This preliminary paper presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to explore how consumer brand love of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia could be enhanced through branding strategies. MSMEs play important role in current Indonesia economic growth, but unfortunately, they focus on the trading and forget about the branding. It also examines previous research to observe what should be highligted about brand love, how to identify the variables of the consumer voices and if the latent consumer voices has been identified. To collect the literature data, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar were used as databases. There is a contradictive thing about the masstige brand and MSME's brands about brand love, brand loyalty and purchase intention. Some recommendations strategies could be determined such as good collaboration between the government and MSMEs, and how to gather the latent consumer voice. For further research could be suggested to include interview that would be converted to text document.

This study aimed to examine the factors influencing the acceptance of eLearning platforms in medical education during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines, using the latent variables from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and two additional variables derived from relevant literature. A total of 360 medical students participated by completing an online survey comprising 40 questions. The analysis, conducted using stepwise multiple linear regression, revealed that Performance Expectancy (PE), Habit (HB), and Instructor Characteristics (IC) were significant predictors of Actual Use (AU) with an accuracy of 54.22%. Higher levels of PE, HB, and IC were found to positively influence the acceptance and utilization of medical eLearning platforms. The findings from this study can provide valuable insights for the Commission on Higher Education in the Philippines, aiding in the enhancement of eLearning platforms for medical education. Although this research primarily focused on UTAUT2 and two additional variables-Learning Value and Instructor Characteristics-the results offer substantial implications for the broader development of eLearning platforms in the medical field. © 2024 IEEE.

The Philippines is a country prone to natural disasters, such as typhoons. The present study aimed to investigate the response efficacy of the Filipino population under Typhoon Conson 2021, also known as Typhoon Jolina. A stepwise multiple linear regression was utilized to assess a variety of latent variables in the Protection Motivation Theory, such as perceived severity, self-efficacy, response efficacy, and response cost, along with an additional latent variable, geographical perspective. A sum of 388 participants voluntarily participated in a self-administered survey that consisted of 50 questions. It was found that the independent variables, such as geographical perspective, perceived severity, and self-efficacy were proven to have predictive ability on the dependent variable, response efficacy. The findings of this study could serve as a valuable guideline for planners and future researchers seeking to improve preparedness and response efficacy for typhoons. Furthermore, this study can also be employed by local government authorities to establish policies and strategies aimed at natural disaster risk protection. © 2023 IEEE.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Thailand utilized Thai Chana contact tracing mobile application and the paper document. The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived usability of Thai Chana contact tracing by utilizing System Usability Scale (SUS). A total of 800 Thais voluntarily answered the SUS questionnaire. The results indicated that the average SUS score was 70.388. In addition, ANOVA indicated there was an effect of the age on the perceived usability and older generations had lower SUS scores. This study could provide a basic understanding of the perceived usability of COVID-19 contact tracing. © 2024 ACM.

Expanding on an earlier study that assessed the performance of a Q-learning approach for solving the path planning problem for mobile robots, this research implemented the RL approach in a real-world setting employing the RoboMas-ter EP Core. The robotic system also included object detection and recognition through the robot's sensors and a pre-trained YOLOv9 model. The robot navigated to predefined target points while avoiding stationary obstacles. The Q-learning algorithm was trained using the Google Colaboratory platform. Experi-ments conducted at various speeds identified an optimal speed and high success rates in obstacle avoidance and target region accuracy were achieved. Additionally, the object detection sys-tem demonstrated strong performance in real-time applications. Despite these successes, challenges such as high friction and multitasking inefficiencies were identified. Future research should address these limitations by enhancing control systems and the robot's multitasking capabilities, as well as using a computer with better processing power to improve overall system performance further.

