In order to enable the integration between Business Process Management (BPM) and the Internet of Things (IoT), it is imperative to create an IoT service capable of encapsulating IoT device resources, converting raw data generated by IoT devices into high-level business events and transmitting these events to BPM. This would serve as a means of augmenting the intelligence and automation of business processes. Custom development of parsing and computation modules is required for different streaming data, and IoT services are built based on descriptions of business events. However, this process often involves a lot of repetitive work, and these valuable tasks are difficult to meet the requirements of changing data demands in different IoT scenarios. To solve this problem, this study proposes a code generation development framework for real-time stream data processing application, driven by business event descriptions in IoT scenarios. The framework can automatically generate real-time stream data processing applications that meet data processing needs based on domain data requirements described by business personnel in the IoT scenario. Through relevant experiments, the designed development framework demonstrates its potential to help non-software developers quickly configure Flink-based stream computing applications for scenarios and has a certain flexibility to adapt to real-time stream data processing requirements in common IoT scenarios. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The relationship between chemodiversity and microbial succession in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)is highly intricate and *** specific contribution of the microbial community to changes in the composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)within different biological treatment units remains unclear,as does the reciprocal influence of DOM composition on microbial *** this study,spectroscopy((Excitationemission matrix)EEM-PARAFAC,Ultraviolet(UV)-spectrum,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)),Liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC–MS)and Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance(FT-ICR)MS along with high-throughput sequencing technology were used to explore the relationship between chemodiversity and microbial succession in WWTPs concerning seasonal *** results showed that WWTPs with anaerobic/anoxic/oxic(A2O)processes can metabolize and transformmost of thewastewater DOM,and the anaerobic unit has the highest removal rate for fluorescence DOM(FDOM,14.07%-64.43%);the anaerobic unit increased aliphatic/proteins and lignin-like molecules but decreased relative intensity,while the anoxic unit removed unsaturated hydrocarbons,aromatic structures,and lignin-like *** impact of seasonal changes on the composition and removal of FDOM and DOM in wastewater treatment is significant,and the variations that occur during different seasons affect microbial activity,as well as the production,degradation,and transformation of organic compounds throughout thewastewater treatment *** analysis shows that Parcubacteria_genera_incertae_sedis plays a crucial role in DOM chemodiversity,highlighting the crucial contribution of microbial com-munities to both the structure and operation of the entire DOM *** results in this study could provide some theoretical and practical basis for guiding the process optimiza-tion of WWTPs.

Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) plays a critical role in enhancing the performance of electrochemical sensors through its excellent electrical conductivity, large surface area, ease of functionalization, chemical stability, and synergy with other nanomaterials. In this paper, A novel electrochemical sensor was developed based on rGO and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for detection of trace oxytetracycline (OTC) in water. The MIP/rGO composites are synthesized by in-situ electrochemical modification on a disposable screen-printed electrode (SPE). Due to the large surface area and good electron transport rate of rGO, as well as the specific recognition for TC of MIP, the sensitive determination of trace TC at MIP/rGO/SPE was realized. Linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) was performed on the sensor for the electrochemical analysis of OTC. Under optimized conditions, the peak current of MIP/rGO/SPE exhibited a good linear correlation with OTC concentration in a wide linear range (1-25 (j,mol/L), possessed a detection limit of 0.34 (j,mol/L. Spiked detection of OTC was applied for the sensor in actual water samples, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 93.2%-108.7%. These results indicate that the proposed MIP/rGO/SPE sensor has the ability to accurately, rapidly and selectively detect OTC in water samples. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2024.

