Indonesia AirAsia is one of airline company does business transformation by aligning IT with organization's business objectives to provide optimal service to the customers (passengers). In the IT management reports that there is problem at AirAsia Travel Service Center(ATSC) IT service system which caused decline in the quality service level provided, thus requiring assessment in order to determine the capability of the IT service management and solution to the problems that occurred. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the information technology governance using COBIT framework 5. The result of capability level assessment obtained that the capability level of IT governance in the company is level 2 managed process which is most IT governance activities are considered to have done, well monitored, but have not been able to reach the target of capability level that is on level 5 optimized process. In order to improve those performances, the COBIT 5 framework has provided guidance of recommendations for each IT governance activities in the company step by step so that enabling the company to deal with competitiveness IT business competition.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) has greatly influenced the world of software development with the proposed combination of business process and application (service). Ensuring that correct implementation of business process in each service in SOA environment is quite different than monolithic applications, where each service must be tested independently and jointly, depending on targeted testing scope. With numerous proposed approaches for solving such challenge, this paper reviews some of those approaches to ease readers understanding of what can be done in testing in SOA environment. More specifically, this paper provides review on generic proposed approaches, unit testing, and integration testing approaches as part of quality assurance testing on SOA environment. In summary, the details of testing implementation will differ for each enterprise/organization as each has different set of requirements to satisfy.

Foreign Exchange market is the world's largest daily currency turnover. Two of the popular currencies Euro and Pound sterling traded against the US Dollar. Since the Russia and Ukraine war started in February 2022, their exchange rates decrease to the lowest rate ever. Even though the general trend is bearish, several daily candles increase for some days making challenges for forex analysts. To solve this problem, classification is applied. The data is labeled downward and upward. By utilizing Linear Kernel and Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel-based Support Vector Machines (SVM), the candle direction can be classified and optimized by tuning the Hyperparameters. The accuracy of candle direction classifications are highly improved. After tuning, in general, classification using Linear Models can outperform RBF Models. The best accuracy found on the Pound sterling against US Dollar by using the Linear model is 98.11% and the accuracy becomes 100% on data testing at a ratio of 70:30. Whilst for the Euro against the US Dollar, the best accuracy found the same for both Linear and RBF models on a ratio of 80:20 at 97.53%. However, on data testing, it decreases to 94.51% for Linear Model and 93.41% using RBF Model. The implication of this study is SVM can successfully classify candle direction on pairs in the Forex Market that are affected by a big event that comes for such a long period as long as the hyperparameter is tuned.

The failure of implementing the IT Governance can lead to the use of technologies which are not effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of IT Governance in Telecommunication Industries focuses mainly on the EDM and DSS domains based on the COBIT 5 and ISO 38500 frameworks. We have conducted an evaluation research and conducting collection of primary and secondary data. The data that we have compiled from questionnaires result were divided into 2 parts; Domain EDM questionnaires and Domain DSS questionnaires. The results of our evaluation from the Telecommunication Industries shows that the EDM Domain scored 4,2 with the rating scale of 76%. Whereas the capability level for Domain DSS reached 4,33 with the rating scale of 82%. In conclusion, our research as well as the evaluation that we have conducted on IT Governance implementation within Telecommunication Industries could be categorized as `satisfactory.

The study of the adoption of Blockchain Technology (BT) of the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) automotive components industry still in infancy. BT's previous research topic mostly in virtual currency, security, and IoT. However, the automotive market's significant development causes several issues in the SCMS automotive components industry, such as fake components. Blockchain Technology (BT), as identified, might be possible as a way out for the development of SCMS automotive components. There are several research questions in this research, such as how BT can facilitate SCMS open issues? What is the BT impact in the SCM area? The study method used the systematic literature review (SLR) method to gather all information from 12 publishers and an international index journal. Seven open issues identified in this study and SCM's core operational aspect, such as supplier, logistics, manufacturer, distribution, and customer, have been identified impact with BT. © 2020 IEEE.

CMK company is a retail company that sell and distributes miniature vehicle items to small stores. CMK has several branches in various countries that use for operational and storage warehouse. This company faces the problem for analysing sales to decide the useful strategy since this company only uses Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) database. This study implements Online Analysis Processing (OLAP) database and data warehouse to provide useful information for this company by using the nine-step method designed by Kimball & Ross. The data will be performed into dashboard to make easier for CMK Company to analyze data. Furthermore, many useful information can be provided in short and efficient time. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. University in Indonesia contemporary is looking for a solution to improve the university documentation such as certificate and transcript. But fake diploma certificate and transcript is an issue reported in several articles recently. The new technology called Blockchain has been elaborate and predicted can be used to solve the issue because of blockchain characteristics which are immutable, secure, tamperproof and unchangeable. The enrollment process is one of the vital process for university before the document can be made. Therefore, the research tries to elaborate deeply to create a model of the university student enrollment process. The research question of this research is how Blockchain Technology can be merge in the enrollment process? The model has been validated by several universities in Indonesia. Forum Group Discussion had been performed to discuss for enrollment process. In the end, many benefits come up from blockchain technology utilization to produce a reliable document such as diploma certificate and transcripts. © 2020 IEEE.

The development of the internet is getting faster, participating in encouraging the emergence of new and innovative information. In filtering the various information that appears, we need a recommended system to perform well for users in today's internet era. A well-performing recommendation system in question is a reliable recommendation algorithm. This algorithm is fundamental to analyzing various information, such as responses on social media based on user behavior data related to the topic of COVID. This data is crawled from tweets on social media Twitter. The data analysis algorithm obtained uses Python, which is then visualized in the form of a diagram. The processed data is user comments on Twitter, and the text data is analyzed using Python, using more than 60000 data sets taken to form visualizations and conclusions. From sentiment analysis, polarity and subjectivity data are obtained to be analyzed, which are negative, neutral, or positive. The result is show positive tweets with 29.2%, negative tweets is 13%, and 57.8% neutral tweets. Lastly, sentiment analysis can help people effectively infer vast and complex data from social media like Twitter.

The question is how to make our website can be in the top position of search results. The answer is simple, that is by optimizing search engines on your website. With the increasing global demands of coffee, Indonesia need to increase their coffee beans supply and improve the quality to maintain its position in the international coffee industry. One of the most important coffeepre-processing, coffee bean roasting, is under developed in Indonesia. Indonesia coffee farmers prefer to use the traditional cauldron to roast their coffee beans. Roasting coffee beans using traditional cauldron is inefficient and resulting unequal roasted level for the coffee beans. In this study, we proposed atemperature control system based on fuzzy logic for coffee roaster machine. The system controls the temperature in accordance with the demanded roasting level. A thermal camera is attached inside the roasting chamber to monitor the heaton the roasted coffee beans. The thermal camera is integrated with a stirring mechanism to equalise the heat among the beans. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
