Depressive Disorders (DD) is one of the most prevalent mental disorders in the world that may lead to suicide cases. To prevent the latter, ubiquitous early detection systems may be effective. Recent studies have since researched the development of such systems by exploiting several forms of data, including video, audio, Ecological Momentary Assessments (EMA), and passive sensing data using sensors embedded in mobile devices. To summarize the trends, opportunities, and existing challenges in this field, this study reviewed 15 papers to answer four research questions. EMA was the most popular data to be used in this task, but other approaches, such as using video, audio, and typing behaviors, may be considered due to the subjectivity of EMA. These data were typically recorded using smartphones and analyzed using Machine Learning (ML). However, most of the developed systems had yet to be implemented. Overall, it was concluded that further studies may need to explore usages of more objective data in multimodal approaches as well as consider using Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) to deploy these systems to provide more effective and efficient diagnoses. Future studies must also take into account the existing challenges of the data and infrastructures, such as the weaknesses of several data types, limitations of mobile devices, as well as the challenges of diagnosis approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Water is an important substance for the human body. Clean water is important for not just the human body, but also for the environment. In this paper, Prisma is used to filter many of the reference paper where the paper left are used for the research. Machine learning is one of many ways to predict water quality. Using algorithms to process large amounts of data and patterns, water quality can be predicted. Prediction on water temperature, pH, and others can be used to find bad quality water and potentially find the cure for it. There are also different kinds of environment in predicting water quality, where depending on the environment certain machine learning method is better than the others. This paper contains machine learning methods, water parameters, and areas of water for water quality prediction.

The advancement and application of information technology have provided significant benefits to society. Complete and quality information is needed to achieve efficiency and make it easier for people to find the right and trusted vacation partner. One way that can be done is to create an information system to find vacation companions or travel companions to travel to the same destination at the same time. This study aims to design and build a mobile application. Travemate is a mobile application that helps travelers find the right and trustworthy friends or partners to travel to the same destination. The development of this information system is expected to help the community, especially solo travelers, reduce the time spent looking for the right partner or traveler who meets their criteria. This application is built using a mobile apps platform that can be installed on devices connected to the internet via smartphones and also with the features available on travemate to facilitate and optimize user activities in finding partners for their travels so that with this application, all activities will be easy, fun, and efficient. In the long term, the application programs we create can touch people all over the world, making it easier for people to find friends to travel with. © 2022 IEEE.

The proliferation of data has become an inevitable consequence of the digital age as individuals across all domains increasingly rely on data for various purposes. Both companies and governments have a significant need for data. However, the sheer volume and complexity of this data, along with the potential risks associated with mishandling it, necessitate the establishment of a framework known as data governance. The primary objective of this research paper is to examine the factors that contribute to the effective implementation and utilization of Data governance. This study employs qualitative methods and adopts a systematic literature review approach to address the research inquiry: “What are the important factors that determine the utilization of data governance technology?” Through the systematic literature review, a total of 41 key factors were identified from 20 research literatures that have been found to significantly impact the effective implementation of data governance. There are thirteen primary technological factors that hold significance in the realm of data governance. These factors encompass technology, application and use, storage of data, sharing, archiving, and preservation, big data algorithmic systems, data flow, deletion, diversity of data, mechanisms, size of data, control, and data integrity.

Microservices and monolithic systems are two prevalent architectural approaches in software development. This study provides a complete review and analysis of the key components involved in design, development, and operation in software development. A systematic review of the literature was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. This review examined various sources debating monolithic systems vs microservices, highlighting their benefits, drawbacks, and implementation in enterprises. The paper addresses important research questions, aiming to further analyze this architectural approach. Findings show that microservices offer benefits such as scalability, flexibility, and independent deployment, while monolithic systems provide simplicity and ease of development. However, challenges related to network communication, data consistency, and operational complexity were also found with microservices. This research focuses on discussing the trade-offs and factors to consider when deciding between monolithic systems and microservices, which provides in-depth information for practitioners in decision-making for software development. This research aims to help readers understand the effects of using monolithic or microservice-based systems in software development.

