Leukemia is a cancer that attacks and infects white blood cells which can hinder the capability for someone with leukemia to fight infections, which may cause severe complications or even death. While Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia is a certain type of leukemia that is the most prevalent childhood cancer. Detecting this disease is a repetitive activity that can take a lot of time and resources, meanwhile Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia has a fast growth rate. In this study, we will try to classify leukemia cancer using machine learning based on the images of white blood cells provided. This method could provide early diagnosis and reduce the burden on hematologist-oncologist by optimizing the resources that are available. This research will use the ensemble classifier concept by combining several SVM models like linear, polynomial, and RBF. That have been trained, then combined into one singular ensemble model. By combining these models, we hope to improve the classification performance by minimizing the drawbacks of using certain SVM kernels. The results of this classification obtained an accuracy performance of 70.01%.

The purpose of writing this paper is to look at how factors of big data adoption affect the users of social media and brand popularity. The method used in the writing of this paper is by using path analysis and also by doing literature study to find reference material. The results of the analysis indicate that there is influence of big data adoption factors that affect the popularity of the brand. Nearly the whole Indonesian Archipelago is threatened by earthquake hazards, both on a small and large scale. This indicates Indonesia's susceptibility to earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and other geological calamities. With the assistance of other pertinent ministries and institutions, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) in Indonesia is in charge of carrying out disaster management at the national level. In order for mitigation to function effectively and efficiently, this research is vital since it is based on the establishment of an evaluation model for an urban knowledge management system in Indonesia. The goal of the project is to create an assessment model for Indonesian urban knowledge management systems that can be applied to the deployment of autonomous socialization programs for disaster mitigation. Factor analysis and regression analysis are the primary techniques used in this work. Regression analysis is used to create a model that can represent the current state of mitigation socialization and be used to develop implementation strategies in the future. Factor analysis is used to identify dominant factors in the implementation of knowledge management systems that support independent socialization.

Malaria is a communicable disease with half of the global population at risk due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. A massive number of studies are dedicated to malaria research, so it plays a key role in formulating the proper prevention strategy and effective malaria treatment. With the overwhelming number of updated publications in the field, an unsupervised text mining approach such as topic modeling may provide an alternative method for the malaria researcher to keep pace with new insights. In this work, we collect metadata of malaria publications from the PubMed database to perform BERT-based topic modeling to find well-defined topics regarding malaria research. The method is largely based on the popular BERTopic pipeline. We compare the performance of three different language models to generate document embeddings from the data. The dimension reduction and the density-based clustering algorithm are used to cluster the embeddings. The topic representation is computed based on the semantic similarity of the class TF-IDF representation. The substance of the resulting topics is then manually annotated based on the top words of each topic. We demonstrate that by merging initial topics into larger topics using hierarchical clustering and manual content-based examination, the evaluated coherence measure can be further improved, thus enhancing the topic's interpretability. Our modeling result is able to extract ten major topics recurring in the malaria research publication published from 2017–2022. The result provides preliminary insight to understand the dynamics and patterns of malaria research over the years

Dadahup Swamp Irrigation Area (DIR) in Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan is developed for agricultural activities to provide food security after the pandemic. The water system consists of various channels, gates, and a flood embankment structure, which is also connected to three different rivers: Barito River, Mangkatif River, and Kapuas Mumpung River. To quantify flood risk assessments in the area, we perform a hydrodynamic analysis using the unsteady flow method via HEC-RAS software version 4.1.0. We use geometrical profiles from topography measurements and the outer boundary of the Dadahup DIR as input for the hydrologic model. Our results estimate the maximum surface water level from both cross and longitudinal sections in the channels and find that several points near the flood embankment area are prone to flood events. Our modeling approach provides a preliminary assessment for the local government to formulate a flood mitigation plan and policy in the area. © 2021 IEEE.

Crop Yield Analysis and Prediction is a fast-expanding discipline that is critical for optimizing agricultural methods. A lack of trustworthy data is one of the challenges in estimating crop yields. We develop predictive models for 22 different fruits and vegetables data. The goals of this study are to create accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models. We used multiple machine learning (ML) models for multi-class crop production prediction to fulfill our research goal. We thoroughly examined the influence of climate and nutrient factors on crop yield, considering their complex interactions. To improve the dataset, augmented data techniques were applied. Configuring the parameters and fine-tuning the hyperparameters is our technique to increase the model performance. Furthermore, we employ explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques and interpretability tools like Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) to improve the interpretability of our prediction model. Our findings reveal that the XGBoost model has the best performance model with 99.86% accuracy, followed by SVM Poly Kernel with 99.32% and Random Forest with 98.82%. Feature selection and analysis are emphasized, particularly in regional agricultural contexts. This study contributes to the creation of accurate and interpretable crop recommendation models while also addressing the issue of untrustworthy data, providing useful insights for optimizing agricultural practices.

To day's society is different from the past, where the speed of the internet is getting more sophisticated, and the existing gadget technology is getting faster, and of course, this is also changing the lifestyle of today's people, which of course almost half of their daily life is spent in front of gadgets. On the one hand, this is undoubtedly very good and supports humans in carrying out their daily life activities, but on the other hand, this raises new problems where humans start to lack time to communicate and socialize with each other and often making them stressed and anxious because they are already tired and do not know how to socialize anymore. This paper begins with a model and implementation of a very simple mobile application that behaves as a social media inspired by *** as a social media for academics. The design of this mobile application is done by using use case diagrams to describe existing processes and class diagrams to describe class relationships.
