—Existing generalization theories analyze the generalization performance mainly based on the model complexity and training process. The ignorance of the task properties, which results from the widely used IID assumption, makes these theories fail to interpret many generalization phenomena or guide practical learning tasks. In this paper, we propose a new Independent and Task-Identically Distributed (ITID) assumption, to consider the task properties into the data generating process. The derived generalization bound based on the ITID assumption identifies the significance of hypothesis invariance in guaranteeing generalization performance. Based on the new bound, we introduce a practical invariance enhancement algorithm from the perspective of modifying data distributions. Finally, we verify the algorithm and theorems in the context of image classification task on both toy and real-world datasets. The experimental results demonstrate the reasonableness of the ITID assumption and the effectiveness of new generalization theory in improving practical generalization performance. Geographic Information Discipline serves as a critical pillar driving continuous innovation in Earth system science, geography, smart cities, and ecological conservation. Against the backdrop of intensified global environmental changes and diversified societal demands, this discipline faces a dual-challenge of theoretical innovation and technological breakthrough. This paper analyzes geographic information discipline from three perspectives: disciplinary demands, development strategies, and frontier challenges. In terms of disciplinary demands, we explores the requirements of Earth system science for multi-source data integration, dynamic model construction, and cross-scale analysis, as well as the evolving trends of geography within the framework of the ternary world (i.e., physical, human, and information). Regarding development strategies, we proposes strategic pathways from a multidisciplinary perspective encompassing information science, information geography, and geolinguistics. These include advancing the discipline through geographic language development, multi-modal representation, virtual-real integration, and the establishment of a universal language framework. Meanwhile, the paper addresses current theoretical and technical bottlenecks, such as insufficient modeling of information world, limited capacity for high-dimensional dynamic data processing, and the technical demand for real-time 3D scene representation. We emphasizes that under the globalization and digital transformation, geoinformatics is undergoing a comprehensive leap from the physical-human duality to the physical-human-information triad by integrating theories from information science, geography, and cognitive science. Moving forward, the discipline must focus on intelligent systems, multidimensional dynamic analysis, and multidisciplinary collaborative innovation to better address complex geographic phenomena and provide scientific and technological support for global environmental manage

Time-triggered Ethernet (TTE) provides the solution for scenarios with high reliability requirements, which takes into account high bandwidth and compatibility of Ethernet as well as time-triggered network's high deterministic and real-time characteristics. Clock synchronization is the basis of reliability and real-time characteristic of TTE. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the synchronization precision of TTE network and simulates them with OPNET software. The simulation results show that the errors from transparent clock recording, stability and precision of crystal vibration will make the synchronization precision lower. The improved synchronization algorithm can suppress the influence of errors to some extent and keep the synchronization precision at a high level.