Coffee has become an important part of any individual nowadays. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy for the coffee shops. This study uses several coffee attributes such as coffee type, sugar level, temperature, coffee beans, and frappe were analyzed by utilizing a conjoint approach. A questionnaire was utilized for this research which collected 500 respondents. Conjoint analysis showed that sugar level was the most important coffee attribute (43.013%), followed by temperature (37.75%), coffee type (14.701%), coffee beans (2.601%), and frappe (1.936%). Interestingly, cold cappuccino with Arabica coffee bean, less sugar, and with frappe was found to be the best combination for marketing strategy. This study can be utilized for developing the marketing strategy of coffee shops. By Understanding the relationship between the factors, coffee shops can find out which factors influence customers the most. © 2023 IEEE.

In this study,the polynomial expansion method(PEM)and the polynomial method of particular solutions(PMPS)are applied to solve a class of linear elliptic partial differential equations(PDEs)in two dimensions with constant coefﬁ*** the solution procedure,the sought solution is approximated by the Pascal polynomials and their particular solutions for the PEM and PMPS,*** multiple-scale technique is applied to improve the conditioning of the resulted linear equations and the accuracy of numerical results for both of the PEM and *** mathematical statements are provided to demonstrate the equivalence of the PEM and PMPS bases as they are both bases of a certain polynomial vector ***,some numerical experiments were conducted to validate the implementation of the PEM and *** results demonstrated that the PEM is more accurate and well-conditioned than the PMPS and the multiple-scale technique is essential in these polynomial methods.

Ligand 1, a rim-differentiated pillar[5]arene macrocycle modified with five naphthalimide groups through click chemistry, serves as an effective ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor for Cu2+. In contrast to the monomeric naphthalimide control compound 2, which shows only monomer emission, ligand 1 demonstrates dual emission characteristics encompassing both the monomer and excimer of the naphthalimide moieties. The binding properties of ligand 1 toward 15 different metal ions were systematically investigated in CH2Cl2/CH3CN (v/v, 1 : 1) by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. Remarkably, ligand 1 exhibits exceptional selectivity for Cu2+ ions. Upon complexation with Cu2+, the excimer emission of ligand 1 diminishes, concomitant with an enhancement of its monomer emission. The binding ratio for 1·Cu2+ was determined to be 1 : 1, with an association constant of (3.39 ± 0.40) × 105 M−1 calculated using a nonlinear least-squares curve-fitting method. Furthermore, the limit of detection (LOD) was found to be 185 ± 7 nM. Our results from 1H NMR titration, high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis and density functional theory calculations of 1·Cu2+ suggest synergistic coordination between Cu2+ and the triazole groups on ligand 1. © 2024 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

The contract terminations for the provision of maintenance services to the tenants of the managed mall affected our organization's planning, strategy, operations, and revenue. Being able to predict the contract renewals, prevention and readiness plans can be made. Using the data from the computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software and the available research papers about customer behaviors;the contract renewal outcomes were predicted. In this paper, the operations data of 47 mall tenants (customers) that operates different types of retails were utilized. The data by performance, satisfaction, asset condition and relationship based on the review of the previous studies were categorized. Binary logistic regression was utilized to test the data. The results showed that communication was the strongest influencer to the customers' behaviors in service contract renewals more than price, satisfaction, and experience. When we understood how to interpret and use the data from the internet of things (IoT), it helped suppliers not only to predict the renewal outcomes, but also build a strategic customer retention program by using the significant variables identified. © 2023 IEEE.

Rail freight transportation is one of the essential modes of freight transport. It is regarded as a cheap means of transportation and is appropriate for moving containers, agricultural items, and bulk materials. However, for a number of reasons, rail freight transit in Thailand has been constrained. One of the most worrisome issues from the perspective of the clients is the ability to track and trace the shipments. Due to the lack of efficient information flow among all parties involved in transportation, customers are unable to track down shipments and determine when they will arrive at their destination. This study used information flow diagrams to show where the information was lacking. As a case study, the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) practice is utilized to analyze the issues and make improvement recommendations. Finally, in order to enhance the information flow for rail freight transportation, a traceability system for rail freight has been developed. © 2023 IEEE.