How to successfully implement a dynamic change for business process during execution is a crucial issue that must be resolved in the application of science and technology service. However business process modification research in this domain is insufficient. The traditional approaches redefine the process to adapt to changing business or technical circumstances, the entire procedure takes too long and is inefficient. Aiming at the challenge of business process change in science and technology service application, we propose a business process change mechanism - dynamic change based on BPMN extended language and process validation method. The dynamic change mechanism may realize adding services, rolling back services, and jumping services in business processes. The Earth’s outgoing radiation is one of the key parameters in the global climate change. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of reconstructing global Earth’s outgoing radiation using disk-integrated measurements. We utilized Clouds and the Earth’s Radiant Energy System (CERES) Synoptic Radiative Fluxes and Clouds (SYN) datasets to simulate the disk-integrated measurements from sensors onboard a Moon-based platform, a satellite at the Sun-Earth Lagrange L1 point, the L2 point, and a polar orbit at the altitude of 380000 km. The reconstruction method is proposed based on the disk-integrated measurements. The results indicated that while the reconstructed radiation at the Sun-Earth L1 point is generally higher than the true value, the radiation reconstructed by the Moon-based and high polar orbit platforms is closer to the true value. Furthermore, we found that the sampling time interval significantly affects the reconstruction accuracy, with intervals of less than 4 hours introducing minimal errors. Our findings suggest that disk-integrated measurements are capable of effectively reconstructing Earth’s global radiation, offering significant guidance for the planning of future missions. © 2025 SPIE.

Whey protein isolate-catechin conjugate: Synthesis and application in preparing high internal phase Pickering emulsion loaded with β-carotene

The present research evaluated the stabilization of high internal phase Pickering emulsions (HIPPEs) with an 80 % oil phase using a conjugate formed through free radical grafting of whey isolate protein (WPI) with catechin. The grafting degree of WPI-catechin conjugate was 3.2 mg/g. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the successful conjugation of WPI with catechin. Confocal laser scanning microscopy analysis revealed that the conjugate could stabilize HIPPEs by forming a protective layer around oil droplets. The WPI-catechin conjugate based HIPPEs exhibited high pH and ionic stability, which can be attributed to a denser and thicker interfacial coating. Furthermore, these HIPPEs effectively protected the encapsulated β-carotene against degradation under light, UV irradiation, and heat treatment. In vitro digestion simulations showed that the WPI-catechin conjugate stabilized HIPPEs released a higher percentage of free fatty acid (53 %) compared to oil (23 %) and also enhanced β-carotene bioavailability (70 %) in contrast to oil (49 %). This study highlights the potentials of stabilizing HIPPEs with WPI-catechin conjugates, thereby improving the stability and bioavailability of hydrophobic bioactive compounds.

SAR target Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) is indispensable in SAR image interpretation. Recently, deep learning technology has been widely used in SAR target recognition tasks. Most networks achieve incremental improvements in target recognition by modifying their structures to extract visual features of targets. However, due to the unique imaging mechanism, relying solely on visual features often leads to the loss of target information. In contrast, the ASC model, which captures the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the target, plays a crucial role in target recognition tasks. Unfortunately, traditional parameter estimation methods for extracting the ASC model are computationally expensive and time-consuming, making them impractical for real-world applications. To address these issues, we propose a novel target recognition method based on electromagnetic scattering features in this paper. First, a lightweight network-based feature extraction module is designed. Then, the target ASC image is used as the ground truth for guidance, with image intensity and target structure serving as the loss functions during training. Finally, an ASC model-guided feature fusion network is designed, utilizing the fused features for target recognition. On the MSTAR dataset, a visual assessment experiment demonstrated that the proposed feature extraction module effectively extracts electromagnetic scattering features under various operating conditions. Subsequently, in downstream classification tasks, the inclusion of the proposed module resulted in improved accuracy compared to other networks. Additionally, a visualization analysis of the classification network showed that, under the guidance of electromagnetic scattering features, the network achieved good interpretability. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the high operation and maintenance cost of urban road monitoring equipment, the number of road installation equipment is limited, so it is necessary to use observable data and its potential spatiotemporal dependence to estimate the data of no sensor location to solve the problem of data sparsity, so as to realize the macro management of the road network. The main challenge of this problem is how to effectively model and exploit the spatiotemporal dependencies in the data. The existing models mainly use GNNs to model the spatiotemporal dependence, but this only considers the local spatiotemporal relationship of each node. Therefore, this paper proposes an AIGNN model, which aggregates the information of local neighbor nodes through graph neural network, and then captures the global spatiotemporal dependencies of each node through the attention mechanism, and uses the induction strategy to train the model to solve the spatiotemporal Kriging task. Experiments are carried out on three real-world spatiotemporal datasets, and the results show that AIGNN has performance advantages over the traditional linear model and the GNN-based Kriging model. © beijing Paike Culture Commu.
