ITS is a method of teaching that uses technology to give lessons without the need for an instructor to be there. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted in this research to identify the components of an intelligent tutoring system, and the results are presented. The method used in this literature review is the prism method. The steps in the prism method are slr protocol, search for literature, select literature, summarize evidence and disseminate results. The slr protocol stage, it consists of determining a research question, searching for scientific reference sources with the keyword intelligent tutoring system, then sorting out the appropriate articles and making final conclusions. This article gives a detailed look at how the intelligent tutoring system changed over time during the pandemic epoch. Our contribution is complete information on the components of ITS in times of epidemic at universities, with the goal of improving their learning and practical use of the technology. © 2024 IEEE.

Nowadays, social media serves as a platform for sharing and receiving information. One indicator of the importance of information is its virality. Virality is an interesting topic in the world of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including the prediction of virality and identifying features that influence it. Research in this area has utilized Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) models and yielded promising results. Previous studies aimed to predict virality based on specific features. This research aims to predict virality by combining the abilities of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and BERT models. The BERT model transforms textual data into numerical and adds new features, while the CNN model excels in numerical classification. Data for this study is sourced from Twitter and in Indonesian language. The proposed model demonstrates improvements compared to the model from previous research. Specifically, it shows a 7.1% increase in precision, a 9.9% increase in recall, a 3.8% increase in accuracy, and an 8.1% increase in F1-Score compared to the previous model. These findings contribute to future research on similar topics, particularly in leveraging multiple models for prediction tasks. Overall, the study provides insights into effectively utilizing the strengths of various models and combining them in prediction tasks.

The background of this research is the condition of the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on online ticket sales. Meanwhile, when future of covid-19 pandemic is starting to become clearer, we are going to have a lot more infections but hopefully a lot fewer hospitalizations, people began to travel long distances that had been delayed by implementing health protocols. Airfare competition can influence the decision to buy airline tickets. Various things have been done to attract the attention of buyers. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research. Population in this research was people who have purchased plane tickets online during the covid-19 pandemic, and the sample were 113 respondents age between 15 and 64. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study using multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. It was concluded that price, promotion, and lifestyle variables can influence online purchasing decisions. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper reviews the latest trends and challenges in implementing digital twin technology. A digital twin is a tool used in various industries to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable advanced analysis. The review involved searching major research databases and search engines for articles published between 2018 and 2023. The findings reveal several important trends, including the development of different types of digital twin dimensions, each with its own advantages and limitations. The benefits of digital twin implementation include improved decision-making, increased productivity, and operational efficiency. However, there are challenges, such as data integration, security and privacy concerns, a lack of standardization, and the need for experts to effectively design and operate digital twins. The implications of these trends and challenges are discussed regarding their impact on the successful adoption and implementation of digital twin technology. The review also highlights the need to address these challenges and explore new approaches for maximizing the benefits of digital twin technology. Overall, this comprehensive review is a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and organizations seeking to understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions when implementing digital twin technology. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. Classification of Indonesian crops is a critical task in developing farming and getting more understanding of agriculture. However, there is no clear task in classifying types of crops in Indonesia. Transfer learning has been used successfully in a variety of image classification applications. Thus, in this paper, we collected images of Indonesian crops from the internet randomly and proposed a classification by using transfer learning of deep learning with four pre-trained models: EffficientNetB0, ResNet18, VGG19, and AlexNet. In the experiment, augmentation techniques such as random horizontal flip, random vertical flip, and random affine were utilized to prevent the network from overfitting. The result found that EfficientNet-B0 outperformed other models with an accuracy of 82.55. Then, the model struggled to distinguish between crops in the same family. According to the results, although transfer learning can work well to classify images of Indonesian agricultural crops, some improvements are still required to address existing issues. © 2023 The Authors. A subscription movie streaming service from the United States, Netflix, has been present in Indonesia since 2016 and provides a wide variety of films without showing any single advertisements that can be viewed from anywhere, as long as there is access to the internet. Despite these advantages, many users have complained through the Google Play Store's comments column. Some of the common complaints include frequent buffering and connectivity issues, dissatisfaction with the limited selection of Indonesian movies, lack of subtitles for specific languages, or pricing concerns have also been raised. In this study developed two combined scenario methods using the InSet and SentiStrength-id dictionary to obtain better performance and compare them against independent InSet and SentiStrength-id. This study collected users' comments for the Netflix app in the Google Play Store as a dataset using web scraping techniques through the Google Collaboration tool. The dataset contains 3250 rows spanning the period from January 22, 2024, through June 6, 2024. To ensure proper processing of the text, data cleaning, lowercasing, normalization, tokenization, stemming, and stopwords removal are conducted. The results show that most user opinions are negative. The InSet dictionary has an accuracy of 92%, SentiStrength-id 78%, Combined scenario 1 is 87%, and scenario 2 reaches the highest among others which is 92.52%. © 2024 IEEE.

Operating a smart city is intricate and requires comprehensive management. Implementing a decision model is one effective and efficient method to address this complexity. This study seeks to systematically review articles to see the trends in the utilization of fuzzy logic methods and their combinations, particularly in a decision model that supports smart city operations. Through four stages, the study not only presents the bibliometric-based review findings to address specific inquiries but also produces an object-oriented model for review purposes. Based on 131 articles, the research trend indicates a linear growth in studies focusing on smart cities and decision models, with a particular emphasis on incorporating fuzzy logic models. Additionally, according to 9 deep-reviewed articles, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) emerges as a popular method often combined with the fuzzy logic method. As well, the object-oriented model for review purposes is developed with 19 interrelated objects. It is the main contribution of the study.

In the digital era, the demand for quick access to goods (q-Commerce) has driven retail companies to develop online shopping applications, aiming to attract more consumers. To cater to the demands of q-Commerce, specialized mobile applications that prioritize fast delivery and user-friendly experiences are crucial. However, developing and maintaining these applications present challenges in terms of speed of development and security. This research focuses on a retail company, PT X, with a q-Commerce application serving 3.5 million active users monthly. The research aims to assess PT X's capability maturity level in application development governance using the COBIT 2019 Capability Maturity Model. Additionally, the study investigates the differences in assessment methods between COBIT 2019 and previous versions. The findings contribute to understanding in which level of capability maturity that companies can achieve in developing quick commerce applications with a large user base. Findings of this research provides an overview for PT X to initiate the necessary initial steps to comply with the good application development according to COBIT 2019 standard. This research also highlights to future researchers that COBIT 2019 is primarily a framework for enterprise-level assessment and need to be adjusted to be suitable for measurements below the enterprise level. © 2023 IEEE.

Today's society is different from the past, where the speed of the internet is getting more sophisticated, and the existing gadget technology is getting faster, and of course, this is also changing the lifestyle of today's people, which of course almost half of their daily life is spent in front of gadgets. On the one hand, this is undoubtedly very good and supports humans in carrying out their daily life activities, but on the other hand, this raises new problems where humans start to lack time to communicate and socialize with each other and often making them stressed and anxious because they are already tired and do not know how to socialize anymore. This paper begins with a model and implementation of a very simple mobile application that behaves as a social media inspired by *** as a social media for academics. The design of this mobile application is done by using use case diagrams to describe existing processes and class diagrams to describe class relationships. © 2023 IEEE.
