With the large amount of information available on the internet, recommendation tasks have grown to be more crucial than ever. Businesses that store digital media on the internet such as video streaming and music streaming platforms, benefit a lot from recommendation systems. A simple yet powerful recommendation system that can give better recommendation performance is always being sought after. Light Graph Convolution Network (LightGCN) is a simplified version of Graph Convolution Network (GCN) for collaborative filtering in recommendation systems. LightGCN architecture includes only the most essential part of GCN for collaborative filtering that is the neighborhood aggregation, it removes the feature transformation and nonlinear activation because both of them contribute little to no effect to the recommendations. The focus of this research is to optimize LightGCN by tuning the hyperparameters using exhaustive search (grid search). The optimized LightGCN model is able to out-perform LightGCN by more than 140% in music recommendation © 2022 IEEE.

On time service delivery is one of the ultimate goal of IT services company. The aim of this study is developing data warehouse to help company keeping up the delivery service time is always on target. This study starts with identifying the problem, data collection, literature study, then develop the data warehouse, making analysis with OLAP, build report and dashboard as needed, and at last evaluation of data warehouse already developed. Extract Transform Load process (ETL) transferred data from operational database to data warehouse. OLAP analysis features in data warehouse can help company to analyse information from multidimensional data;report and dashboard build from information in the data warehouse can help sales team to know what best strategy and making decision. As the result, data warehouse that has been built can help sales team deliver the services on time to their customers. © 2018 IEEE.

The need to run various media through one infrastructure is the primary reason of the emergence of converged network. The reason is because company wants to reduce investment and maintenance cost by investing on single integrated network rather than traditional separated telecommunication, broadcasting and internet network. In this research, we use top down network design approach to create converged network design that tailored to fulfill the requirement from business and technical aspects. It is started by analyzing design requirement, perform logical and physical design, and perform design testing. Both data and voice traffic should be working well in converged network. In order to optimize the network design, the quality of service (QoS) will be considered. It will be used to accomodate various kind of traffic in this network. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed network design can satisfy required QoS of converged service network. The proposed network design also performs better availability compared to the existing network design. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Containerization has become a popular approach in application development in applications development and deployment, many benefits we can get such as improved scalability, portability, and resource efficiency. Container-based applications, utilizing technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, have transformed the packaging, deployment, and management of software from the desktop environment to the cloud platform. In this context, software metrics approach plays a good role in evaluating the characteristics and performance of container-based applications, ensuring that developers and operators are on the same page. This article explores the importance of software metrics in optimizing the software lifecycle of container-based applications, addressing the unique challenges they present, and highlighting the potential benefits of leveraging metrics to improve performance and efficiency. Our finding Performance Metrics and Availability Metrics is the most metrics that the most measure by applications owner, relevant studies and industry practices, this study aims to provide insights and recommendations to effectively measure and optimize region-based software systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Most organizations today are beginning to shift from manual document management into a document management system (DMS), which is more reliable and efficient. Many benefits can be gained from the use of DMS such as document management become better and more efficient. However, DMS will not improve the performance of document management if it is not used appropriately. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the acceptance of the use of DMS. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) used in this study to determine the acceptance of DMS usage. Samples were taken from 50 employees who have access to the DMS. Data samples are analyzed with Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that acceptance of DMS depends on perceived ease of use that influence usefulness of DMS and led to the acceptance of DMS. © 2018 IEEE.

It is necessary to study technical factors such as bait used, oceanographic conditions of fishing areas and skipjack tuna trade patterns (Katsuwonus pelamis) as well as other factors in Sulawesi Fisheries. Supporting data to study these technical factors need to be obtained so that it can be improved throughout the year as a skipjack fishing standard with weights taken by the skipjack weights. Therefore, drones and underwater drones with cameras with high-resolution video and images to be fed and processed by computer vision. These drones are operated via Huhate ships which are then used to test efficient technical factors as expected, can be used in determining the size, shape, and colour as well as the analysis of skipjack fish that are in the Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs or Rumpon) in order to manage the management of fisheries managed in Indonesia. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Electrical energy is one of the most important human needs. Almost all human work requires electrical energy. Lack of electricity may hinder human activities. Therefore, it is important to maintain the availability of the electrical energy. This paper explores a way to reduce waste of electricity use through the implementation of the Internet of things (IoT). We introduce an IoT system that expands the function of the internet that allows us to control household appliances properly and efficiently, enabling us to monitor the cost of usage every month. The proposed system is implemented at the Campus Academy computer Management and Informatics (AMKI) Ketapang to control and monitor lights in the computer Laboratory and Terrace Campus. This system utilizes Raspberry Pi 3, LDR sensors, Relays, and software like PHP and Raspbian Linux. The evaluation results have shown that the proposed IoT system has reduced the monthly cost of electricity. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Employee mobility is an important issue for companies that have a goal to become global company. The company often asks the employees to do some assignments outside the office area, either inside or outside of their home country. A portable virtual private network (VPN) is a device that enables the employees to perform remote access connection to internal computer resources via internet. Therefore, the employee can still work on their assignments in company server while doing business travelling. In this paper, the secure and low power portable VPN prototype is being proposed. The prototype of the VPN portable gateway device is built using OpenVPN-R core applications that are modified from OpenVPN version 2.3.10 with OpenSSL version 1.0.2h. It is implemented into a single board computer (SBC) Raspberry Pi 3 Model B +. The modification performed in this system is the inclusion of Rabbit stream cipher algorithm to OpenSSL as one of the alternative options of TLS ciphersuites on OpenVPN. The prototype portable VPN gateway device generated from this research has Rabbit ciphersuites, platform independent, and has additional features inbuilt firewall. The simulation results show that the proposed prototype can perform secure data transfer. On the other hand the proposed Rabbit stream cipher algorithm shows better performance than other algorithm in terms of data transfer rate, CPU utilization, and memory usage which leads to smaller power consumption. © 2018 The Authors. Education is always the most important part of our lives. To make education make a significant impact on today's learners, teaching and learning must evolve to match with today's learner's profile. Any education including vocational education has an important role in economic development and one of the ways to maximize the contribution of vocational educations is strengthening the link and match with the world of work [1]. As the technology also keeps evolving and it is getting more and more advanced, one technology that has significant traction lately is the mixed reality system and is often used for education purposes. Most big ICT companies like Microsoft, and HTC are racing to develop mixed reality systems to help the teaching and learning process to be more effective and efficient. Where everything is cloud-based, having a cloud-based mixed reality system is just makes sense but will have a great challenge and considered as a big ICT project. One of the ways to make the ICT project successful is to make a blueprint before it is started. The objective of this paper is how to develop an ICT Blueprint for implementing a cloud-based mixed reality system for machinery vocational schools to make the project have a higher success rate. © 2022 IEEE.

Digital forensic tool is a software used by digital evidence investigators to extract data and information from a digital evidence. The integrity of the digital evidence must be maintained through the chain of custody in order to be admissible in court. Most digital extraction tool use either MD5 (Message Digest) or SHA (Secured Hash Algorithm) hashing to check the integrity of digital evidence. The hashing algorithm has been found to have a weakness known as collision in which two different messages have the same hashing values. Although the probability of producing such weakness is very small, this collision can be used to deny the usage of the evidence in court of justice. After the first collision has been found, many cryptanalysts have tried to explore various methods to detect the collisions with shorter and efficient time. This paper is to review the existing methods in digital forensic tools that have been used to create a collision attacks in digital evidence.
