Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is useful for converting speech into text. ASR is needed to display automatic subtitles on movies or when conducting video conferencing. The use of deep learning in ASR applications is currently still dominated by Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Several previous studies used the Transformer deep learning model in building the ASR model. The accuracy results obtained are better than the LSTM or RNN models. However, ASR research using the Transformer model is still very limited. This paper will discuss the use of the Transformer model for ASR in Indonesian. The dataset used is the Indonesian language private speech dataset. The experimental results show that the Word Error Rate (WER) and Character Error Rate (CER) produced by the proposed model using the Indonesian language primary dataset are almost the same as using the English language public dataset where the resulting WER and CER are 27.34 and 7.96 for Indonesian and 25.28 and 6.02 for English. © 2023 IEEE.

In this digitalization era, insurance companies have to face many new challenges, namely a very competitive market that has resulted in decreased margins and revenues and increased expectations from customers for insurance company services. Insurance companies are required to be fast-paced in providing accurate services and pricing. In addition, insurance companies must carry out marketing strategies that make customers feel valued so that strong engagement will arise. The focus of this research is on the field of marine cargo insurance, which is an insurance product that guarantees the loss of transportation of goods by sea. The purpose of this research is to analyze the underwriting and marketing processes in marine cargo business loss insurance and identify insurance models that can be smart and comprehensive solutions. The research method is to conduct a literature review to obtain previous problems and solutions related to this research topic. Then the researchers conducted observations and interviews with experts at an international insurance company in Jakarta. From this method, the main problems in this research are the underwriting process, product information services, and system recommendations that are less effective and efficient. This study proposes a smart insurance model concept by combining technological features, namely expert systems, chatbot, and recommend systems. It is hoped that this research will contribute to increasing underwriting and marketing productivity, as well as customer satisfaction in getting fast and appropriate product services. © 2021 IEEE.

Automation testing is essential to carry out functional testing quickly and precisely. Software testing is beneficial for testers doing many testing processes according to the existing scenarios. So, there is an urgency to explore a more advanced solution to replace the traditional approach. Silk Test Workbench is a tool for automation testing that can accelerate the functional testing of complex applications. For this research, we proposed automation testing on website applications with various testing scenarios that have been made. The visual test recording method is used for automation testing with Silk Test Workbench. Silk Test Workbench can speed up testing time, make a good test asset testing scenario, make it easier for users to do testing, and speed up the process to get the result in the form of a screen capture of the testing process. A comparison of testing time has been performed. The automatic testing time with the scenarios is 2 hours 46 minutes. The automatic testing time will be 2 hours 36 minutes using the all-in-one scenario. This study also used questionnaires from colleagues in the Quality Assurance field to get maximum User Acceptance Test results. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Membership function (MF) in process of fuzzy logic is very meaningful. It depicts the core of model. It can be adopted from the expert judgment and also coming from the configuration of data behavior. The study is an experimental research by analyzing time-series data behavior in developing the MF by using the programming language Python. The MF academically produced called as floating MF (FMF). Such a FMF operated to realize the fuzzy logic conception in an evaluation model. The constructed model is a model in simply measuring the student's performance. By using the ten series-data of student's grade point average (GPA) and absence per annual (APS) values, the model can simulate the moving students' performance per semester. When compared to the conventional FL based model, the proposed model has a similarity average 85%. © 2022 IEEE.

An integrated approach is necessary for implementing a model that involves multiple actors. One effective way to achieve this is through a service-oriented approach. The objective of the study was to develop a service-oriented fuzzy model, which combines the functional-structural plant modelling (FSPM) method for the plant computational model (PCM) and the fuzzy logic method for both PCM and the decision support model (DSM). This combined method aims to model the plant behaviour morphologically and propose investment decisions in agriculture, specifically for the hydroponic cultivation of Bok Choy, a green-leaf vegetable. The accuracy of the interconnected model application based on the service concept, known as the service-oriented fuzzy smart model (SOFSM), reached 94.33%. © 2023 IEEE.

