Due to rapid urbanization, it is imperative to develop energy-efficient smart cities so that the resources are managed in a sustainable fashion. This paper proposes an energy efficient smart city model integrating advanced features that seek to optimize energy use while lessening its impact on the environment. Among the key components are a solar tracking system that oriented solar panels in a manner that allows them to capture maximum sunlight enhancing renewable energy. Other components include a wireless charging infrastructure for electric vehicles which encourages the use of green transportation but reduces the reliance on conventional power. Smart dustbins with sensors facilitate efficient waste collection, making cities cleaner and lowering waste collection costs. Since vertical wind and solar panel-powered houses use natural wind flow in relatively dense urban areas, space use becomes efficient while energy generation is constant. Together, these innovations pave the way for building smart cities that put energy efficiency, environmental care, and convenience for residents at the forefront. This paper explores how each feature is designed and integrated, highlighting the positive impact they can bring to urban life. Through this smart city framework, we aim to offer a clear and practical path toward more sustainable, livable cities for the future. © 2024 IEEE.

The electrocardiogram is a vital piece of information about a person's health that provides measurements of changes in the cardiovascular system. When using complex software modules to diagnose diseases, the clinical ECG signal is always tainted by power line interference and electromagnetic fields, leading to inaccurate ***, it's critical to reduce these ECG data acquisition recording inaccuracies in order to perform precise clinical analysis. We are working on an algorithm that will split the data array of three successive ECG signals into three equivalents. The Empirical Mode After decomposing the data matrix and running it through the Independent Component Generation algorithm, we will identify and remove any noisy components using deep learning scheme. To obtain an error-free result of ECG data, we will then apply reverse ICA and EMD features for deep learning. © 2024 IEEE.

Object-oriented design and development are now commonly used in software development environments. Important design concepts including inheritance, coupling, cohesion, and encapsulation are supported by this method. The work in progress aims at offering a functionally-based, robust estimating technique for object-oriented design. Functionality plays a critical part in producing high-quality products within predetermined time and cost limits. This paper introduces an approach for quantifying functionality and reliability, acknowledging the paramount importance of functionality during the design phase. Statistical analyses affirm functionality as a significant factor influencing software reliability. Building on the proposed mapping of object-oriented design features to functionality, a multiple regression equation has been constructed to calculate the functionality of design hierarchies. It is clear that usefulness has a favourable effect on object-oriented systems' dependability. In order to determine dependability based on functionality, an additional multiple regression equation is created. Lastly, experimental trials are used to validate the suggested model. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper the design and installation of a water level control system based on PLCs is the main work. Numerous water-saving systems are in place to deliver water from the dam (A wall that holds back water). Thus, it is crucial to open and close the dam gate in order to conserve water. The proposed system achieved a shutter opening/closing time of 10 seconds. Additionally, the PLC-based controller exhibited a response time of 10 milliseconds to control signals, ensuring rapid and efficient shutter movement. The goal of the dam automation system with a PLC (programming logic controller) base is to control the water level in the dam reservoir area. Dam gates are controlled by both manual and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. The PLC is used to regulate the releasing and shutting of dam gates in order to save water resources for irrigation and to operate the dam gate efficiently based on the water level. It also aids in warning nearby residents about impending flooding. A collection of level sensors, a PLC, relays, and a DC motor make up this system. A series of level sensors are used to measure the water level and provide an input signal to a PLC. PLC uses data from level sensors to manage the dam's gate. To open and close the gate, a dc motor is driven by relays in both forward and backward directions. This autonomous system's operation will be entirely dependent on the PLC's ladder diagram programming technique. © 2024 IEEE.

