Solar energy is one of the most abundant sources of renewable energy in Indonesia. Solar energy is now typically harnessed using solar panels, but the low efficiency of photovoltaic cells requires the development of other alternatives. The heliostat is a sunlight directing device with mirrors that can be used in a concentrated solar power system. Current heliostats require high capital investment due to their large frames and expensive components. This research was undertaken to develop a lower cost heliostat using a smaller frame, ESP32 microcontroller, servo motor and low-cost components. The position of the sun can be determined using an algorithm based on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) solar calculator, and the mirror is moved to maintain the sun's reflection on a target. The result of this research is a set of heliostat prototypes consisting of the frame and control system. Tests were carried out to test the performance of the designed heliostat and it was found that the heliostat has an accuracy of about 60 cm and can raise temperatures up to 3.41°C. The conclusion is that the heliostat can be used in a concentrated solar power system to heat boilers in solar power towers.

Capital market transactions provide an opportunity for investors to acquire ownership of company shares and capital gains, as well as dividends. However, alongside the benefits, there are risks of capital loss and liquidation, leading to stress and depression due to profit targets and decision-making errors. To mitigate the risk of decision-making errors in investment, data analysis is needed, including sentiment analysis, which influences stock prices. This study aims to develop a new deep learning model to classify Indonesian public opinion on JCI stocks, especially the Energy sector, obtained from the Twitter social media platform. The model will perform sentiment analysis and categorize opinions as negative, neutral, or positive. We created a dataset that was trained using Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) to summarize the analysis of public sentiment above so that it can assist investors in studying public sentiment as a reference for investing with a yield precision of 76%, Recall of 77%, and F1-score on 76%. © 2023 IEEE.

This research focused on social media applications that had been used by large-scale users. Data might be in the form of text, image, video, each with its own data processing complexity. In this study, the researchers had performed a systematic review of literature on the development and usage of crowdsourcing data collection in recent days, with a range of techniques/methods/approaches to present meaningful data results/conclusions for environmental management. From the collected references, it is found that most papers discuss the monitoring and planning the environment through the use of social media data. An in-depth review of the literature was performed on the state-of-the-art environmental monitoring and planning and the general architecture of the data crowdsourcing system. Finally, based on the literature review, the challenge of data crowdsourcing for environmental monitoring and planning is identified and addressed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The Ministry of Health of Indonesia has referred to pre-eclampsia as one of the most severe diseases affecting women. As an urgency, it is crucial to administrate pre-eclampsia cases for disease prevention as a long-term national healthcare strategy. Regarding health science, case data was significant in developing research and innovation. However, the main problem regarding pre-eclampsia case administration is data handling, recording, and management incompetence. Hence, this research proposed a conceptual design of a database for pre-eclampsia case administration. The proposed design covered conceptual, logical, and physical design. We elaborate the concept into three concepts of pre-eclampsia disease: pre-treatment, treatment, and post-treatment. This study proposed a solution to gain more data and study pre-eclampsia disease in Indonesia. © 2023 IEEE.

Childhood stunting is a condition anticipated to affect the growth potential of children under the age of five. With numerous stunting researches that have been conducted, stunting datasets are now widely available to facilitate stunting research. This provides an opportunity to implement machine learning (ML) principles to produce a broader insight or a novel technique in stunting prediction. A systematic literature review is necessary to discover the landscape of machine learning implementation in the application domain as a preliminary study for creating an effective research roadmap. This paper presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of 22 curated manuscripts that focuses on identifying the ML models applied in stunting research, as well as the datasets used in such studies that were published during 2017-2022. The SLR process found that ML principles have been applied in stunting research since 2017, and the diversity of ML implementation has become more varied in 2021-2022. In terms of ML models, XGBoost and Random Forest are recognized as the two most utilized models, and stunting prediction is the most common ML implementation. The majority of stunting research utilizing ML has been conducted in Indonesia. Although national survey data has been the most commonly utilized dataset in stunting research, researchers in Indonesia have shown a preference for utilizing data from regional or independent surveys. This study will be followed by developing a classifier model for stunted children using XGBoost and Random Forest algorithms. The model will be trained on a dataset generated from StuntingDB. © 2023 IEEE.

