This paper proposes a fitness movement evaluation system using deep learning. The system uses a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) to extract features from pictures of fitness movements. The features are then used to classify the movements into different categories. The system is evaluated on a dataset of pictures of fitness movements. The results show that the system can accurately classify the movements into different categories. The system is designed to provide feedback to users on their fitness movements. The proposed system is a valuable tool for fitness enthusiasts. The main contribution of this paper is to propose a way to give users a score for their fitness movement. It can help users improve their fitness and track their progress over time. The system is also a valuable tool for fitness professionals. It can help professionals develop new fitness programs and provide feedback to their clients. © 2023 IEEE.

VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc Network) was developed to address the unique challenges of communication in a mobile vehicular environment. This technology can enhance driving safety and traffic control. Moreover, similar principles can be applied to unmanned aerial vehicles and robotics. When transmitting data in moving vehicles, it is challenging as access points and base stations keep changing, requiring handovers between different access points and base stations. Clustering is a popular approach used to address this challenge. Common clustering strategies are based on the proximity, communication range, the density, the application requirements of the moving vehicles, or hybrid of them. In this paper, we propose a clustering strategy based on the application sublayer in the vehicle communication protocol. If two computing devices on the move run the same application, they can be grouped together. The contribution of this research is to develop a clustering mechanism based on the application with very low overhead. We also validate the proposed method through simulations. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is feasible. © 2023 IEEE.

Shuttle buses are highly beneficial for employees who report to work daily, as these eliminate the worry of safe and convenient travel. This study integrated the Conjoint Analysis approach using an orthogonal design to determine the most preferred combination of employee shuttle bus attributes for Filipinos of working age. This study utilized the following attributes: types of passenger seats, entertainment, emergency preparedness, and temperature. According to the results, the type of seat is the most important employee shuttle bus attribute for Filipino passengers, as it received the highest score value, followed by entertainment, emergency preparedness, and temperature. Since there is a lack of information related to the research topic, the findings in this study can be used as a point of reference for future academic research to enhance the employee shuttle bus. This study can also serve as a reference for companies selecting shuttle buses for their employees. Furthermore, the study can be extended to passenger preference analysis of commuter buses. © 2023 IEEE.

The objective of this study is to assess the critical factors which influence utilization of the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines specifically CNC Lathe, CNC Milling, CNC 3-Axis, and CNC 5-Axis which are all considered an Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMTs). This study also identifies the hurdles and barriers which prevent from accomplishing the desired goals of AMTs utilization. The proposed framework has synthesized previous studies and integrated related studies through conducting a comprehensive literature review. This paper is a theoretical construction that synthesizes previous studies, and centers on three contexts (Perceived Design Capacity, Perceived Performance Efficiency and Manpower Competency) which influence utilization of the said AMT's. This model can provide fabrication industries or fabricators specifically those utilizing CNC machines in their daily operation, academic institutions catering engineering fields, engineers from different fields, engineering students, research and development institutions as well as IT Practitioners and other field of study concerning the use of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine as an Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) with practical solutions through granting in-depth understanding of whole internal, external, and technological environments, and awarding empirical insight into overcoming barriers to the utilization of AMT and other process innovations in manufacturing organizations. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the utilization rates of the CNC machine being studied against the design capacity, performance efficiency and manpower competency. © 2023 ACM.

The idea of the traditional histogram shifting technique is to hide a message within the cover-image pixel distribution. However, the embedding capacity is limited by the peak point occurrences. To solve this problem, many reversible data hiding (RDH) techniques are developed to combine pixel prediction and histogram shifting to increase the embedding payload. In this paper, a RDH scheme based on chessboard prediction and pixel partitioning is proposed for enhancing the hiding payload. Pixel partitioning is used to separate a pixel into two parts: most significant bit and least significant bit. Then, the chessboard predictor is adopted to generate prediction errors and separate the pixels. Thereafter, histogram shifting is applied to embed the secret messages into prediction errors. Due to the high similarity of adjacent pixels in an image, the generated prediction errors are highly close to zero, resulting in a large embedding space. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method has superior performance in embedding capacity with acceptable image visual quality compared to existing schemes since it adopts the adaptive adjustment strategy to achieve this improved balance. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag London Ltd., part of Springer Nature 2024.

Renewable energy is a solution for reducing environmental damage caused by greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels. Energy consumption in Indonesia involves sectors such as industry, households, transportation, and agriculture, which still heavily rely on non-renewable energy sources. Indonesia possesses significant maritime potential, boasting the second longest coastline in the world, a water area covering 71%, and abundant marine biological resources that can contribute to maritime economic growth. This research aims to leverage remote sensing technology and geographic information science to harness Indonesia's maritime potential. In the realm of renewable energy, this study emphasizes the potential of wave energy and current energy in Indonesia, with the objective of establishing an Ocean Renewable Energy (ORE) model. Additionally, the research will consider marine habitat suitability to mitigate any negative impact on biodiversity from power generation activities. Based on the research findings, the ocean current energy in Lombok Strait has a high energy potential reaching 1,035 Watts and Maluku Sea has 1,536 Watts, while the southwest region exhibits wave energy potential of Panaitan Island has a wave energy potential of 23,051 kW/m, while Sangiang Island has a potential of 12,842 kW/m. Furthermore, potential energy locations will be identified through the overlaying of potential fish zones. The ultimate goal of this research is to fulfill sustainable energy needs, decrease dependence on fossil fuels, and promote sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. © 2023 International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. The Online food delivery services (OFDS) have been extensively utilized, especially in developing nations like Indonesia on new normal Covid-19 situation. The present research aimed to utilize the "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-2" (UTAUT2) in affecting the customer satisfaction and loyalty (CSL) in OFDS in Indonesia post-COVID-19 pandemic. The 253 data was taken to answer the 65 indicators. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates that hedonic motivation exerts the most significant influence on CSL, succeeded by price. This study unexpectedly found that usability factors, including performance expectation habit, did not influence customer happiness and CSL in OFDS. This research strongly provides a theoretical framework for OFDS practitioners, IT developers, and scholars. The present research can be modified and expanded to different nations to examine the determinants of customer CSL in OFDS. © 2024 IEEE.

Welding is both as art and science and its common use is the jointing of points. Some of the welding procedures used for jointing metal pipes are Tungsten Inert Gas and Gas Metal Arc welding and in common practice plastic pipes are bonded with the use of butt-fusion welding procedure. Since 1970’s conjoint analysis was used as a way of finding out what the preference of consumers. The objective of this study is to determine the combination welding attributes that were most preferred using a conjoint analysis approach. With conjoint analysis, together with, the orthogonal design the preference for welding materials and procedures were analyzed. It showed that pipe material with 29.24% was the most preferred attribute and Nondestructive test as the least preferred with 2.66%. The result of this study may be utilized in future related reviews and could be applicable in other related Mechanical systems requiring welding works. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, Wang et al. proposed a computationally transferable authenticated key agreement protocol for smart healthcare by adopting the certificateless public-key cryptography. They claimed that their protocol could ensure privacy, resist various attacks, and possess superior properties. After analyzing their protocol, we find that it suffers from some flaws. Firstly, user privacy is not ensured as claimed. Secondly, some statements are inaccurate or missing. Thirdly, it cannot resist DoS attack. In this paper, the details of how these flaws threaten Wang et al.'s protocol are shown. © 2023 IEEE.
