Foreign Exchange market is the world's largest daily currency turnover. Two of the popular currencies Euro and Pound sterling traded against the US Dollar. Since the Russia and Ukraine war started in February 2022, their exchange rates decrease to the lowest rate ever. Even though the general trend is bearish, several daily candles increase for some days making challenges for forex analysts. To solve this problem, classification is applied. The data is labeled downward and upward. By utilizing Linear Kernel and Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel-based Support Vector Machines (SVM), the candle direction can be classified and optimized by tuning the Hyperparameters. The accuracy of candle direction classifications are highly improved. After tuning, in general, classification using Linear Models can outperform RBF Models. The best accuracy found on the Pound sterling against US Dollar by using the Linear model is 98.11% and the accuracy becomes 100% on data testing at a ratio of 70:30. Whilst for the Euro against the US Dollar, the best accuracy found the same for both Linear and RBF models on a ratio of 80:20 at 97.53%. However, on data testing, it decreases to 94.51% for Linear Model and 93.41% using RBF Model. The implication of this study is SVM can successfully classify candle direction on pairs in the Forex Market that are affected by a big event that comes for such a long period as long as the hyperparameter is tuned.

Society 5.0 focuses on human productivity in the midst of advanced technological services. While the concept has human trust at its core, technology development is now leading to zero-trust architecture. In this scientometrics review, 107 selected papers were analyzed to obtain the nature of the Zero-knowledge Proof (ZKP) theory and its advanced applications to favor digital privacy in greater society. With the common literature review strategy, it was found that the most citations in this field appeared in 2018, with IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier as the top three publishers. By affiliations, China and United States are both leading countries where the researcher comes from. And as the positive trend emerged, the ZKP mechanism will keep being leveraged as one of the cryptographic toolsets in the cloud services, Internet of Things (IoT), smart contracts, healthcare, electronic systems, and many other industrial needs. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Hutajulu is a village of 450 households with a minigrid supplied solely by a 45kW geothermal system. The problems that happened is the very low performance of the grid interactions between energy use and grid operating practices when the areas are in the dry season. We also found that the weak. We use the approached with the Design Research that will adopt for modelling approached of the experiment on the Grid performance. The experiment results are shown that to reduce the consumption of the firewood for eight households, we adopt four types of electric cookstove that use the geothermal. We also investigate the interaction between the electric cookstove and the power system. We also found that The effects of the power system and the electric stoves on the cooking preferences is also revealed. © 2020 IEEE.

The development of the increasingly advanced business world will certainly always be related to technological developments, especially in the current 4.0 era. In Indonesia, there are various types of companies such as services, manufacturing, food, and others. The development of the company will cause more and more complex transactions. It is very unlikely that the company has to record all forms of operations with a manual system, especially for large companies with so much data that they need a system to help process data quickly so that all transactions can be processed into reliable information. complete and accurate so that the company's goals can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of accurate accounting software for recording sales reports in one of the companies that engaged in food & beverage, namely Bliss Kitchen. The research that the writer did used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study finds that Accurate software that applied in Bliss kitchen is effective. Evidence shows the results of the questionnaire from Bliss Kitchen employees is positive about Accurate. © 2021 ACM.

Nowadays, every company knows that when making a decision that has a potential in affecting their assets, an accurately processed report is necessary in order to support the reasoning behind their decision. Generating a report for stakeholders quickly and accurately is highly required in assisting them making a data-driven decision. By developing a data warehouse, it is possible for a company to do a data-driven decision making to appeal to their customer segments. This paper proposes a data warehouse model design to analyse the sales data contained in the database. The method that was implemented for this particular data warehouse development is the nine-step methodology designed by Kimball. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a type of diabetes mellitus that attacks the retina of the eye. DR will cause patients to experience blindness slowly. Generally, DR can be detected by using a special instrument called an ophthalmoscope to view the inside of the eyeball. However, in conditions where there is a very small difference between the normal image and the DR image, computer-based assistance is needed for maximizing image reading value. In this research, a method of image quality improvement will be carried out which will then be integrated with a classification algorithm based on deep learning. The results of image improvement using Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) shows that the average accuracy of the method on several models is very competitive, 91% for the VGG16 model, 95% for InceptionV3, and 97% for EfficientNet compared to the results original image which only has an accuracy of 87% for VGG16 model, 90% for InceptionV3 model, and 95% for EfficientNet. However, in ResNet34 better accuracy is obtained in the original image with an accuracy of 95% while in the CLAHE image the accuracy value is only 84%. The results of this comprehensive evaluation and recommendation of famous backbone networks can be useful in the computer-Aided diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. Enhancing Branch Office Network Availability Using Cloud EoIP Gateway

Since internet service is mostly available in many countries, tunneling solution over an internet link often used in the company for network communication between its multi-regional branches. The current state of the art solution consisting of an EoIP tunnel combined with IPsec installed on the Head Quarter of the company. Researchers see this solution as prone to total network disruption when the HQ loses its internet service. With the rising trend of cloud computing development, researchers then propose a multi-region network infrastructure design consist of MikroTik devices and Cloud platforms using EoIP IPsec protocol. Cloud platform used as an EoIP IPsec gateway due to its high availability. From the implementation and testing, the EoIP Cloud gateway proved to have high network availability. Branch network communication proved to be running well with no impact on the HQ loss of internet services. IPsec also proved to be secure enough to secure user data transmitted over the internet. From the QoS findings, there is a 24ms drop in delay performance and 0,66 ms drop in jitter performance. The EoIP IPsec on cloud platform also proved to have a 0,97% improvement in throughput performance and has a 0% packet loss rate.

As one of the largest exporters in the world, cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) production in Indonesia provides an important contribution to the plantation sector that can, directly and indirectly, attribute to the national economic development. However, recent data shows a decline in cocoa productivity in Indonesia. This is arguably caused by various factors, including poor agricultural management and practices in cocoa plantations, that may lead to lower fertility in the soil and an increased risk of diseases and pests. Potassium deficiency is a major contributing factor to the low soil fertility that affects cocoa yields. Therefore, in this work, we implement an application with an expert system utilizing the forward chaining method to detect potassium deficiency in cocoa plants and then give a fertilization-based recommendation based on the plants' condition. The system employs a set of rules to identify symptoms related to the deficiency on the sample photo of a cocoa leaf according to the channels of red, green, and blue of the image. The sample images of cocoa leaves are submitted to the application with an easy-To-use interface that can show the scanning result and proceed to display the suggested quantity of fertilizers to prevent potassium deficiency. Implementing the system can contribute constructive impacts to improve current practices in the overall cropping system of cocoa plants. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Text classification is a process of locating text documents automatically into categories based on the text content. In-text classification, there is a stage that has an important role in giving the value of importance to each document, that is term weighting. In the researchers’ previous study, a new supervised term weighting (TF-Assoc) was introduced with the concept of association to optimize term weighting distribution in a case of multiclass classification. To improve the performance of text categorization, this paper proposes a term weighting scheme with a modified association concept, that is mTF-IDF-Assoc. The proposed term weighting scheme considered Document Length (DL). DL was used to normalize the term frequency by dividing it by the length of the document's vector and then formulting IDF and Assoc in calculating the weight of each word. The results showed that mTF-IDF-Assoc implemented with SVM classifier and 10-fold cross-validation technique could outperform the TF-IDF, TF-ICF, and TF-Assoc weighting scheme with an average accuracy of 82.322%. © 2021, IAENG International Journal of computer science All Rights Reserved.
