As the increasing number of intelligent mobile phones that are available for people which lead to tones of network flow data are ***,how to dig the user's behavior pattern by using the data collected form mobile phones is a significant *** some achievements have been made in this area,it is still too complicated to be put into practice due to various conditions needed by traditional research ***,users' data of mobile communication network gradually improved,so that it only requires part of information to reach the ideal ***,we propose a Non-negative Matrix Factorization based method to analyze the mobility patterns of mobile phone users,i.e.,find the groups of people with the similar mobility *** experimental results on the real data obtained from the capital of a south province validate our proposed method.

Compared with the traditional stiff and decentralized security mechanisms, software-defined security SDS provides a flexible and centralized solution through extract security strategy from the hardware to the software. A variety of software-defined security architecture has been proposed, basically like SDN three layer, let the control layer separate from the data layer. Now, however, these software-defined security architectures proposed and implemented in the SDS ignored resource scheduling mechanism which can schedule security resources effectively and flexibility. This paper presents a resource scheduling mechanism in software-defined security, and a scheduling algorithm to achieve load balancing. Experiments show that the applied resource scheduling mechanism in our SDS architecture can work well in scheduling scanners in Physical Layer, and achieve the target of load balancing of scanners, can provide users with more flexible security services.

In dual-polarized channel, the BER performance of polarization modulation (PM) can be decreased by cross-polarization discrimination (XPD) effect which can introduce cross power leakage. Therefore, a XPD compensation algorithm for PM is proposed. Based on the analyses about the effect of XPD on PM, the compensation factor is obtained by the channel state information. Then by compensating the state of polarization of the received signals, the cross power leakage between two orthogonal components of the states of polarization is mitigated, and the constellation distortion of PM is reduced. The analyses reveal that the compensation algorithm can effectively improve the BER performance of PM affected by XPD. Finally, simulation results show that when the XPD is a definite value, to achieve equivalent BER performance of 2PM, the SNR needed is 2.5dB reduction after compensation.

With the rapid increase of the mobile users, mobility prediction has attracted more and more attention. For the moment, a lot of location prediction methods have shown that humans are highly predictable in their movements. However, the method of predicting locations when the user's behavior unexpectedly transits from routine to irregular pattern is undiscovered. In this paper, we propose a practical model based on State Based Prediction(SBP) method to predict the place to be visited when the user departs from the routine. First, we predict the routine level of user locations to discover the irregular places. Second, we use Markov method to predict future locations. Then, when user departs from the routine, we use SBP method to conduct prediction, meanwhile the prediction results of the other places remain consistent with the output of the Markov predictor. Experiments with the real mobile dataset show that our prediction model outperforms other basic mobility predictors, for example, the accuracy of our method can reach more than 83%, which is higher than the accuracy of 60% achieved by Lempel-Ziv(LZ) predictor.

Resource scheduling virtualization in service-oriented future Internet architecture

Service-oriented future internet architecture（SOFIA） is a clean-slate network architecture. In SOFIA, a service request is mainly processed through service resolution and network resource allocation. To realize the network resource allocation, we reference the idea of network virtualization and propose resource scheduling virtualization. In resource scheduling virtualization, a service request is abstracted as a virtual network（VN） and the network resources are allocated by mapping the VN onto the physical network. Resource scheduling virtualization provides centralized resource scheduling control within an autonomous system（AS） and achieves better controllability compared with the distributed schemes. Besides, resource scheduling virtualization supports multi-site selection as well. Meanwhile, we propose a collection of resource scheduling algorithms based on maximum resource tree（MRT） adapting to different scenarios. According to the simulation results, the proposed algorithms show good performance on the key metrics, such as acceptance ratio, revenue, cost and utilization. Moreover, the simulation results reveal that our algorithm is more efficient than the traditional ones.

Enhanced EVD based channel estimation and pilot decontamination for Massive MIMO networks

The enhanced eigenvalue decomposition （EEVD） based channel estimation algorithm, which could solve the pilot contamination problem in massive multiple-input and multiple-output （Massive MIMO） channel estimation when the number of antennas at base stations （NABT） tends to infinity, is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is based on the close relationship between covariance matrix of received pilot signal and the channel fast fading coefficient matrix, i.e. the latter is the eigenvector matrix of the former when NABT tends to infinity. Therefore, we can get a set of normalized base vectors from the eigenvalue decomposition （EVD） of sample covariance matrix in practical Massive MIMO networks. By multiplying the received pilot signal with conjugate transpose of normalized base vector matrix, the channel matrix is projected to a lower dimensional matrix, and the intra-cell and inter-cell interference can be eliminated completely when NABT tends to infinity. Thus, we only need to estimate the lower dimensional projected matrix during the channel estimation. Simulation results show that the mean square error （MSE） performance of channel estimation is improved with approximately two orders of magnitude when the signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） is 40 dB, compared with EVD based channel estimation algorithm. And the signal-to-interference ratio （SIR） is improved greatly as well. The increment of SIR becomes larger and larger as SNR increasing.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the way users access the network becomes diverse, which provide much convenience for us to collect huge amount of users' information. In this paper, we present a model of measuring relationship between two users in campus and build a wireless data analysis system called WiCloud to verify our model. This work has several potential applications such as recommendation, advertisement targeting, and privacy protection. A novel method using decision tree model, which is usually used for decision analysis, is proposed to measure the relationship between two users in wireless network. Experiments results on real datasets validate our ideas and verify the feasibility and efficiency. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the training set is 100%, while the accuracy of the test set is 88.9%.

Coexistence of cellular networks and wireless local area network (WLAN) in unlicensed spectrum will be a vital application scenario in the future 5G network. Listen-before-talk (LBT) is one of the mechanisms to ensure a fair coexistence among various radio access networks. In this paper, we present a LBT algorithm with an adaptive threshold jointly considering the diverse traffic load conditions of cellular networks and the quality of service (QoS) metrics of user equipment (UE). The transmission procedure of a cellular base station (BS) is modeled utilizing M/GI/1 queuing system via queuing theory. Then the BS control the clear channel assessment (CCA) threshold according to the queue length to adapt to the diverse traffic loads under the condition of QoS guarantee. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves significant performance gain of the cellular network under the coexistence scenario on the premise of tolerable sacrifices on WLAN performance.

Content Centric networking (CCN) is one of the candidate future Internet architectures that give favorable promises in networks. In-network caching as one of its key functions, has been studied extensively to achieve less content access delay and to reduce traffic load. However, current caching schemes mostly suffer from a poor utilization of cache space; since many content replicas are replaced without being hit by coming requests. As the limited cache space in networks, less popular contents have much less replicas than the popular ones, and the requests for them will cause considerable delay. In this paper, a content popularity and node level matched based probability caching strategy (MPC) is proposed to maximize the cache utilization and to improve the content diversity in networks simultaneously. We first evaluate the caching property of nodes along the delivery path by utilizing multi-parameters, and classify nodes into levels according to their caching property. Then, we assign contents to the nodes with their matched level, which balances the proportion of contents with different popularities in the network. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy can achieve less content access delay, higher cache hit ratio, and richer content diversity.