Automatic question generation for bahasa indonesia examination using copynet

In educational institutions, an educator is responsible for assessing the student's knowledge grasp through examination. Creating exam questions, even the low-level factoid questions, is time-consuming, especially for inexperienced educators. Therefore, this study aims to create a sequence-to-sequence model using CopyNet by exploiting its copying mechanism advantage to automatically generate Bahasa Indonesia factoid questions to ease the educator's burden. Indonesian records in the TyDi QA dataset are used as the model input. GRU and Bi-GRU are employed as the CopyNet encoder, while LSTM is used as the CopyNet decoder. The model that utilizes GRU as the encoder achieves BLEU1, BLEU2, BLEU3, BLEU4, and ROUGE-L scores of 0.28, 0.19, 0.14, 0.1, and 0.32, respectively. Bi-GRU utilization as the model encoder achieves BLEU1, BLEU2, BLEU3, BLEU4, and ROUGE-L scores of 0.26, 0.17, 0.12, 0.09, and 0.30, respectively. Models using either encoder still achieve low scores. However, compared with the previous work, the result is still on par regarding the BLEU score. Further examination found that the generated questions do not adhere to semantic and syntactical correctness. Adding more records to the dataset and utilizing a more advanced architecture like CopyBERT are encouraged to improve the model performance in future work. Despite the result, this study has shown that CopyNet, primarily designed for text summarization or single-turn dialogue, can be tailored for factoid question generation.

E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered 'Content's variety' the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous research on stunting supplementation interventions in Indonesia have been published. The information can be extracted through data mining, especially from academic research databases. In this paper, we presented a text mining-based literature review strategy to create a pipeline that researchers can use to accelerate the development of stunting supplementation intervention research in Indonesia. Utilizing various NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques, data were crawled, processed, and visualized using Python. The crawling dataset used a module from the Pubmed API (Application programming Interface) to collect literature papers. The NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit) module and itertools were used to process text data. The n-grams model was applied to process tokens into bigrams and trigrams. Text information was visualized using Matplotlib and Word cloud packages. There is an increasing number of publication in stunting supplementation intervention according to our result, which was observed from 2015 to 2021. West Java was the province where most of the stunting research has been conducted, as determined by research abstracts. Top occurrences obtained from the bigram and trigrams models calculation produced different terms. The word pairings that occurred the most frequently in the bigram and trigram model analyses were "child-aged" and "iron-folic-acid," respectively. The findings of this study are expected to help researchers to obtain the latest research topics related to stunting supplementation interventions in Indonesia. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. Information security risk is of utmost importance and a crucial concern, particularly within a clinical laboratory responsible for managing sensitive public health information. Various endeavors have been undertaken by institutions to tackle this pressing challenge effectively. This research seeks to develop a computer-based decision model for assessing information security risks. The model is scientifically constructed using the fuzzy logic method as its core approach and designed through an object-oriented approach. Impressively, the model successfully simulates 31 risk scenarios with an accuracy rate of 93.55%.

This research explores the vital role of penetration testing in cybersecurity, specifically its alignment with ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF standards in the context of crypto asset exchange management. These sectors grapple with rapidly evolving threat landscapes, necessitating robust cybersecurity strategies. However, the integration of penetration testing with these standards remains underexamined. Through a comprehensive approach, including literature reviews, surveys, case studies, and interviews, this study investigates the incorporation of penetration testing into an organization's cybersecurity. It unveils the current state of penetration testing practices, interprets ISO 27001:2022, COBIT 2019, and NIST CSF perspectives, and pinpoints integration challenges and opportunities. This study offers practical insights and best practices for integrating penetration testing into cybersecurity frameworks by emphasizing alignment. It underscores the importance of aligning penetration testing with information security standards in the crypto asset exchange management sector, enhancing security, proactively identifying vulnerabilities, and effectively mitigating risks in the context of growing crypto asset importance. This research provides invaluable guidance for safeguarding digital assets in this evolving domain. © 2023 IEEE.