The ability to identify cancer at an early stage is critical to increase the likelihood of effective treatment or stopping the progression of the disease in the body. Lung cancer is one of the most common deadly diseases and quickly kills the patient. The number of deaths caused by lung cancer surpasses those of colon, rectal, breast, and prostate cancers combined. Unfortunately, only two percent of patients with advanced lung cancer survive for five years or more. However, the survival rates are better, with 49 % of the patients surviving for five years or more, if the disease is detected early. On the other hand, in this modern era, machine learning has become one of the most reliable tools in the world for healthcare, as machine learning can learn from the data obtained and process the data that will later be used to help complete certain tasks. Therefore, in this research, machine learning or especially classification algorithms such as K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and XGBoost are used to identify three main symptoms that serve as markers for early detection of lung cancer. Determining the three main symptoms is done by combining the results of the feature importance score on each model using the rank-averaging method. The result is an average ranking of each feature based on its combined importance with an accuracy of 93.5 %.

Nowadays, technology is getting more sophisticated. It can be seen with the emergence of Cloud Computing. One application of Cloud Computing is Cloud databases. In a cloud environment, there will be privacy and security issues. From the literature results, data leaks and attacks from outsiders are still found when using cloud databases. Cloud service providers already have the technology to maintain data privacy and security. Three procedures can be carried out to maintain data privacy and security: encryption, access control, and third-party audits. Data privacy and security will be maintained with cloud service providers and procedures technology.

Digital tourism village potentially accelerates rural development hence improving a country's economy. The Indonesian government has developed hundreds of tourism villages in recent years but has yet to popularize the development of digital villages. Technology design and development are pivotal factors in tourism villages' digitalization. Therefore, the development digital tourism village must consider village readiness by measuring technology adoption readiness or technology acceptance of the corresponding stakeholders. This paper presents the technology acceptance analysis in the context of a digital tourism village. We use a quantitative analysis approach using the TAM-UTAUT model with data collected from a questionnaire of 101 villagers (n=101) in Pasanggrahan Village, West Java, Indonesia. This research uses machine learning with clustering procedures to analyze the level of technology adoption readiness by implementing K-means Clustering algorithm. In addition, to observe the significance of each influencing factor to the technology adoption readiness level, feature importance analysis approach using Extra tree classifier algorithm is employed. The research finds that attitude toward use, perceived ease of use, and facilitating condition-have a considerable impact on the degree of readiness for technology adoption. On the other hand, the perceived utility and social impact are found to have minimal bearing on the preparedness level for technology adoption. Perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions are the most important factors to afford the acceleration of technology adoption readiness. The research contributes to the development of a digital tourism village and the analysis of technology adoption readiness using machine learning.

Smart villages that utilize digital technology are a solution to assist rural community services in meeting their needs, especially for developing countries. However, financial problems, namely the high cost of infrastructure, the size of the informal economy and governance are challenges in limiting the government’s aspirations regarding the smart village concept. The presentation of this article examines the state of smart village development in developing countries, which includes conceptual understanding, motivations, drivers and barriers to smart villages. The purpose of this study is to find answers to research questions by reviewing several selected study articles. The method used was to search for selected studies and there were 60 selected studies identified from a search of five literature databases which initially contained 3394 articles. The results of the data were analyzed using synthetic analysis and thematic analysis. The results of this study found data related to Concept, Technology, Barriers To Smart Village which came from several articles by answering questions from the research, namely RQ1: How many articles from the 10 most populous countries discussed Smart Village, RQ2: What are the basic dimensions of Smart Village, RQ3: What new technologies are discussed in Smart Village digitization, RQ4: What are the Challenges in Smart Village. The results of this SLR can also later be used as a reference for further researchers to find out the background of research related to smart villages. In the digital era, digital talent development has become increasingly vital for organizations and economies to thrive. While much focus has been placed on technical skills, this report emphasizes the often-overlooked role of soft skills in developing digital talent. Through an extensive literature review and data analysis, the study identifies that soft skills are crucial in enhancing digital talent performance. This research explores the factors that influence Digital Talent Performance in Indonesia, specifically comparing the performance levels of male and female digital talents. Data were collected from college students in the Jabodetabek area (cities surrounding Jakarta, Indonesia) using a purposive sampling method, with an online questionnaire distributed to 378 respondents. The study utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the collected data using SmartPLS 4.1. software. Key variables examined include Communication Skills, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence, Academic Achievement, Problem-Solving, Digital Readiness, Digital Skills, Digital Technology, and Digital Talent Performance. Out of the nine hypotheses tested, one was not statistically significant. The results suggest that a combination of both technical and soft skills significantly affects digital talent performance, with important gender-based differences in performance levels emerging from the analysis. This research contributes to understanding Indonesia's complex dynamics of digital talent development.