Since cloud computing becoming the trend, the way servers being implemented slowly moves to the cloud. Companies did not need to buy a physical server machine to deploy an app. Having a private server on cloud infrastructure indeed already reduce some cost for on-premise server maintenance. However, there is still a cost for usage when the server is inactive or having low to no traffic at all. Serverless deployment offer function as a service where application is deployed as a function and cost is billed per function call. This paper proposed a solution where there are two deployment that works in turn between infrastructure as a service and function as a service deployment. This dual deployment offered the system to use the virtual private server or deployed instance on active hours, and switch to serverless functions on inactive hours. Switching to serverless on low traffic hours will cut the usage and cost of the microservice app by the least 25%, while having performance slightly comparable to microservice app deployed to instances. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. a furniture rental service multinational company has a mobile application that is used by the salesperson to make sales transactions. Currently the mobile application gets data from the ERP system by importing and exporting it so that the data used is not real-time. To support the creation of real-time data communication between ERP systems and mobile applications, a replacement method for the export and import process is needed. Therefore, this study makes several web services that can be used to replace the export and import processes through the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with mobile applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Web services are made using RESTful and have passed several stages of testing using the QOS standard. Based on the results of testing using Jmeter with a simulation of 20 users obtained latency on the web service is 3 seconds and 4 seconds load time with an average data size of 2599 bytes so it can be concluded that this quality is quite good in terms of performance and accessibility. Test results using vooky show no bugs, but there are still shortcomings in security, which are caused by the lack of security in the header. With the results of these tests, the webservice can be used to replace the export and import process that have been used by the salesperson, so the data communication between ERP and mobile applications becomes real-time. © 2019 IEEE.

Social media is an online media that functions as a platform for users to participate, share, create, and exchange information through various forums and social networks. The rapid increase in social media activity causes an increase in the number of comments on social media. This is prone to triggering debate due to the easy formation of open discussions between social media users. However, the debate often triggers the emergence of negative things, causing great fights on social media. Social media users often use comments containing toxic words to argue and corner a party or group. This study conducted an experiment to detect comments containing toxic sentences on social media in Indonesia using a Pre-Trained Model that was trained for Indonesian. This study performed a multilabel classification and evaluated the classification results generated by the Multilingual BERT (MBERT), IndoBERT, and Indo Roberta Small models. The optimal result of this study is to use the IndoBERT model with an F1 Score of 0.8897. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Neural style transfer is a technique to transfer a style of an artistic image to another photorealistic image. The early development of this technique is exploiting the intermediate output of a deep learning model and utilizing it to optimize a targeted image. However, this technique needs some time to finish the process. An approach called knowledge distillation is widely used to optimize deep learning models so the speed of the model can be increased. Commonly, this technique is applied in a supervised task by providing a soft label as a target label for the student model. In this paper, a method is proposed to enable knowledge distillation happened in style transfer tasks. It is found this method is effective enough to make the style transfer process faster and give good results. In this paper also some discussion has been elaborated regarding the condition that is adequate to produce a good student model for style transfer tasks using knowledge distillation. © 2022 IEEE.

Autonomous car research is currently developing rapidly to find optimal and accurate steering angle and speed control. Various sensors such as cameras, LIDAR, and RADAR are used to recognize the surrounding environment to determine the correct steering angle prediction in avoiding obstacles. In addition to being expensive, LIDAR and RADAR have several drawbacks such as the level of accuracy that depends on the weather and the ability to detect adjacent objects. This paper will propose the prediction of steering angle and speed control in autonomous cars based on the detection of street view objects such as cars in front, traffic signs, pedestrians, and lane lines. The process of object detection and prediction of steering angle, as well as prediction of speed control using a convolutional neural network (CNN) through video captured using a single camera. In this method, other sensors such as LIDAR and RADAR are no longer needed so that the costs required are lower and the weaknesses found in LIDAR and RADAR can be eliminated. The results obtained are very good with 92% accuracy for steering angle prediction and 85% for speed control prediction. The autonomous car can run well in the simulator environment through the video taken on the real road. © 2021 IEEE.
