The current application sales distribution is still not effective because the officer in the field cannot open the application and still use manual note for distribution sales activities. To overcome this, there is need for development to the mobile application. Sales Distribution Activity Tracking System Using Mobile Location Based Services considered very suitable for developing a web application sales distribution. Applications will be installed on android mobile devices associated with databases and servers equipped with the notification. With this application, field officers can input transactions through its android mobile devices. This research will design and build mobile applications sales distribution on smartphone android based. Applications built using Waterfall process model with development programming language C #, SQLite database and use software Xamarin Studio IDE. These applications can run on smartphone with android version 5.0 to 6.0. The results of this study have designed and built an applications that can be used by the company for better process management of the sales distribution and can find sales reports are up to date. The sales distribution activity tracking system using location-based mobile services makes it easy for sales distributions to report their activities to a system that was previously done manually. Based on the result of system feasibility evaluation, this application can be categorized as feasible for business. © 2018 IEEE.

Nowadays, most universities have a lot of different ways in considering graduation eligibility for their students. The consideration can use the data which is generated by system online analytical processing (OLTP). However the OLTP system has a limitation to report intuitively. The aim of this research is to create the system using data warehouse which able to see the progress of performance student and the course failed in each term. This system is expected able to predict student's graduation eligibility. Research method of this research consists some steps to implement data warehouse and then is followed by generating the report and on-line analytical processing (OLAP) analysis. Evaluation is done by benchmarking current system with the proposed system. The result shows the system can provide data for the graduation eligibility. © 2018 IEEE.

Evaluation is the best way to refine a service quality. Quality of service will have an effect on the accomplishment of an organization's aim. Suitable and precise evaluation model will help the vocational high school in arranging a master plan to enhance the quality of education services provided. Kirkpatrick's model became the fundamental framework in this case study. This model was usually utilized to evaluate the impact of corporate training to the development of staff and also the impact to organization performance. In this paper, we perform case study for one of the vocational high school in Jakarta. There is a concern from the school about how to conduct evaluation of the teaching activity, students performance, and institution performance. In this paper, we propose a web-based e-learning system using Kirkpatrick evaluation model to solve this problem. We built the e-learning application using codeigniter framework. From the result, it can be seen that the developed system can provide platform for the school to evaluate the quality of teaching activity based on the students feedback, evaluate the performance of students after attending class, and also evaluate how the trend of institution performance year by year. © 2018 IEEE.

On time service delivery is one of the ultimate goal of IT services company. The aim of this study is developing data warehouse to help company keeping up the delivery service time is always on target. This study starts with identifying the problem, data collection, literature study, then develop the data warehouse, making analysis with OLAP, build report and dashboard as needed, and at last evaluation of data warehouse already developed. Extract Transform Load process (ETL) transferred data from operational database to data warehouse. OLAP analysis features in data warehouse can help company to analyse information from multidimensional data;report and dashboard build from information in the data warehouse can help sales team to know what best strategy and making decision. As the result, data warehouse that has been built can help sales team deliver the services on time to their customers. © 2018 IEEE.

Most organizations today are beginning to shift from manual document management into a document management system (DMS), which is more reliable and efficient. Many benefits can be gained from the use of DMS such as document management become better and more efficient. However, DMS will not improve the performance of document management if it is not used appropriately. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the acceptance of the use of DMS. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) used in this study to determine the acceptance of DMS usage. Samples were taken from 50 employees who have access to the DMS. Data samples are analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that acceptance of DMS depends on perceived ease of use that influence usefulness of DMS and led to the acceptance of DMS. © 2018 IEEE.

The need to run various media through one infrastructure is the primary reason of the emergence of converged network. The reason is because company wants to reduce investment and maintenance cost by investing on single integrated network rather than traditional separated telecommunication, broadcasting and internet network. In this research, we use top down network design approach to create converged network design that tailored to fulfill the requirement from business and technical aspects. It is started by analyzing design requirement, perform logical and physical design, and perform design testing. Both data and voice traffic should be working well in converged network. In order to optimize the network design, the quality of service (QoS) will be considered. It will be used to accomodate various kind of traffic in this network. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed network design can satisfy required QoS of converged service network. The proposed network design also performs better availability compared to the existing network design. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Employee mobility is an important issue for companies that have a goal to become global company. The company often asks the employees to do some assignments outside the office area, either inside or outside of their home country. A portable virtual private network (VPN) is a device that enables the employees to perform remote access connection to internal computer resources via internet. Therefore, the employee can still work on their assignments in company server while doing business travelling. In this paper, the secure and low power portable VPN prototype is being proposed. The prototype of the VPN portable gateway device is built using OpenVPN-R core applications that are modified from OpenVPN version 2.3.10 with OpenSSL version 1.0.2h. It is implemented into a single board computer (SBC) Raspberry Pi 3 Model B +. The modification performed in this system is the inclusion of Rabbit stream cipher algorithm to OpenSSL as one of the alternative options of TLS ciphersuites on OpenVPN. The prototype portable VPN gateway device generated from this research has Rabbit ciphersuites, platform independent, and has additional features inbuilt firewall. The simulation results show that the proposed prototype can perform secure data transfer. On the other hand the proposed Rabbit stream cipher algorithm shows better performance than other algorithm in terms of data transfer rate, CPU utilization, and memory usage which leads to smaller power consumption. © 2018 The Authors. Indonesia is prone to natural disasters such as an earthquake. Many people are clueless regarding what to do when an earthquake occurs. An earthquake has caused a more devastating outcome due to it being able to lead to other hazards. The idea of developing a mobile application surfaced by reading and receiving inspiration from the previous research. Previous research has been implementing different kinds of ways to alert people regarding the upcoming earthquake. The development of a mobile application to provide a platform that will assist people with information on what to do in times of before, during, and after the earthquake. Therefore, people will have a source that they can turn to when seeking information about the steps to be done when an earthquake occurs. Besides, providing information apropos to earthquakes, the mobile application will send further alerts to the people that are in that specific area. Moreover, people will be able to be aware of the particular areas that they are in. The alerts sent will give information to the people so that they could evacuate to safety as soon as possible before the upcoming earthquake occurs. © 2019 IEEE.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

Lockdown strategy worth lives: The SEIRD modelling in COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia

Lockdowns, despite their conflicting restrictions and consequences they might offer when enforced as a national strategy, are deemed to be suggestive for a prompt conquer to the Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) outbreak. There have been some success stories such as in China, South Korea and our ASEAN member fellow, Vietnam, which exhibited extremely fallen numbers of COVID-19 cases post the enforcement of lockdown. Indonesia, however, remains in the crux of dispute whether or not the lockdown is opted to force COVID-19 transmission down under control. We, in this respect, employ the most popular model which has been broadly applied in the field of epidemiology, referred to as SEIRD (Susceptible, Exposed, Infectious, Recovered, and Death), the extension form of an age-structured SEIR, where the Death (D) is included to provide more factual situation. We modify the I (Infectious) fraction as symp-tomatic (Is) and asymptomatic (Ia) infectives. There are three lockdown scenarios simulated in our modified SEIRD with the starting date are 26 April 2020 when the immediate lockdown was enacted-and a-week and two-week-gaps, respectively. We figured out that by stipulating the lockdown without delay (26 April 2020), the new cases could be kept below 10,000. A week delay escalates case number to 5,000 and delay for one more week results in beyond 20,000 new cases. Furthermore, when the intervention is delayed following the delayed lockdown, normalization would demand a longer period within which dealing with more critical and dying patients is unavoidable and should be more anticipated.
