Knowledge Management System (KMS) which includes knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, and the application of that knowledge within the organization to create work effectiveness and efficiency by bringing pre-existing knowledge as a basis for decision-making and work guidelines. PT. XYZ Indonesia is a company engaged in the amino acid industry that has just implemented a Knowledge Management System (KMS) in early 2022. Competition between industries is very common in order to win business competition to get big profits. This success is highly dependent on human resources as businesspeople who run the company's wheels with the knowledge they have. Hiring employees from competitors is one of the fastest ways to get qualified and ready-to-use human resources. With a high employee turnover rate due to the increasing number of first-generation employees in the 1990s retiring, it is very necessary for company knowledge management to avoid loss of company knowledge. It takes knowledge transfer between employees for continuous work processes. The purpose of this study is to find out how business processes can run by implementing a Knowledge Management System (KMS). The results of the knowledge management analysis in the company found that there is a web-based KMS application that functions to maintain and protect data and information so that it is not damaged and lost. The company has implemented explicit knowledge transfer through the add-user database system, employee data input, and employee absence system. In addition, companies still need to improve KM in the form of pages that can add tacit knowledge and display tacit knowledge to accommodate knowledge from employees, so that employee performance can be maximized. Grabb mobile application is a tool that is often used by people to travel. Each will travel then grabb will be ordered and pickup in front of the house and delivered to the destination location according to the address written on the application. Much knowledge can be disseminated through this Grabb application. Among them Grabbb car when going to go using a car, grabbike, service and others. The method in this study uses the adoption of a knowledge management system life cycle (KMSLC). Where the stages used are consists of Analysis of Existing Infrastructure Evaluation, Knowledge Capture, Implement the KM system, Evaluation. The steps taken are system analysis, knowledge mapping in the application, the results of implementation and evaluation using usability with 10 respondents through the adoption of Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI). The results of SUMI's Usability are effectiveness with a value of 90, efficiency 70 and satisfaction 70. By looking at these results, the mobile grabb application is included in the good category because the value of usabililty is above average. A post-publication change was made to this article on 20 Apr 2020 as the previously published article was a duplicate.

He received a bachelor of electrical engineering degree from College of the City of New York in 1960. Mr. Stern joined Dynell Electronics Corporation in 1971 and became part of the Robotic Vision Systems Inc. staff at the time of its spin-off from Dynell. He was program manager of the various three-dimensional sensing and replication systems constructed by Dynell and Robotic Vision Systems. As program manager his responsibilities encompassed technical administrative and operational areas. The first two portrait sculpture studio systems and the first three replication systems built by Robotic Vision Systems Inc. were designed manufactured and operated under his direction. Before joining Dynell Mr. Stern was a senior engineer at Instrument Systems Corporation and chief engineer of the Special Products Division of General Instrument Corporation. Prior to these positions Mr. Stern was chief engineer of Edo Commercial Corporation. At General Instrument and Edo Commercial he was responsible for the design and manufacture of military and commercial avionics equipment. Mr. Stern is presently responsible for directing the systems design and development for all of the company's programs. Robert J. Metzger:is currently engineering group leader at Robotic Vision Systems Inc. He graduated summa cum laude from the Cooper Union in 1972 with a bachelor of electrical engineering degree. Under sponsorship of a National Science Foundation graduate fellowship he graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1974 with the degrees of electrical engineer and master of science (electrical engineering). In 1979 Mr. Metzger graduated from Polytechnic Institute of New York with the degree of master of science (computer science). Ship's propellers are currently measured by manual procedures using pitchometers, templates and gauges. This measurement process is extremely tedious, labor intensive and time consuming. In an effort to provide increased accuracy, repeatability and cost effectiveness in propeller manufacture, an automated propeller optical measurement system (APOMS) has been built which rapidly and automatically scans an entire ship's propeller using a 3-D vision sensor. This equipment is integrated with a propeller robotic automated templating system (PRATS) and the propeller optical finishing system (PROFS) which robotically template and grind the propeller to its final shape, using the APOMS-derived data for control feedback. The optical scanning and the final shape are both controlled by CAD/CAM data files describing the desired propeller shape. An automated propeller balancing system is incorporated into the PROFS equipment. The APOMS/PRATS/PROFS equipment is expected to provide lower propeller manufacturing costs.

Nowadays, computer networks are widely used to exchange valuable and confidential data information between servers to computers or cellular devices. Access to user control and use of software or hardware as a firewall often experience security problems. Unauthorized access to information through computer networks continues to occur and tends to increase. This study examines the attack detection mechanism by using three data mining algorithms based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), namely PSO-K Nearest Neighbor, PSO-Random Forest, and PSO-Decision Tree in the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity Dataset (CICIDS2017). The initial experiment showed that the approach using the PSO-RF method was able to produce the highest accuracy of attack detection. Accuracy values generated using the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 in the CICIDS2017 dataset are intact higher than other proposed algorithms. The highest accuracy of attack detection in the CICIDS2017 dataset is intact, which is 99.76%. In the CICIDS2017 dataset 50% Benign and 50% Attack it turns out that the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 also gets the highest accuracy value of 99.67%.