Software integrity stands as a paramount element in software development. Evaluating integrity through design properties proves more fitting, and its validation underscores the genuine impact of structural and functional aspects in object-oriented design software. Integrity serves as a crucial quality indicator, and gauging it opens avenues for streamlining and enhancing the maintenance process. Software integrity offers valuable insights throughout the phases of design, coding, testing, and quality assurance. Both researchers and practitioners emphasize the desirability and significance of the integrity aspect in developing secure and robust software. Despite its vital role in the software development process, integrity is often inadequately managed. This paper underscores the necessity and significance of integrity during the design phase and endeavors to establish a substantial correlation between integrity and design properties. In light of this, a model is proposed for evaluating integrity in object-oriented design through the establishment of multiple linear regressions. Ultimately, the proposed model undergoes validation through experimental trials. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper represents an effective design approach that makes use of a charging station with maximum power point tracking and a DC-DC converter with Energy Storage Unit. On the other hand, surplus solar energy is fed into the electrical grid. ESU (energy storage unit) uses the stored energy to produce the finest power management system presented. Consequently, an off-grid EV charging station that is reliable, efficient, and kind to the environment is produced. This paper also highlights several key findings. The integration of PV arrays with battery storage enhances the reliability and efficiency of EV charging, reducing grid dependency by approximately 3 0 %. The system's energy utilization efficiency was improved by 2 0 % due to optimized power management strategies. Furthermore, the setup demonstrated a potential reduction in peak demand charges by up to 15%, contributing to cost savings and grid stability. © 2024 IEEE.

Wheelchairs can be moved manually, with the help of a companion, a joystick, or both. Patients with disabilities need alternate pushing or controlling techniques without the use of a wheelchair. Those who find it difficult or impossible to walk due to an illness, accident, or handicap use a wheelchair. Around 15% of individuals worldwide have a disability, according to the WHO Global Report on Disability. A wheelchair is also thought to be necessary for 131.8 million individuals, or 1.85% of the world's population. The whole body, including design, simulation, and manufacturing, has been used to create the suggested wheelchair. In essence, it is a three-wheeled electric wheelchair with a hub motor that is powered by a battery and is used to move the wheel. Frames and wheels are intended for persons who are unable to walk. The major goal of this project is to create an automated wheelchair that is affordable, simple to use, and useful. Many people with disabilities utilize hand-powered wheelchairs because they lack the physical stamina or hand-eye coordination to push themselves forward on a tricycle with their arms and hands alone. Whether they are from a rural or metropolitan region, any disabled person may afford this system. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its potential to offer environmentally friendly transportation options, solar-powered vehicles have attracted a lot of attention lately. The paper begins by giving a general summary of the situation of solar-powered vehicles today, covering their background, various models, and available technology. After that, the study goes into the benefits and drawbacks of solar-powered vehicles as well as several key performance indicators. The review study also covers the difficulties and constraints of solar-powered vehicles, such as their effectiveness, price, and the limitations of solar energy as a power source. The study also looks at the methods that have been devised to deal with these difficulties, including the use of energy storage devices, lightweight materials, and better solar technology. The review paper finishes with a discussion of the possibilities for widespread adoption of solar-powered cars as well as the research areas that still need to be explored in order to increase their effectiveness and accessibility. Image denoising is a crucial step in image acquisition and processing that helps improve the image quality by removing the unwanted noise. In this paper Gaussian and median filters are used as denoiser and performance is evaluated using some of the key metrics like Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Feature Similarity Index Measure (FSIM), Structural Similarity Index Measure (SSIM), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Correlation Coefficient. A denoiser with low MSE, high PSNR, values of 1 for SSIM, FSIM, and Correlation Coefficient. Reported results are better in comparison to existing for better image quality. © 2025 IEEE.

When it comes to movement, physically challenged persons confront several difficulties. These folks have been seen utilizing mobility aids including wheelchairs, crutches, and prosthetic limbs to get around regularly. However, not all types of rural terrain are ideal for this kind of equipment. The design and construction of an electric tricycle that will enable persons with disabilities to travel about on any surface will be the main emphasis of this project. The hub motor of the electric tricycle, which is made to move in a to-and-fro motion, controls the tricycle's movement. The motor is powered by electrical energy that is stored in the batteries. This tricycle has a top speed of 30 kilometers per hour. The center of gravity calculations shows that the tricycle remains stable at a speed below its critical speed. © 2023 IEEE.
