This study investigates emotion detection on tweets written in the Indonesian language, using the IndoBERT model that has been trained for 50 epochs. The examination conducted in this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the performance dynamics shown by the model. The assessment results provide an accuracy score of 0.74, indicating the model's proficiency in identifying sentiments within the collection of tweets. By using assessment criteria such as accuracy, recall, and the F1-score, the model's comprehensive analytical ability is validated, emphasizing its effectiveness in deciphering various emotional circumstances. The accuracy, recall, and F1-score of the model, with average values of 0.79, 0.78, and 0.78 respectively, combined demonstrate its resilience in accurately capturing subtle emotional subtleties. This study enhances our comprehension of language model applications in the field of emotional intelligence by exploring the complexities of sentiment analysis. It emphasizes the practical value of these applications in real-world scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is useful for converting speech into text. ASR is needed to display automatic subtitles on movies or when conducting video conferencing. The use of deep learning in ASR applications is currently still dominated by Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Several previous studies used the Transformer deep learning model in building the ASR model. The accuracy results obtained are better than the LSTM or RNN models. However, ASR research using the Transformer model is still very limited. This paper will discuss the use of the Transformer model for ASR in Indonesian. The dataset used is the Indonesian language private speech dataset. The experimental results show that the Word Error Rate (WER) and Character Error Rate (CER) produced by the proposed model using the Indonesian language primary dataset are almost the same as using the English language public dataset where the resulting WER and CER are 27.34 and 7.96 for Indonesian and 25.28 and 6.02 for English. © 2023 IEEE.

In the past ten years, there has been a proliferation of unstructured textual data from a variety of fields, allowing for the analysis of the sentiment polarity of the text authors in each of those datasets. To analyze sentiment polarity from unstructured data, machine learning tasks such as aspect-based sentiment analysis are used. The public dataset of restaurant patron feedback was used as the input for this study's empirical results of aspect-based sentiment analysis utilizing the Aspect Embedding Long Short-Term Memory model. The primary experiment's results show that the aspect embedding long short-term memory model can predict aspect sentiment polarization from customer feedback to restaurant service and aspect text representation (aspect text embedding) as input with excellent performance. For example, the Aspect Embedding Long Short-term Memory model, which uses ReLU as its activation function in the Dense layer tends to achieve higher performance (0.97 average accuracies) than the same model equipped with Sigmoid, and Tanh functions which achieve 0.954 and 0.956 average training accuracy respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Automation testing is essential to carry out functional testing quickly and precisely. Software testing is beneficial for testers doing many testing processes according to the existing scenarios. So, there is an urgency to explore a more advanced solution to replace the traditional approach. Silk Test Workbench is a tool for automation testing that can accelerate the functional testing of complex applications. For this research, we proposed automation testing on website applications with various testing scenarios that have been made. The visual test recording method is used for automation testing with Silk Test Workbench. Silk Test Workbench can speed up testing time, make a good test asset testing scenario, make it easier for users to do testing, and speed up the process to get the result in the form of a screen capture of the testing process. A comparison of testing time has been performed. The automatic testing time with the scenarios is 2 hours 46 minutes. The automatic testing time will be 2 hours 36 minutes using the all-in-one scenario. This study also used questionnaires from colleagues in the Quality Assurance field to get maximum User Acceptance Test results. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Membership function (MF) in process of fuzzy logic is very meaningful. It depicts the core of model. It can be adopted from the expert judgment and also coming from the configuration of data behavior. The study is an experimental research by analyzing time-series data behavior in developing the MF by using the programming language Python. The MF academically produced called as floating MF (FMF). Such a FMF operated to realize the fuzzy logic conception in an evaluation model. The constructed model is a model in simply measuring the student's performance. By using the ten series-data of student's grade point average (GPA) and absence per annual (APS) values, the model can simulate the moving students' performance per semester. When compared to the conventional FL based model, the proposed model has a similarity average 85%. © 2022 IEEE.

Since cloud computing becoming the trend, the way servers being implemented slowly moves to the cloud. Companies did not need to buy a physical server machine to deploy an app. Having a private server on cloud infrastructure indeed already reduce some cost for on-premise server maintenance. However, there is still a cost for usage when the server is inactive or having low to no traffic at all. Serverless deployment offer function as a service where application is deployed as a function and cost is billed per function call. This paper proposed a solution where there are two deployment that works in turn between infrastructure as a service and function as a service deployment. This dual deployment offered the system to use the virtual private server or deployed instance on active hours, and switch to serverless functions on inactive hours. Switching to serverless on low traffic hours will cut the usage and cost of the microservice app by the least 25%, while having performance slightly comparable to microservice app deployed to instances. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. An integrated approach is necessary for implementing a model that involves multiple actors. One effective way to achieve this is through a service-oriented approach. The objective of the study was to develop a service-oriented fuzzy model, which combines the functional-structural plant modelling (FSPM) method for the plant computational model (PCM) and the fuzzy logic method for both PCM and the decision support model (DSM). This combined method aims to model the plant behaviour morphologically and propose investment decisions in agriculture, specifically for the hydroponic cultivation of Bok Choy, a green-leaf vegetable. The accuracy of the interconnected model application based on the service concept, known as the service-oriented fuzzy smart model (SOFSM), reached 94.33%. © 2023 IEEE.

a furniture rental service multinational company has a mobile application that is used by the salesperson to make sales transactions. Currently the mobile application gets data from the ERP system by importing and exporting it so that the data used is not real-time. To support the creation of real-time data communication between ERP systems and mobile applications, a replacement method for the export and import process is needed. Therefore, this study makes several web services that can be used to replace the export and import processes through the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with mobile applications using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Web services are made using RESTful and have passed several stages of testing using the QOS standard. Based on the results of testing using Jmeter with a simulation of 20 users obtained latency on the web service is 3 seconds and 4 seconds load time with an average data size of 2599 bytes so it can be concluded that this quality is quite good in terms of performance and accessibility. Test results using vooky show no bugs, but there are still shortcomings in security, which are caused by the lack of security in the header. With the results of these tests, the webservice can be used to replace the export and import process that have been used by the salesperson, so the data communication between ERP and mobile applications becomes real-time. © 2019 IEEE.

Social media is an online media that functions as a platform for users to participate, share, create, and exchange information through various forums and social networks. The rapid increase in social media activity causes an increase in the number of comments on social media. This is prone to triggering debate due to the easy formation of open discussions between social media users. However, the debate often triggers the emergence of negative things, causing great fights on social media. Social media users often use comments containing toxic words to argue and corner a party or group. This study conducted an experiment to detect comments containing toxic sentences on social media in Indonesia using a Pre-Trained Model that was trained for Indonesian. This study performed a multilabel classification and evaluated the classification results generated by the Multilingual BERT (MBERT), IndoBERT, and Indo Roberta Small models. The optimal result of this study is to use the IndoBERT model with an F1 Score of 0.8897. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Humans are basically curious creatures. We always look for all the latest information through books or news. News usually contains tags or categories to make it easier to find similar news. It can be done manually by a human or with a machine to make it easier. Data mining techniques such as clustering and classification can be used to help the categorization process. Clustering is a technique that can be used to grouped news based on their similarity. There is some algorithm that can be used to clustering data. One of them is Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). ACO is a metaheuristic algorithm that mimics how ants bring food to the colony. ACO also can be used to solve the clustering problem. In this paper, we will use the ACO version for clustering to cluster news and find the performance of the said method.