Metal-metal nanolaminates made by accumulative roll bonding (ARB) is a developing new class of structural nanocomposites that possesses high strength, good ductility, and can also be produced in bulk. These nanolaminates exhibit strong crystallographic textures and mechanical anisotropy. Yet, their mechanical properties are often measured only along rolling direction (RD). Using in situ pillar compression, we show that in-plane shear deformation mechanism in Cu(63 nm)/Nb(63 nm) ARB nanolaminate strongly depends on the shear direction. Plastic shear along the RD abruptly changes into crystallographic rotation and later into interface shear as the shear direction deviates away from the RD. The observed shear mechanisms are driven by competition between different slip systems in Cu layers and at the interface. We expect similar deformation anisotropy to happen in other ARB nanolaminates with sharp texture and interface orientation. Comprehensive characterization of such nanolaminates may require considering more than just the usual rolling/transverse/normal direction anisotropy. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 had a significant impact on the economy of a country. The development of the increasing number of investors spread across various regions is an obstacle to increasing its participation during the implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). Therefore, companies are required to be able to carry out digital transformation and follow technological developments, especially building an information technology infrastructure that accommodates the needs and makes it easier for shareholders to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) electronically or better known as e-GMS which is equipped with an e-proxy and e-voting platform. Increasing participation can have an impact on the quality of corporate governance, which can improve the quality of audits higher and have an impact on the level of internal control. On the other hand, the presence of monitoring from shareholders can significantly reduce the company's financial leverage.

The development of information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is very rapid, information technology infrastructure can be developed to support platforms in various business sectors, and the role and concept of managing relationships between companies and customers related to marketing, sales, and service business processes are the business focus for companies, so it is necessary to look for factors, indicators that affect competitive advantage in order to build an evaluation model in implementing an effective and efficient Customer Relationship Management system to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. This research was conducted through interviews and distributing questionnaires to various respondents who were users of company products or customers the analytical method for data processing used factor analysis methods and regression analysis was used to produce mathematical models. The results obtained are a number of new factors formed from a number of indicators that make up these factors so that an ideal evaluation model can be built. It is concluded that the factors related to the evaluation of the implementation of electronic marketing are Customer Service Experience, Customer Experience Value, Business Value Proposition, Product Development, and Communication Core, and Lack of Services and Supply, and through these factors, an implementation model can be built to appropriate and optimum electronic marketing in competitive advantage.

A scaled-down form of smart cities is smart buildings since they have overlapping needs for managing lighting and energy as well as for ensuring the safety and security of their residents. Installing and utilizing cutting-edge, integrated building technology systems constitutes a smart building. These systems include facility management, telecommunications, user systems, and building automation. The benefits of smart buildings include lower expenses for upkeep and energy use, a decrease in emissions, better productivity, more habitable structures, and higher resale value. On the other side, there are also drawbacks, including usability, initial installation expenses, ongoing internet fees, and cyber security issues. The purpose of smart buildings was the main topic of this study, which searched online for literature reviews and other information sources.

In the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of the goals to be achieved in 2030 is quality education. However, the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge because learning must be carried out remotely so that it has the potential to interfere in achieving these goals. The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) as a distance learning media has increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. LMS is expected to be able to restore the quality of learning during the new normal and after the pandemic. However, there are still many difficulties and dissatisfaction in its implementation. Several dimensions must be considered in the implementation of LMS, such as technology, organizational, Human Resources, organizational environment, and learning content dimension. The implementation of LMS must be planned carefully and according to needs, supported by job holders, adequate understanding and cost planning.

The Data Center is the center of the company’s data management operations as well as the largest energy consumer to support the operations of information technology infrastructure. Therefore, the company must have a strategy for implementing information systems and information technology related to the data center. The purpose of developing this article is to increase the efficiency of the company’s data center electricity load and help companies move towards green computing that is environmentally friendly. The direct survey method was conducted through interviews with related information technology staff, and field data collection. While the green grid method is used to analyze green Information Technology (IT) and for project appraisal, discounting models are used, namely Net Present Value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). The results of the study prove that the company’s PUE (Power Utilization Effectiveness) and DCiE (Data Center Infrastructure Efficiency) are not efficient. In addition, the company’s data center information technology equipment has inefficient usage, causing waste of electricity costs. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that green data centers are able to solve various problems of managing data centers that are environmentally friendly and support sustainable competitive advantages for companies.
