The Constitutional Court of The Republic of Indonesia is an institution which has authority to judge and examine constitutions. In this institution, each component has responsibility to manage their own finance and budgeting. Based on this case, they need a solution to summarize the amount and absorption of the budget in every component. This paper proposes a solution to design a data warehouse model to process and analyse the down payment administration data. The nine steps design methodology for developing data warehouse is implemented in this work. This paper aims to bring some benefit for The Constitutional Court, especially in form of information about down payment absorption for every component each year. The result is presented in form of pdf report and informative dashboard using data warehouse tools. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Ancestry estimation is one crucial stage in genomic research. It generates scores that represent the admixed genetics profile as the result of human evolution. In the previous research, we implemented multiple unsupervised methods to estimate these scores from large genomics data obtained from the 1000 Genome Project. These methods were limited to only cluster the samples to the five global populations in the dataset. The main challenge arose when implementing these methods to cluster the samples into more specific subpopulations. In this paper, we proposed a supervised approach to answer this challenge. Two state-of-the-art supervised machine learning methods, XGBoost and Deep Neural Network (DNN), were applied to the same dataset. These methods were aimed to classify samples, both into five main populations and also into 26 sub-populations. In the first classification task, both methods achieved similar results to our previous unsupervised approach. Interestingly, for the second classification task, which posses a relatively higher difficulty, DNN yielded better performance in the train, validation, and test dataset, despite its overfitting problem. Furthermore, the feature importance scores from each model were calculated using Shapley Additive Explanations (SHAP) method. Finally, 11 overlapped SNPs from all models were evaluated based on the reported Minor Allele Frequency (MAF) from the 1000 Genome Project. Overall, only using these 11 SNPs, we could differentiate each population in regards to its average MAF. © 2021 IEEE.

The escalating visibility of secure direct object reference (IDOR) vulnerabilities in API security, as indicated in the compilation of OWASP Top 10 API Security Risks, highlights a noteworthy peril to sensitive data. This study explores IDOR vulnerabilities found within Android APIs, intending to clarify their inception while evaluating their implications for application security. This study combined the qualitative and quantitative approaches. Insights were obtained from an actual penetration test on an Android app into the primary reasons for IDOR vulnerabilities, underscoring insufficient input validation and weak authorization methods. We stress the frequent occurrence of IDOR vulnerabilities in the OWASP Top 10 API vulnerability list, highlighting the necessity to prioritize them in security evaluations. There are mitigation recommendations available for developers, which recognize its limitations involving a possibly small and homogeneous selection of tested Android applications, the testing environment that could cause some inaccuracies, and the impact of time constraints. Additionally, the study noted insufficient threat modeling and root cause analysis, affecting its generalizability and real-world relevance. However, comprehending and controlling IDOR dangers can enhance Android API security, protect user data, and bolster application resilience. © 2023 IEEE.

The problems that exist in the field of art and culture preservation experienced by the arts and culture community side are the limitations on physical facilities for disseminating works, exchanging information between arts and culture communities, as well as the need to increase professionalism so that they can be independent in order to help improve the economy, where the role of regulation in this regard also affects this condition. Based on the facts above, this community requires an interaction model that is integrated with the use of information technology. This study uses a Soft System Methodology approach to create a model that is suitable for the arts and cultural community. The result is an ICI-based conceptual model for a local culture community. The growing focus on microcredentials emphasizes the urgent need for precise and widely accepted definitions, as existing uncertainties hinder their effective implementation. This research aims to investigate the comprehension of microcredentials definitions in the context of higher education by conducting a systematic literature review. The goal is to identify current definitions of microcredentials to facilitate standardization initiatives. Following The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to systematically search in Scopus database within 2019-2024 resulting 940 articles, by removing the duplicates, 280 articles were initially reviewed, with 29 selected for detailed thematic analysis based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. By adapting the six phases of thematic analysis, selected articles were identified analyzed, organized, described, and themes found the data set were reported. Key findings reveal that, while a universally accepted definition is lacking, common themes emerge: microcredentials are competency-based, modular, portable, stackable, and often include quality assurance. These attributes highlight microcredentials as valuable for upskilling and reskilling in a flexible manner. The study concludes that establishing standard definitions can increase the recognition and utility of microcredentials across educational and professional sectors and recommends further research to strengthen core elements for consistency. © 2024 IEEE.

This research explores multiple varieties of effective and child-friendly learning approaches for mathematics and memorization among young children in today's increasingly digital age considering their specific developmental needs. This type of approach includes in-person teaching, engaging online videos, interactive textbooks, and innovative educational games. This research employs a detailed comparative analysis, considering both 'User Experience' and measurable learning outcome factors, and spans a range of age groups from preschoolers to elementary school children. Through highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each method, this research aims to inspire the adoption of efficient, child-centric, and novel teaching techniques by educators and institutions, thereby advancing the quality of education in Indonesia. The results show that using serious game in education presents high usefulness score alongside positive user experience, suggesting its viability for educational purposes. © 2024 IEEE.

Hate speech is one of the most challenging problem internet is facing today. With increasing numbers of users online, hate speech also rise and takes time to be classified manually particularly in languages other than English. This research examines hate speech detection problem in form of Bahasa Indonesia. Millions of comments and text posts are added to various social media and discussion platforms. Manual classification in all of the internet as hate speech and offensive language is a near impossible and time-consuming task. This research uses Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) for the method of classifying hate speech and abusive language. The final accuracy is 88,44% by using 200 neurons with Bi-LSTM method. Most common challenges are different languages, out of vocabulary words, long range dependencies, and sarcasm. © 2021 11th International Workshop on computer science and Engineering, WCSE 2021. Information technology enables for new way of commerce, which is a commerce activities through online media (e-commerce). Security becomes an important issue in online-system, because such system is accessible by anyone through the global network -internet. Security in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability becomes goals that must be achieved by any system generally, and commerce system especially, because this kind of system contains many sensitive data like customer data and transaction data. SQL Injection is a vulnerability and threat, with the most occurrence in a web based system. In this research we evaluate and analyze source code against SQL injection, and we use regular expression and escape string to prevent the SQL injection. The results of this study are findings of system vulnerability against SQL injection, which are proven by the ability to get data from database, with SQL injection techniques. System vulnerabilities were analyzed, in order to design and implement the solution for it. The solutions then tested, to validate that it has proven effectively fix the vulnerabilities, and can prevent the exploitation by SQL injection. In the end, the conclusion is that initially the system is vulnerable against SQL injection, but then the solution that being implemented has proven effectively fix the issue. © 2018 The Authors. This paper describes the maturity degree evaluation of Information Technology Governance at Information System Centre (PSI) in STMIK Mikroskil to measure IT Governance and the success of IT-based facilities that cannot be measured yet. The evaluation measured by using Process Assessment Model (PAM) from Framework COBIT 5 which refers to the specified 10 domain process. Data is collected from 36 returned-questionnaire of 47 distributed-questionnaire. Data is analyzed using Framework COBIT 5, Slovin method is used to determine the number of valid data samples, and Rating Scale Formula operated to determine the scale of capability level for each selected domain. From the evaluation results known 1 domain has been achieved the expected capability that is DSS05 at Level 4, and other process domains still exist under the expected capability level, then the results are used to establish improvement recommendation based on Framework COBIT 5. © 2018 IEEE.