The spectral lags of gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) have been viewed as the most promising probes of the possible violations of Lorentz invariance (LIV). However, these constraints usually depend on the assumption of the unknown intrinsic time lag in different energy bands and the use of a single highest-energy photon. A new approach to test the LIV effects has been proposed by directly fitting the spectral lag behavior of a GRB with a well-defined transition from positive lags to negative lags. This method simultaneously provides a reasonable formulation of the intrinsic time lag and robust lower limits on the quantum-gravity energy scales (EQG). In this work, we perform a global fitting to the spectral lag data of GRB 190114C by considering the possible LIV effects based on a Bayesian approach. We then derive limits on EQG and the coefficients of the Standard Model Extension. The Bayes factors output in our analysis shows a very strong evidence for the spectral-lag transition in GRB 190114C. Our constraints on a variety of isotropic and anisotropic coefficients for LIV are somewhat weaker than existing bounds, but they can be viewed as comparatively robust and have the promise to complement existing LIV constraints. The observations of GRBs with higher-energy emissions and higher temporal resolutions will contribute to a better formulation of the intrinsic time lag and more rigorous LIV constraints in the dispersive photon sector. Automatic error correction of users' search terms for search engines is an important aspect of improving search engine retrieval efficiency, accuracy and user experience. In the era of big data, we can analyze and mine massive search engine logs to release the hidden mind with big data ideas. It can obtain better results through statistical modeling of query errors in search engine log data. But when we cannot find the error query in the log, we can't make good use of the information in the log to correct the query result. These undiscovered error queries are called Bad Case. This paper combines the error correction algorithm model and search engine query log mining analysis. First, we explored Bad Cases in the query error correction process through the search engine query logs. Then we quantified the characteristics of these Bad Cases and built a model to allow search engines to automatically mine Bad Cases with these features. Finally, we applied Bad Cases to the N-gram error correction algorithm model to check the impact of Bad Case mining on error correction. The experimental results show that the error correction based on Bad Case mining makes the precision rate and recall rate of the automatic error correction improved obviously. Objective: Growing evidence indicates that FAT atypical cadherin 1(FAT1) has aberrant genetic alterations and exhibits potential tumor suppressive function in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). However, the role of FAT1 in ESCC tumorigenesis remains not well elucidated. The aim of this study was to further investigate genetic alterations and biological functions of FAT1, as well as to explore its transcriptional regulation and downstream targets in ***: The mutations of FAT1 in ESCC were achieved by analyzing a combined study from seven published genomic data, while the copy number variants of FAT1 were obtained from an analysis of our previous data as well as of The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) and Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia(CCLE) databases using the cBioPortal. The transcriptional regulation of FAT1 expression was investigated by chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP) and the luciferase reporter assays. In-cell western, Western blot and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR) were used to assess the indicated gene expression. In addition, colony formation and Transwell migration/invasion assays were employed to test cell proliferation, migration and ***, RNA sequencing was used to study the ***: FAT1 was frequently mutated in ESCC and was deleted in multiple cancers. Furthermore, the transcription factor E2 F1 occupied the promoter region of FAT1, and depletion of E2 F1 led to a decrease in transcription activity and mRNA levels of FAT1. Moreover, we found that knockdown of FAT1 promoted KYSE30 and KYSE150 cell proliferation, migration and invasion;while overexpression of FAT1 inhibited KYSE30 and KYSE410 cell proliferation, migration and invasion. In this paper we consider a problem in task execution for multi-robot trajectory planning with collision avoidance in a shared working environment. Consider two or more robots generating trajectories towards their respective goal positions. The collision may occur if their trajectory coordinates are intersecting at a point or follow the same path segment simultaneously. The central planner is introduced to control robot motion in the collision state and to reduce the complexity of the multi-robot path planning system. The global path for every robot is generated by the $\mathrm{A}^{*}$ algorithm in a grid-based environment. The path has presented a sequence of optimal grid numbers and later transformed into Cartesian coordinates for smooth trajectory generation. The central planner takes an optimal grid sequence for every robot to analyze the collision state according to its cost value. It regenerates the trajectories to minimize the complexity cost value and replaces the previous trajectory based on minimum cost value. In the collision state, the central planner allows one robot at a time to pass along the conflict path segment and hold others in queue at a safety offset distance until the previous robot passes safely. The algorithm has been applied to robots working in a shared environment in complex maps and the simulations is performed with MATLAB to calculate the efficiency of this approach for handling collision states in a multi-robot path planning system.

Manipulating the backbone of small molecule acceptors (SMAs) is of particular importance in developing efficient organic solar cells (OSCs). The common design is constructing 2-arm SMAs with linear or curved backbones. Herein, we report an acceptor 4A-DFIC with a 4-arm backbone unexpectedly generated in the reaction of an electron-rich aromatic diamine and hexaketocyclohexane. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicates the rigid and twisted molecular plane and the effective molecular stacking of 4A-DFIC in solid state. 4A-DFIC shows a low band gap of 1.40 eV and excellent light-harvesting capability from visible to near-infrared region. Binary and ternary OSCs based on 4A-DFIC gave power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 15.76 % and 18.60 % (certified 18.1 %), respectively, which are the highest PCEs for multi-arm SMA-based OSCs to date.

Improving the Selectivity and Stability of Supported Cobalt Catalysts via Static Bi-Doping and Dynamic Trace CO2Co-Feeding During Propane Dehydrogenation

Simultaneously enhancing selectivity and stability on supported propane dehydrogenation (PDH) catalysts remains a formidable challenge. Here, we report a combined static and dynamic strategy to address these issues synergistically. Firstly, we demonstrate a feasible sol-gel method for preparing atomically-dispersed Bi-decorated metal nanoparticle catalysts (MBi/Al 2 O 3 , M=Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn). In PDH testing, the total selectivity of by-products (CH 4 and C 2 H 6 ) significantly decreases to 4 % for CoBi catalysts due to the static Bi-doping, compared with 16 % for Co-supported catalysts. Secondly, to enhance catalytic stability, we introduce a dynamic trace CO 2 co-feeding route. 10CoBi/Al 2 O 3 catalysts exhibit superior durability against coke formation for 330 hours in PDH under a 40 % C 3 H 8 atmosphere followed by pure C 3 H 8 conditions at 600 °C while maintaining propylene selectivity at 96 %. Notably, introducing trace CO 2 leads to a remarkable 6-fold decrease in the deactivation rate constant ( k d ). Multiple characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal that charge transfer from atomically-distributed Bi to Co nanoparticles benefits lowering the energy of C 3 H 6 adsorption thereby suppressing by-products. Furthermore, the dynamic co-feeding of trace CO 2 facilitates coke removal, suppressing catalyst deactivation. The static Bi-doping and dynamic trace CO 2 co-feeding strategy contributes simultaneously to increased selectivity and stability on supported PDH catalysts.
