The results of observations showed that the book about Tais produced by Secretariat de Estado da Arte e Cultura (SEAC) has not been able to meet the needs of users because the information is less interesting and interactive. This paper's aim is to introduce the more interesting and interactive way to introduce Tais. Utilization of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in an application built with the Unity3D program is done to provide different way in presenting interesting and interactive information to its users. Based on the results in this paper, the developed application can handle the presentation in more interesting and interactive way. The ideal distance in the tracking process for target objects with size 7 x 6 cm is ranged from 6 cm to 30 cm, with the image ratio that can be detected at the farthest distance is 4% of the camera image. For the detection angle, the target object can be detected properly from approximately ±640. From the data acquired, it can be said that AR can be used to introduce Tais in more interesting and interactive way. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

This paper presents a systematic literature review of agile software development at decision making method for requirement engineering. Presently, agile software development method is operated to cope with requirements that changes dynamically. This study seeks to find out and discuss what types of method that have been exploited for decision making on managing feasible requirements and challenges of decision making in agile software development. Papers reviewed in this study are published from 2017 to present. Resulting 8 papers that have been identified of presenting decision making methods. Using these papers, 11 methods and 7 challenges of decision making identified. This study contributes a review of requirement management and engineering by providing decision making methods on agile software development and the challenges of decision making for requirement engineering.

This study defines the problem of how understanding health protocols during a pandemic is correctly conveyed according to age levels. This problem for the Government to implement gamification by modifying game media through snake and ladder game that can socialize health protocols for pre-school. Measuring the acceptance of a snake and ladder game media can be considered as a learning medium from the Government which will refer to four components (game content, ease of play, appearance, and active player involvement). The purpose of this study was to modify online-based games as a learning media and to measure children's active interaction with parents in practicing health protocols during game play. This study will use a quantitative approach with data techniques through playing together experiments and filling in online research questionnaires from 115 samples as participants (7 Kindergartens). The results show that the snake and ladder digital game can have a significant effect on changes behavior in implementing health protocols. This research can provide a contribution that can be used as a reference for the Government to design a strategy for socialization through gamification.

Evaluation Model for the Implementation of Information Technology Service Management using Fuzzy ITIL

Information technology (IT) service management is an essential part for development of a company’s IT. This case study discusses how to convalesce IT services using the information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) framework and measure service level management (SLM) using Fuzzy ITIL (FITIL) approach. This paper aims to obtain an appropriate model for the measurement of IT service management by using fuzzy approach. Besides that, this paper aims to be able to provide an improving recommendations and IT governance based on current value (as is) and expected value (to be). The research method functioned is by measuring maturity level using best practice of ITIL v3 to condition before and after of improving process based on a questionnaire that has been performed. After obtaining the value of the maturity level for each cycle within ITIL, then the value will be created as an input for FITIL. The manufacture of FITIL is done in 4 stages, namely fuzzification, knowledge base, inference, and defuzzification. The results of the conditions before and after of the improving process have been successful in increasing the level of maturity in each ITIL cycle. The case study indicates an improvement in the increased level of maturity in SLM with FITIL approach.

Early Detection of Diabetes Mellitus using Feature Selection and Fuzzy Support Vector Machine

The number of patients that were infected by Diabetes Mellitus (DM) has reached 415 million patients in 2015 and by 2040 this number is expected to increase to approximately 642 million patients. Large amount of medical data of DM patients is available and it provides significant advantage for researchers to fight against DM. The main objective of this research is to leverage F-Score Feature Selection and Fuzzy Support Vector Machine in classifying and detecting DM. Feature selection is used to identify the valuable features in dataset. SVM is then used to train the dataset to generate the fuzzy rules and Fuzzy inference process is finally used to classify the output. The aforementioned methodology is applied to the Pima Indian Diabetes (PID) dataset. The results show a promising accuracy of 89.02% in predicting patients with DM. Additionally, the approach taken provides an optimized count of Fuzzy rules while still maintaining sufficient accuracy.

Having good sleep is important to maintain physical and mental health. However, many young adults suffer poor sleep due to work or academic demands. Even more, sleep is associated with stress which is many young adults experienced it. To solve this problem, many epidemiologic studies suggest that exercise may improve sleep quality. On the other hand, several studies show that daily activity has no association with sleep quality. In this study, we tried to find more evidence of whether the daily activity has an association with sleep quality or not. We used a commercially available wearable device to capture the subject's heart rate, step count and deep sleep duration for 7 months. Then we used linear regression, XGBoost, and Long Short-Term Memory to find an association between these variables. The results show that there was no association between these variables.

Personnel and education data very important for organizations, including the military. All data related to military personnel will give effect positions and careers in the military field. The integration of personnel and education data can assist in processing and decision making. An analysis is needed so that the developed system can be useful for the long term. Analysis with IT balanced scorecard and COBIT ® 2019, will be able to help and fill the gaps in the existing system based on the objectives of the military organization itself. It is shown that the domains BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change) and DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents) are still not being implemented well. The system developed will have the features and capabilities to support the organization in achieving its goals, including in the field of staffing and education. Besides, it provides convenience in making decisions in terms of positions related to personnel careers.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

A Review of Recent Advancements in Appearance-based Object Recognition

Appearance-based object recognition can be used in various applications such as human-computer interface and information retrieval. Therefore, many researchers compete with others to present their best in object recognition. Since object recognition has been studied for a long time and encompassed diverse approaches, therefore a review of the latest works is needed. This paper aims to deliver the trends in object recognition researches focusing on instance recognition and foreground detection such as salient object detection and object detection as supporting methods. Covering 34 publications, we survey the approaches, methods, datasets, performance measure, and experimental results. We also present research challenges in object recognition which can be used as suggestions for future works. We hope that our work can provide an overview of the current trends for object recognition and foreground detection methods.

Indonesia is prone to natural disasters such as an earthquake. Many people are clueless regarding what to do when an earthquake occurs. An earthquake has caused a more devastating outcome due to it being able to lead to other hazards. The idea of developing a mobile application surfaced by reading and receiving inspiration from the previous research. Previous research has been implementing different kinds of ways to alert people regarding the upcoming earthquake. The development of a mobile application to provide a platform that will assist people with information on what to do in times of before, during, and after the earthquake. Therefore, people will have a source that they can turn to when seeking information about the steps to be done when an earthquake occurs. Besides, providing information apropos to earthquakes, the mobile application will send further alerts to the people that are in that specific area. Moreover, people will be able to be aware of the particular areas that they are in. The alerts sent will give information to the people so that they could evacuate to safety as soon as possible before the upcoming earthquake occurs. © 2019 IEEE.
