Fatigue in workplace is a common thing shared by all employees. Continuous exposure of fatigue could lead to negative productivity for companies. Current research on fatigue detection mostly focused to detect fatigues from a single 2D image data, meanwhile research on fatigue detection using each frames from video data is needed for better detection for fatigue process. The main advantage of using each timesteps of frames from video data which makes the model is able to predict long term dependency of fatigue person. To solve this problem, a deep learning model is proposed that could detect employee fatigue based on image processing using video data. Three models are used to train data using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), which are Time Distributed CNN LSTM, 3D CNN, and 3D CNN LSTM. Out of those three models, the best model to detect fatigue person from video data is Time Distributed CNN Model with F-1 Score value of 0.77 and Accuracy Score of 0.76 for testing data. The model that gives best inference time is also Time Distributed CNN Model with the average value of 382 miliseconds to detect fatigues from 58 testing data with each of the data has duration of 3 seconds and 12 frames. © 2024 IEEE.

Weight-dropped long short term memory network for stock prediction with integrated historical and textual data

Investors and traders need an accurate stock prediction model to help them make decisions. They can use deep learning models such as Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM). However, a weakness of LSTM is that it tends to overfit to the training data and have unstable results. To overcome this weakness, this paper proposes using Averaged Stochastic Gradient Descent and Weight-Dropping on an LSTM network (AWD-LSTM). The proposed model regularizes the network by weight-dropping with DropConnect and optimizes the training process using a Non-Monotically Triggered Averaged Stochastic Gradient Descent (NT-ASGD). Additionally, this paper tested with integrating historical data with textual data which was shown to be valuable by other studies. This paper evaluated six variants of the model with different regulizers, optimizers, and data. The results show that (1) DropConnect regulizer performed better than DropOut or No Drop;(2) Adam optimizer is better for stock prediction than NT-ASGD;(3) Adding textual data slightly increases performance;(4) The models were able to gain consistent profits in a market simulation;(5) A variant of the model outperformed a previous study in 4 out of 5 indexes. © International Association of Engineers.

Despite Indonesia's leading position in palm oil processing, the inaccurate assessment of oil palm fruit maturity poses challenges in determining the optimal harvest timing and maintaining product quality. With advancements in information technology, including image processing and object detection techniques like YOLO and EfficientDet, there is potential for automated and precise identification of palm fruit maturity. To explore this, the authors conducted research to identify the most suitable algorithm for detecting the ripeness of palm oil fruit. The study utilized a dataset consisting of 8299 images with six maturity levels, employing augmentation techniques to increase image variability. Results show that YOLO V8s outperformed EfficientDet Lite 4 in terms of object detection precision, achieving higher mean average precision (mAP) scores. YOLO V8s showed a 4% improvement in mAP@50 and a 16% improvement in mAP@50-95 compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. YOLO V8s achieved a mAP of 0.978 for mAP@50 and 0.765 for mAP@50-95, surpassing EfficientDet Lite 4. However, EfficientDet Lite 4 had an advantage in terms of class accuracy and bounding box placement, as indicated by smaller box loss and cIs- loss values. YOLO V8s also demonstrated better frames per second (FPS) performance, ranging from 10 to 15 FPS, compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. © 2023 IEEE.

Lung disease, especially Tuberculosis (TBC), placed the highest death rate in Indonesia. Tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia is ranked second after India. Therefore, it is important to reduce or early detection of the lung disease, to prevent this disease and speed up handling. The system can recognize the disease lung identification, and the system applied as standalone system. In this work, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) approach for identifying diseases lung identification is proposed. The Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) applied to process the stethoscope sounds which will used as input to the CNN. The performance of the proposed system has been investigated and resulted. The accuracy of 99% and 98%, for training and testing accuracy respectively. Furthermore, the system accurately detects lung diseases identification. © 2024 IEEE.

Many individuals now trade online utilizing trading software in the digital world. Binomo is one of Indonesia's most popular trading platforms. This is because some influencers made several promises to Binomo customers. Since many customers were deceived, this case became quite popular. This study was executed to see how Indonesians felt about the Binomo application after the case went viral. The solution taken was in the form of sentiment analysis because there had been no previous research on sentiment analysis that discussed the Binomo case. The data was scanned using Netlytic tools, a cloud-based text and social network analyzer capable of identifying any talks on social media sites such as Twitter. The sentiment analysis of Binomo trading tweets by using the Multi-Perspective Question Answering lexicon utilized the KNIME tool. But unfortunately, the accuracy of sentiment analysis results is low. Furthermore, the Support Vector Machine technique is also being conducted. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency method is applied to perform feature extraction whilst the chi-square approach is utilized to identify features that are thought to be useful for inclusion in the classification process and to exclude features that are irrelevant to the target class. The obtained accuracy is 86%. The study proposes that words from the algorithm's outputs can be utilized to improve the quality of sentiment analysis using the lexicon. As an outcome of the algorithm, positive and negative terms are added to the lexicon, increasing the accuracy of sentiment analysis using the new vocabulary from 58.984% to 71.146%. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is a machine learning algorithm that can perform classification. ANN has limitations;namely, it has a black box working principle, which is unsure which feature is the most influential. This study is to identify the most influential features inside the ANN's black box using a classification model by applying Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dimension reduction combined with Pearson correlation analysis. The result of the proposed model can identify the name of the main features of the data inside the ANN's black box. This study uses two public Kaggle cardiovascular datasets. The first dataset consists of 13 features, and the second dataset consists of 12 features. The result is height and gender are the most influential features in the first dataset with the correlation value of 0.734;sex and smoking are the most influential features in the second dataset with the correlation value of 0.728. Black box model result with 2 PCA's features against a model with height and gender features in the first dataset resulting from the same accuracy on the test dataset of the classification prediction results with the value of 49.90%, while on the second dataset 58.30%. © 2021 IEEE.

Currently, the work of freelancers is very much in demand. Because freelancers can work anywhere and anytime without being bound by a contract with a company or person. But freelancers have difficulty managing their tasks and projects because there is no system to monitor and manage the project. Therefore, the solution is to make the project freelancer monitoring system by implementing the MVC (Model View Controller) architecture model with the PHP Laravel and Slim framework. MVC design patterns are well-known patterns and are used for interactive software system architectures. The way the MVC method works is to separate the main components such as data manipulation (model), display/interface (View) and the process (Controller) so that it is more neat, structured and easily developed. The purpose of this study also compares the MVC Laravel and Slim framework architecture with a performance comparison method on load/stress testing on the dashboard page using Apache JMeter tools with 3 scenarios from samples 1, 100, and 500. Tests are done offline and report format results of performance tests is a Summary Report. The results obtained from performance comparisons using Apache JMeter are that the Slim framework is faster and better than Laravel's framework.

In this age where almost all facets of life are full of digital objects, because of technology is advancing more and more rapidly, included the fields of economy, the social field, the industrial field, labour, and the entertainment field especially the film industry. In film industry, the backgrounds that were once impossible such as foreign planets and the deep expanses of space are now possible, this is due to the technique known as Chroma Key as well as the usage of green screens and blue screens. In this research we wish to find out if only green screens and blue screens are the only viable colours to use or is there any other colours available to use to Chroma *** use or are other colours available to use to Chroma Key. The methods that we used to conduct research on this topic are case studies. We conduct a case study to see the level of efficiency and fatigue after using various colours as a background to the Chroma Key process. Experiments: We ourselves will try to conduct the Chroma Key process while using various colours as the background and making sure that other variables such as our lighting and spacing are constant on every case we conducted, to measure the efficiency and effectivity of the colours in the Chroma Key process.

Credit card use is becoming more and more commonplace every day. Financial organizations and credit card customers lose a lot of money because of complicated illegal transactions. Fraudsters constantly stay on top of new technology to quickly perpetrate fraud against customer transaction patterns. We analyze credit card transaction networks and identify suspicious patterns, such as transactions connected to multiple accounts or unusual transaction patterns, transactions made at unusual times, and to monitor credit card transactions in real-time and quickly identify suspicious transactions. TigerGraph is used to analyze data, display results on a dashboard, and send notifications via email. One meth'\ Vc 1``13-od commonly used in anomaly detection is to compare data values against the standard deviation. In this research, we explain the use of TigerGraph as a platform for anomaly detection above the standard deviation, as well as the use of the Louvain algorithm in finding merchant communities used by fraudsters. The data used in this study comes from Sparkov simulation data obtained from Kaggle. Our results show that by using TigerGraph, we managed to achieve a very high accuracy rate of 99.77%, precision 82.84%, recall 72.38%, and f1-score 77,26% in predicting transaction fraud on Sparkov simulation data. This is much better than the results reported in a paper that uses the supervised machine learning method with the AdaBoost algorithm which achieves the highest accuracy of 77%. © 2023 The Authors. Automatic Sleep Stage Classification using Weighted ELM and PSO on Imbalanced Data from Single Lead ECG

Sleep stage classification is one of important aspects in sleep studies, which can give clinical information for diagnosing sleep disorder and measuring sleep quality. Due to the difference in sleep stage proportion for every person, the collected sleep stage data are imbalanced naturally, which can lead to high probability of misclassification. Various learning method has been developed to classify sleep stage based on electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are no researches which consider the imbalanced dataset problem for sleep stage classification. In this research, a classification model of sleep stage based on ECG signal was developed using Weighted Extreme Machine Learning (WELM) to deal with imbalanced learning dataset and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for feature selection. The research will use the MIT-BIH Polysomnographic Database, which contains 10154 sleep stage annotated ECG data which consist of 17.79%, 38.28%, 4.76%, 1.78%, 6.89%, and 30.5% data of NREM1, NREM2, NREM3, NREM4, REM, and awake stage respectively. From each ECG record, a total of 18 features were extracted and the feature selection process resulted in 10 features which highly affect the sleep stage classification. The proposed model successfully obtained a mean accuracy of 78,78% for REM, NREM and Wake stage classification and 73.09% for Light Sleep, Deep Sleep, REM, and Wake stage classification.
